Today's Date: ======= Isaiah 7:1 ============ Isa 7:1 Now it came about in the days of Ahaz, the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin the king of Aram and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up to Jerusalem to wage war against it, but could not conquer it. (nasb) Isa 7:1 Now it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin king of Syria and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up to Jerusalem to make war against it, but could not prevail against it. (nkjv) Isa 7:1 Es begab sich zur Zeit Ahas, des Sohnes Jothams, des Sohnes Usias, des Königs in Juda, zog herauf Rezin der König von Syrien, und Pekah, der Sohn Remaljas, der König Israels, gen Jerusalem, gegen dasselbe zu streiten, konnten es aber nicht gewinnen.(dhs) Isa 7:1 καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις Αχαζ τοῦ Ιωαθαμ τοῦ υἱοῦ Οζιου βασιλέως Ιουδα ἀνέβη Ραασσων βασιλεὺς Αραμ καὶ Φακεε υἱὸς Ρομελιου βασιλεὺς Ισραηλ ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ πολεμῆσαι αὐτὴν καὶ οὐκ ἠδυνήθησαν πολιορκῆσαι αὐτήν (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:2 ============ Isa 7:2 When it was reported to the house of David, saying, "The Arameans have camped in Ephraim," his heart and the hearts of his people shook as the trees of the forest shake with the wind. (nasb) Isa 7:2 And it was told to the house of David, saying, "Syria's forces are deployed in Ephraim." So his heart and the heart of his people were moved as the trees of the woods are moved with the wind. (nkjv) Isa 7:2 Da ward dem Hause David angesagt: Die Syrer haben sich gelagert in Ephraim. Da bebte ihm das Herz und das Herz seines Volkes, wie die Bäume im Walde beben vom Winde.(dhs) Isa 7:2 καὶ ἀνηγγέλη εἰς τὸν οἶκον Δαυιδ λέγοντες συνεφώνησεν Αραμ πρὸς τὸν Εφραιμ καὶ ἐξέστη ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ ψυχὴ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ ὃν τρόπον ὅταν ἐν δρυμῷ ξύλον ὑπὸ πνεύματος σαλευθῇ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:3 ============ Isa 7:3 Then the Lord said to Isaiah, "Go out now to meet Ahaz, you and your son Shear-jashub, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool, on the highway to the fuller's field, (nasb) Isa 7:3 Then the Lord said to Isaiah, "Go out now to meet Ahaz, you and Shear-Jashub your son, at the end of the aqueduct from the upper pool, on the highway to the Fuller's Field, (nkjv) Isa 7:3 Aber der HERR sprach zu Jesaja: Gehe hinaus, Ahas entgegen, du und dein Sohn Sear-Jasub, an das Ende der Wasserleitung des oberen Teiches, am Wege beim Acker des Walkmüllers,(dhs) Isa 7:3 καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Ησαιαν ἔξελθε εἰς συνάντησιν Αχαζ σὺ καὶ ὁ καταλειφθεὶς Ιασουβ ὁ υἱός σου πρὸς τὴν κολυμβήθραν τῆς ἄνω ὁδοῦ τοῦ ἀγροῦ τοῦ γναφέως (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:4 ============ Isa 7:4 and say to him, 'Take care and be calm, have no fear and do not be fainthearted because of these two stubs of smoldering firebrands, on account of the fierce anger of Rezin and Aram and the son of Remaliah. (nasb) Isa 7:4 and say to him: 'Take heed, and be quiet; do not fear or be fainthearted for these two stubs of smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and the son of Remaliah. (nkjv) Isa 7:4 und sprich zu ihm: Hüte dich und sei still; fürchte dich nicht, und dein Herz sei unverzagt vor diesen zwei rauchenden Löschbränden, vor dem Zorn Rezins und der Syrer und des Sohnes Remaljas,(dhs) Isa 7:4 καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτῷ φύλαξαι τοῦ ἡσυχάσαι καὶ μὴ φοβοῦ μηδὲ ἡ ψυχή σου ἀσθενείτω ἀπὸ τῶν δύο ξύλων τῶν δαλῶν τῶν καπνιζομένων τούτων ὅταν γὰρ ὀργὴ τοῦ θυμοῦ μου γένηται πάλιν ἰάσομαι (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:5 ============ Isa 7:5 Because Aram, with Ephraim and the son of Remaliah, has planned evil against you, saying, (nasb) Isa 7:5 Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah have plotted evil against you, saying, (nkjv) Isa 7:5 daß die Syrer wider dich einen bösen Ratschlag gemacht haben samt Ephraim und dem Sohn Remaljas und sagen:(dhs) Isa 7:5 