And upon whom does His light not rise?(nasb-1995) Job 25:3 μὴ γάρ τις ὑπολάβοι ὅτι ἔστιν παρέλκυσις πειραταῖς ἐπὶ τίνας δὲ οὐκ ἐπελεύσεται ἔνεδρα παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ (lxx) Job 25:3 Numquid est numerus militum ejus? et super quem non surget lumen illius?(Vulgate) Job 25:3 Wer will seine Kriegsscharen zählen? und über wen geht nicht auf sein Licht?(dhs) 3 ׃25 הֲיֵ֣שׁ מִ֭סְפָּר לִגְדוּדָ֑יו וְעַל־מִ֝֗י לֹא־יָק֥וּם אוֹרֵֽהוּ׃ Job-(Hebrew) Job 25:3 Is there any number to His armies? Upon whom does His light not rise?(nkjv) ======= Job 25:4 ============ Job 25:4 "How then can a man be just with God? Or how can he be clean who is born of woman?(nasb-1995) Job 25:4 πῶς γὰρ ἔσται δίκαιος βροτὸς ἔναντι κυρίου ἢ τίς ἂν ἀποκαθαρίσαι ἑαυτὸν γεννητὸς γυναικός (lxx) Job 25:4 Numquid justificari potest homo comparatus Deo? aut apparere mundus natus de muliere?(Vulgate) Job 25:4 Und wie kann ein Mensch gerecht vor Gott sein? und wie kann rein sein eines Weibes Kind?(dhs) 4 ׃25 וּמַה־יִּצְדַּ֣ק אֱנ֣וֹשׁ עִם־אֵ֑ל וּמַה־יִּ֝זְכֶּ֗ה יְל֣וּד אִשָּֽׁה׃ Job-(Hebrew) Job 25:4 How then can man be righteous before God? Or how can he be pure who is born of a woman?(nkjv) ======= Job 25:5 ============ Job 25:5 "If even the moon has no brightness And the stars are not pure in His sight,(nasb-1995) Job 25:5 εἰ σελήνῃ συντάσσει καὶ οὐκ ἐπιφαύσκει ἄστρα δὲ οὐ καθαρὰ ἐναντίον αὐτοῦ (lxx) Job 25:5 Ecce luna etiam non splendet, et stellæ non sunt mundæ in conspectu ejus:(Vulgate) Job 25:5 Siehe, auch der Mond scheint nicht helle, und die Sterne sind nicht rein vor seinen Augen:(dhs) 5 ׃25 הֵ֣ן עַד־יָ֭רֵחַ וְלֹ֣א יַאֲהִ֑יל וְ֝כוֹכָבִ֗ים לֹא־זַכּ֥וּ בְעֵינָֽיו׃ Job-(Hebrew) Job 25:5 If even the moon does not shine, And the stars are not pure in His sight,(nkjv) ======= Job 25:6 ============ Job 25:6 How much less man, that maggot, And the son of man, that worm!"
