For women will call me happy." So she named him Asher.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:14 ============ Gen 30:14 And Reuben went in the days of wheat harvest, and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them unto his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to Leah, Give me, I pray thee, of thy son's mandrakes.(KJV) Genesis 30:14 Nowe Reuben went in the dayes of the wheateharuest, and founde mandrakes in the fielde and brought them vnto his mother Leah. Then sayde Rahel to Leah, Giue me, I pray thee, of thy sonnes mandrakes.(Geneva) Genèse 30:14 Ruben sortit au temps de la moisson des blés, et trouva des mandragores dans les champs. Il les apporta à Léa, sa mère. Alors Rachel dit à Léa: Donne moi, je te prie, des mandragores de ton fils.(FR) 14 ׃30 וַיֵּ֨לֶךְ רְאוּבֵ֜ן בִּימֵ֣י קְצִיר־חִטִּ֗ים וַיִּמְצָ֤א דֽוּדָאִים֙ בַּשָּׂדֶ֔ה וַיָּבֵ֣א אֹתָ֔ם אֶל־לֵאָ֖ה אִמּ֑וֹ וַתֹּ֤אמֶר רָחֵל֙ אֶל־לֵאָ֔ה תְּנִי־נָ֣א לִ֔י מִדּוּדָאֵ֖י בְּנֵֽךְ׃ Genesis Gen 30:14 Now in the days of wheat harvest Reuben went and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them to his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to Leah, "Please give me some of your son's mandrakes."(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:15 ============ Gen 30:15 And she said unto her, Is it a small matter that thou hast taken my husband? and wouldest thou take away my son's mandrakes also? And Rachel said, Therefore he shall lie with thee to night for thy son's mandrakes.(KJV) Genesis 30:15 But shee answered her, Is it a small matter for thee to take mine husband, except thou take my sonnes mandrakes also? Then sayde Rahel, Therefore he shall sleepe with thee this night for thy sonnes mandrakes.(Geneva) Genèse 30:15 Elle lui répondit: Est-ce peu que tu aies pris mon mari, pour que tu prennes aussi les mandragores de mon fils? Et Rachel dit: Eh bien! il couchera avec toi cette nuit pour les mandragores de ton fils.(FR) 15 ׃30 וַתֹּ֣אמֶר לָ֗הּ הַמְעַט֙ קַחְתֵּ֣ךְ אֶת־אִישִׁ֔י וְלָקַ֕חַת גַּ֥ם אֶת־דּוּדָאֵ֖י בְּנִ֑י וַתֹּ֣אמֶר רָחֵ֗ל לָכֵן֙ יִשְׁכַּ֤ב עִמָּךְ֙ הַלַּ֔יְלָה תַּ֖חַת דּוּדָאֵ֥י בְנֵֽךְ׃ Genesis Gen 30:15 But she said to her, "Is it a small matter for you to take my husband? And would you take my son's mandrakes also?" So Rachel said, "Therefore he may lie with you tonight in return for your son's mandrakes."(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:16 ============ Gen 30:16 And Jacob came out of the field in the evening, and Leah went out to meet him, and said, Thou must come in unto me; for surely I have hired thee with my son's mandrakes. And he lay with her that night.(KJV) Genesis 30:16 And Iaakob came from the fielde in the euening, and Leah went out to meete him, and sayde, Come in to mee, for I haue bought and payed for thee with my sonnes mandrakes: and he slept with her that night.(Geneva) Genèse 30:16 Le soir, comme Jacob revenait des champs, Léa sortit à sa rencontre, et dit: C'est vers moi que tu viendras, car je t'ai acheté pour les mandragores de mon fils. Et il coucha avec elle cette nuit.(FR) 16 ׃30 וַיָּבֹ֨א יַעֲקֹ֣ב מִן־הַשָּׂדֶה֮ בָּעֶרֶב֒ וַתֵּצֵ֨א לֵאָ֜ה לִקְרָאת֗וֹ וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙ אֵלַ֣י תָּב֔וֹא כִּ֚י שָׂכֹ֣ר שְׂכַרְתִּ֔יךָ בְּדוּדָאֵ֖י בְּנִ֑י וַיִּשְׁכַּ֥ב עִמָּ֖הּ בַּלַּ֥יְלָה הֽוּא׃ Genesis Gen 30:16 When Jacob came in from the field in the evening, then Leah went out to meet him and said, "You must come in to me, for I have surely hired you with my son's mandrakes." So she named him Issachar.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:19 ============ Gen 30:19 And Leah conceived again, and bare Jacob the sixth son.(KJV) Genesis 30:19 After, Leah conceiued againe, & bare Iaakob the sixt sonne.(Geneva) Genèse 30:19 Léa devint encore enceinte, et enfanta un sixième fils à Jacob.(FR) 19 ׃30 וַתַּ֤הַר עוֹד֙ לֵאָ֔ה וַתֵּ֥לֶד בֵּן־שִׁשִּׁ֖י לְּיַעֲקֹֽב׃ Genesis Gen 30:19 Leah conceived again and bore a sixth son to Jacob.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:20 ============ Gen 30:20 And Leah said, God hath endued me with a good dowry; now will my husband dwell with me, because I have born him six sons: and she called his name Zebulun.(KJV) Genesis 30:20 Then Leah said, God hath endued me with a good dowrie: nowe will mine husbande dwell with me, because I haue borne him sixe sonnes: & she called his name Zebulun.(Geneva) Genèse 30:20 Léa dit: Dieu m'a fait un beau don; cette fois, mon mari habitera avec moi, car je lui ai enfanté six fils. Et elle l'appela du nom de Zabulon.