καὶ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ Αραμ καὶ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ Ρομελιου ὅτι ἐβουλεύσαντο βουλὴν πονηρὰν περὶ σοῦ λέγοντες (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:6 ============ Isa 7:6 "Let us go up against Judah and terrorize it, and make for ourselves a breach in its walls and set up the son of Tabeel as king in the midst of it," (nasb) Isa 7:6 "Let us go up against Judah and trouble it, and let us make a gap in its wall for ourselves, and set a king over them, the son of Tabel"-- (nkjv) Isa 7:6 Wir wollen hinauf nach Juda und es erschrecken und hineinbrechen und zum König darin machen den Sohn Tabeels.(dhs) Isa 7:6 ἀναβησόμεθα εἰς τὴν Ιουδαίαν καὶ συλλαλήσαντες αὐτοῖς ἀποστρέψομεν αὐτοὺς πρὸς ἡμᾶς καὶ βασιλεύσομεν αὐτῆς τὸν υἱὸν Ταβεηλ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:7 ============ Isa 7:7 thus says the Lord God. "It shall not stand nor shall it come to pass. (nasb) Isa 7:7 thus says the Lord God: "It shall not stand, Nor shall it come to pass. (nkjv) Isa 7:7 Denn also spricht der HERR HERR: Es soll nicht bestehen noch also gehen;(dhs) Isa 7:7 τάδε λέγει κύριος σαβαωθ οὐ μὴ ἐμμείνῃ ἡ βουλὴ αὕτη οὐδὲ ἔσται (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:8 ============ Isa 7:8 For the head of Aram is Damascus and the head of Damascus is Rezin (now within another 65 years Ephraim will be shattered, so that it is no longer a people), (nasb) Isa 7:8 For the head of Syria is Damascus, And the head of Damascus is Rezin. Within sixty-five years Ephraim will be broken, So that it will not be a people. (nkjv) Isa 7:8 sondern wie Damaskus das Haupt ist in Syrien, so soll Rezin das Haupt zu Damaskus sein. Und über fünfundsechzig Jahre soll es mit Ephraim aus sein, daß sie nicht mehr ein Volk seien.(dhs) Isa 7:8 ἀλλ᾽ ἡ κεφαλὴ Αραμ Δαμασκός ἀλλ᾽ ἔτι ἑξήκοντα καὶ πέντε ἐτῶν ἐκλείψει ἡ βασιλεία Εφραιμ ἀπὸ λαοῦ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:9 ============ Isa 7:9 and the head of Ephraim is Samaria and the head of Samaria is the son of Remaliah. If you will not believe, you surely shall not last."'" (nasb) Isa 7:9 The head of Ephraim is Samaria, And the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If you will not believe, Surely you shall not be established." ' " (nkjv) Isa 7:9 Und wie Samaria das Haupt ist in Ephraim, so soll der Sohn Remaljas das Haupt zu Samaria sein. Gläubt ihr nicht so bleibt ihr nicht.(dhs) Isa 7:9 καὶ ἡ κεφαλὴ Εφραιμ Σομορων καὶ ἡ κεφαλὴ Σομορων υἱὸς τοῦ Ρομελιου καὶ ἐὰν μὴ πιστεύσητε οὐδὲ μὴ συνῆτε (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:10 ============ Isa 7:10 Then the Lord spoke again to Ahaz, saying, (nasb) Isa 7:10 Moreover the Lord spoke again to Ahaz, saying, (nkjv) Isa 7:10 Und der HERR redete abermals zu Ahas und sprach:(dhs) Isa 7:10 καὶ προσέθετο κύριος λαλῆσαι τῷ Αχαζ λέγων (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:11 ============ Isa 7:11 "Ask a sign for yourself from the Lord your God; make it deep as Sheol or high as heaven." (nasb) Isa 7:11 "Ask a sign for yourself from the Lord your God; ask it either in the depth or in the height above." (nkjv) Isa 7:11 Fordere dir ein Zeichen vom HERRN, deinem Gott, es sei unten in der Hölle oder droben in der Höhe!(dhs) Isa 7:11 αἴτησαι σεαυτῷ σημεῖον παρὰ κυρίου θεοῦ σου εἰς βάθος ἢ εἰς ὕψος (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:12 ============ Isa 7:12 But Ahaz said, "I will not ask, nor will I test the Lord!" (nasb) Isa 7:12 But Ahaz said, "I will not ask, nor will I test the Lord!" (nkjv) Isa 7:12 Aber Ahas sprach: Ich will's nicht fordern, daß ich den HERRN nicht versuche.(dhs) Isa 7:12 καὶ εἶπεν Αχαζ οὐ μὴ αἰτήσω οὐδ᾽ οὐ μὴ πειράσω κύριον (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:13 ============ Isa 7:13 Then he said, "Listen now, O house of David! Is it too slight a thing for you to try the patience of men, that you will try the patience of my God as well? (nasb) Isa 7:13 Then he said, "Hear now, O house of David! Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will you weary my God also? (nkjv) Isa 7:13 Da sprach er: Wohlan, so höret, ihr vom Hause David: Ist's euch zu wenig, daß ihr die Leute beleidigt, ihr müßt auch meinen Gott beleidigen?(dhs) Isa 7:13 καὶ εἶπεν ἀκούσατε δή οἶκος Δαυιδ μὴ μικρὸν ὑμῖν ἀγῶνα παρέχειν ἀνθρώποις καὶ πῶς κυρίῳ παρέχετε ἀγῶνα (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:14 ============ Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel. (nasb) Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. (nkjv) Isa 7:14 Darum so wird euch der HERR selbst ein Zeichen geben: Siehe, eine Jungfrau ist schwanger und wird einen Sohn gebären, den wird sie heißen Immanuel.(dhs) Isa 7:14 διὰ τοῦτο δώσει κύριος αὐτὸς ὑμῖν σημεῖον ἰδοὺ ἡ παρθένος ἐν γαστρὶ ἕξει καὶ τέξεται υἱόν καὶ καλέσεις τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Εμμανουηλ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:15 ============ Isa 7:15 He will eat curds and honey at the time He knows enough to refuse evil and choose good. (nasb) Isa 7:15 Curds and honey He shall eat, that He may know to refuse the evil and choose the good. (nkjv) Isa 7:15 Butter und Honig wird er essen, wann er weiß, Böses zu verwerfen und Gutes zu erwählen.(dhs) Isa 7:15 βούτυρον καὶ μέλι φάγεται πρὶν ἢ γνῶναι αὐτὸν ἢ προελέσθαι πονηρὰ ἐκλέξεται τὸ ἀγαθόν (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:16 ============ Isa 7:16 For before the boy will know enough to refuse evil and choose good, the land whose two kings you dread will be forsaken. (nasb) Isa 7:16 For before the Child shall know to refuse the evil and choose the good, the land that you dread will be forsaken by both her kings. (nkjv) Isa 7:16 Denn ehe der Knabe lernt Böses verwerfen und Gutes erwählen, wird das Land verödet sein, vor dessen zwei Königen dir graut.(dhs) Isa 7:16 διότι πρὶν ἢ γνῶναι τὸ παιδίον ἀγαθὸν ἢ κακὸν ἀπειθεῖ πονηρίᾳ τοῦ ἐκλέξασθαι τὸ ἀγαθόν καὶ καταλειφθήσεται ἡ γῆ ἣν σὺ φοβῇ ἀπὸ προσώπου τῶν δύο βασιλέων (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:17 ============ Isa 7:17 The Lord will bring on you, on your people, and on your father's house such days as have never come since the day that Ephraim separated from Judah, the king of Assyria." (nasb) Isa 7:17 The Lord will bring the king of Assyria upon you and your people and your father's house--days that have not come since the day that Ephraim departed from Judah." (nkjv) Isa 7:17 Aber der HERR wird über dich, über dein Volk und über deines Vaters Haus Tage kommen lassen, die nicht gekommen sind, seit der Zeit, da Ephraim von Juda geschieden ist, durch den König von Assyrien.(dhs) Isa 7:17 ἀλλὰ ἐπάξει ὁ θεὸς ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν λαόν σου καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τοῦ πατρός σου ἡμέρας αἳ οὔπω ἥκασιν ἀφ᾽ ἧς ἡμέρας ἀφεῖλεν Εφραιμ ἀπὸ Ιουδα τὸν βασιλέα τῶν Ἀσσυρίων (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:18 ============ Isa 7:18 In that day the Lord will whistle for the fly that is in the remotest part of the rivers of Egypt and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria. (nasb) Isa 7:18 And it shall come to pass in that day That the Lord will whistle for the fly That is in the farthest part of the rivers of Egypt, And for the bee that is in the land of Assyria. (nkjv) Isa 7:18 Denn zu der Zeit wird der HERR zischen der Fliege am Ende der Wasser in Ägypten und der Biene im Lande Assur,(dhs) Isa 7:18 καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ συριεῖ κύριος μυίαις ὃ κυριεύει μέρους ποταμοῦ Αἰγύπτου καὶ τῇ μελίσσῃ ἥ ἐστιν ἐν χώρᾳ Ἀσσυρίων (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:19 ============ Isa 7:19 They will all come and settle on the steep ravines, on the ledges of the cliffs, on all the thorn bushes and on all the watering places. (nasb) Isa 7:19 They will come, and all of them will rest In the desolate valleys and in the clefts of the rocks, And on all thorns and in all pastures. (nkjv) Isa 7:19 daß sie kommen und alle sich legen an die trockenen Bäche und in die Steinklüfte und in alle Hecken und in alle Büsche.