(FR) 20 ׃30 וַתֹּ֣אמֶר לֵאָ֗ה זְבָדַ֨נִי אֱלֹהִ֥ים ׀ אֹתִי֮ זֵ֣בֶד טוֹב֒ הַפַּ֙עַם֙ יִזְבְּלֵ֣נִי אִישִׁ֔י כִּֽי־יָלַ֥דְתִּי ל֖וֹ שִׁשָּׁ֣ה בָנִ֑ים וַתִּקְרָ֥א אֶת־שְׁמ֖וֹ זְבֻלֽוּן׃ Genesis Gen 30:20 Then Leah said, "God has endowed me with a good gift; now my husband will dwell with me, because I have borne him six sons." So she named him Zebulun.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:21 ============ Gen 30:21 And afterwards she bare a daughter, and called her name Dinah.(KJV) Genesis 30:21 After that, shee bare a daughter, and shee called her name Dinah.(Geneva) Genèse 30:21 Ensuite, elle enfanta une fille, qu'elle appela du nom de Dina.(FR) 21 ׃30 וְאַחַ֖ר יָ֣לְדָה בַּ֑ת וַתִּקְרָ֥א אֶת־שְׁמָ֖הּ דִּינָֽה׃ Genesis Gen 30:21 Afterward she bore a daughter and named her Dinah.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:22 ============ Gen 30:22 And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb.(KJV) Genesis 30:22 And God remembred Rahel, and God heard her, and opened her wombe.(Geneva) Genèse 30:22 Dieu se souvint de Rachel, il l'exauça, et il la rendit féconde.(FR) 22 ׃30 וַיִּזְכֹּ֥ר אֱלֹהִ֖ים אֶת־רָחֵ֑ל וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע אֵלֶ֙יהָ֙ אֱלֹהִ֔ים וַיִּפְתַּ֖ח אֶת־רַחְמָֽהּ׃ Genesis Gen 30:22 Then God remembered Rachel, and God gave heed to her and opened her womb.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:23 ============ Gen 30:23 And she conceived, and bare a son; and said, God hath taken away my reproach:(KJV) Genesis 30:23 So she conceiued & bare a sonne, and said, God hath taken away my rebuke.(Geneva) Genèse 30:23 Elle devint enceinte, et enfanta un fils, et elle dit: Dieu a enlevé mon opprobre.(FR) 23 ׃30 וַתַּ֖הַר וַתֵּ֣לֶד בֵּ֑ן וַתֹּ֕אמֶר אָסַ֥ף אֱלֹהִ֖ים אֶת־חֶרְפָּתִֽי׃ Genesis Gen 30:23 So she conceived and bore a son and said, "God has taken away my reproach."(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:24 ============ Gen 30:24 And she called his name Joseph; and said, The LORD shall add to me another son.(KJV) Genesis 30:24 And shee called his name Ioseph, saying, The Lord wil giue me yet another sonne.(Geneva) Genèse 30:24 Et elle lui donna le nom de Joseph, en disant: Que l'Eternel m'ajoute un autre fils!(FR) 24 ׃30 וַתִּקְרָ֧א אֶת־שְׁמ֛וֹ יוֹסֵ֖ף לֵאמֹ֑ר יֹסֵ֧ף יְהוָ֛ה לִ֖י בֵּ֥ן אַחֵֽר׃ Genesis Gen 30:24 She named him Joseph, saying, "May the Lord give me another son." Jacob Prospers(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:25 ============ Gen 30:25 And it came to pass, when Rachel had born Joseph, that Jacob said unto Laban, Send me away, that I may go unto mine own place, and to my country.(KJV) Genesis 30:25 And assoone as Rahel had borne Ioseph, Iaakob said to Laban, Sende me away that I may go vnto my place and to my countrey.(Geneva) Genèse 30:25 Lorsque Rachel eut enfanté Joseph, Jacob dit à Laban: Laisse-moi partir, pour que je m'en aille chez moi, dans mon pays.(FR) 25 ׃30 וַיְהִ֕י כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר יָלְדָ֥ה רָחֵ֖ל אֶת־יוֹסֵ֑ף וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יַעֲקֹב֙ אֶל־לָבָ֔ן שַׁלְּחֵ֙נִי֙ וְאֵ֣לְכָ֔ה אֶל־מְקוֹמִ֖י וּלְאַרְצִֽי׃ Genesis Gen 30:25 Now it came about when Rachel had borne Joseph, that Jacob said to Laban, "Send me away, that I may go to my own place and to my own country.(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:26 ============ Gen 30:26 Give me my wives and my children, for whom I have served thee, and let me go: for thou knowest my service which I have done thee.(KJV) Genesis 30:26 Giue me my wiues and my children, for whom I haue serued thee, and let me go: for thou knowest what seruice I haue done thee.(Geneva) Genèse 30:26 Donne-moi mes femmes et mes enfants, pour lesquels je t'ai servi, et je m'en irai; car tu sais quel service j'ai fait pour toi.(FR) 26 ׃30 תְּנָ֞ה אֶת־נָשַׁ֣י וְאֶת־יְלָדַ֗י אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָבַ֧דְתִּי אֹֽתְךָ֛ בָּהֵ֖ן וְאֵלֵ֑כָה כִּ֚י אַתָּ֣ה יָדַ֔עְתָּ אֶת־עֲבֹדָתִ֖י אֲשֶׁ֥ר עֲבַדְתִּֽיךָ׃ Genesis Gen 30:26 Give me my wives and my children for whom I have served you, and let me depart; for you yourself know my service which I have rendered you."(nasb) ======= Genesis 30:27 ============ Gen 30:27 And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.(KJV) Genesis 30:27 To whom Laban answered, If I haue nowe found fauour in thy sight tarie: I haue perceiued that the Lord hath blessed me for thy sake.(Geneva) Genèse 30:27 Laban lui dit: Puissé-je trouver grâce à tes yeux!