(dhs) Isa 7:19 καὶ ἐλεύσονται πάντες καὶ ἀναπαύσονται ἐν ταῖς φάραγξι τῆς χώρας καὶ ἐν ταῖς τρώγλαις τῶν πετρῶν καὶ εἰς τὰ σπήλαια καὶ εἰς πᾶσαν ῥαγάδα καὶ ἐν παντὶ ξύλῳ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:20 ============ Isa 7:20 In that day the Lord will shave with a razor, hired from regions beyond the Euphrates (that is, with the king of Assyria), the head and the hair of the legs; and it will also remove the beard. (nasb) Isa 7:20 In the same day the Lord will shave with a hired razor, With those from beyond the River, with the king of Assyria, The head and the hair of the legs, And will also remove the beard. (nkjv) Isa 7:20 Zu derselben Zeit wird der HERR das Haupt und die Haare an den Füßen abscheren und den Bart abnehmen durch ein gemietetes Schermesser, nämlich durch die, so jenseit des Stromes sind, durch den König von Assyrien.(dhs) Isa 7:20 ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ξυρήσει κύριος τῷ ξυρῷ τῷ μεγάλῳ καὶ μεμεθυσμένῳ ὅ ἐστιν πέραν τοῦ ποταμοῦ βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων τὴν κεφαλὴν καὶ τὰς τρίχας τῶν ποδῶν καὶ τὸν πώγωνα ἀφελεῖ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:21 ============ Isa 7:21 Now in that day a man may keep alive a heifer and a pair of sheep; (nasb) Isa 7:21 It shall be in that day That a man will keep alive a young cow and two sheep; (nkjv) Isa 7:21 Zu derselben Zeit wird ein Mann eine junge Kuh und zwei Schafe ziehen(dhs) Isa 7:21 καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ θρέψει ἄνθρωπος δάμαλιν βοῶν καὶ δύο πρόβατα (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:22 ============ Isa 7:22 and because of the abundance of the milk produced he will eat curds, for everyone that is left within the land will eat curds and honey. (nasb) Isa 7:22 So it shall be, from the abundance of milk they give, That he will eat curds; For curds and honey everyone will eat who is left in the land. (nkjv) Isa 7:22 und wird so viel zu melken haben, daß er Butter essen wird; denn Butter und Honig wird essen, wer übrig im Lande bleiben wird.(dhs) Isa 7:22 καὶ ἔσται ἀπὸ τοῦ πλεῖστον ποιεῖν γάλα βούτυρον καὶ μέλι φάγεται πᾶς ὁ καταλειφθεὶς ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:23 ============ Isa 7:23 And it will come about in that day, that every place where there used to be a thousand vines, valued at a thousand shekels of silver, will become briars and thorns. (nasb) Isa 7:23 It shall happen in that day, That wherever there could be a thousand vines Worth a thousand shekels of silver, It will be for briers and thorns. (nkjv) Isa 7:23 Denn es wird jetzt zu der Zeit geschehen, daß wo jetzt tausend Weinstöcke stehen, tausend Silberlinge wert, da werden Dornen und Hecken sein,(dhs) Isa 7:23 καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ πᾶς τόπος οὗ ἐὰν ὦσιν χίλιαι ἄμπελοι χιλίων σίκλων εἰς χέρσον ἔσονται καὶ εἰς ἄκανθαν (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:24 ============ Isa 7:24 People will come there with bows and arrows because all the land will be briars and thorns. (nasb) Isa 7:24 With arrows and bows men will come there, Because all the land will become briers and thorns. (nkjv) Isa 7:24 daß man mit Pfeilen und Bogen dahingehen muß. Denn im ganzen Lande werden Dornen und Hecken sein,(dhs) Isa 7:24 μετὰ βέλους καὶ τοξεύματος εἰσελεύσονται ἐκεῖ ὅτι χέρσος καὶ ἄκανθα ἔσται πᾶσα ἡ γῆ (lxx) ======= Isaiah 7:25 ============ Isa 7:25 As for all the hills which used to be cultivated with the hoe, you will not go there for fear of briars and thorns; but they will become a place for pasturing oxen and for sheep to trample. (nasb) Isa 7:25 And to any hill which could be dug with the hoe, You will not go there for fear of briers and thorns; But it will become a range for oxen And a place for sheep to roam. (nkjv) Isa 7:25 daß man auch zu allen den Bergen, die man mit Hauen pflegt umzuhacken, nicht kann kommen vor Scheu der Dornen und Hecken; sondern man wird Ochsen daselbst gehen und Schafe darauf treten lassen.(dhs) Isa 7:25 καὶ πᾶν ὄρος ἀροτριώμενον ἀροτριαθήσεται καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐπέλθῃ ἐκεῖ φόβος ἔσται γὰρ ἀπὸ τῆς χέρσου καὶ ἀκάνθης εἰς βόσκημα προβάτου καὶ εἰς καταπάτημα βοός (lxx) top of the page
