Today's Date: ======= Ezekiel 25:1 ============ Eze 25:1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 25:1 The worde of the Lord came againe vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:1 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 1 ׃25 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:1 And the word of the Lord came to me saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:2 ============ Eze 25:2 Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;(KJV) Ezekiel 25:2 Sonne of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophecie against them,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:2 Fils de l'homme, tourne ta face vers les enfants d'Ammon, Et prophétise contre eux!(FR) 2 ׃25 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם שִׂ֥ים פָּנֶ֖יךָ אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֑וֹן וְהִנָּבֵ֖א עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:2 "Son of man, set your face toward the sons of Ammon and prophesy against them, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:3 ============ Eze 25:3 And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;(KJV) Ezekiel 25:3 And say vnto the Ammonites, Heare the word of the Lord God, Thus saith the Lord God, Because thou saydest, Ha, ha, against my Sanctuarie, when it was polluted, and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate, and against the house of Iudah, when they went into captiuitie,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:3 Tu diras aux enfants d'Ammon: Ecoutez la parole du Seigneur, de l'Eternel! Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que tu as dit: Ah! ah! Sur mon sanctuaire qui était profané, Sur la terre d'Israël qui était dévastée, Et sur la maison de Juda qui allait en captivité,(FR) 3 ׃25 וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ לִבְנֵ֣י עַמּ֔וֹן שִׁמְע֖וּ דְּבַר־אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה כֹּה־אָמַ֣ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֡ה יַעַן֩ אָמְרֵ֨ךְ הֶאָ֜ח אֶל־מִקְדָּשִׁ֣י כִֽי־נִחָ֗ל וְאֶל־אַדְמַ֤ת יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ כִּ֣י נָשַׁ֔מָּה וְאֶל־בֵּ֣ית יְהוּדָ֔ה כִּ֥י הָלְכ֖וּ בַּגּוֹלָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:3 and say to the sons of Ammon, 'Hear the word of the Lord God! Thus says the Lord God, "Because you said, 'Aha!' against My sanctuary when it was profaned, and against the land of Israel when it was made desolate, and against the house of Judah when they went into exile, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:4 ============ Eze 25:4 Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:4 Beholde, therefore I will deliuer thee to the men of the East for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, & make their dwellings in thee: they shall eate thy fruite, and they shall drinke thy milke.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:4 Voici, je te donne en possession aux fils de l'Orient; Ils établiront au milieu de toi leurs enclos, Et ils y placeront leurs demeures; Ils mangeront tes fruits, Ils boiront ton lait.(FR) 4 ׃25 לָכֵ֡ן הִנְנִי֩ נֹתְנָ֨ךְ לִבְנֵי־קֶ֜דֶם לְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֗ה וְיִשְּׁב֤וּ טִירֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ בָּ֔ךְ וְנָ֥תְנוּ בָ֖ךְ מִשְׁכְּנֵיהֶ֑ם הֵ֚מָּה יֹאכְל֣וּ פִרְיֵ֔ךְ וְהֵ֖מָּה יִשְׁתּ֥וּ חֲלָבֵֽךְ׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:4 therefore, behold, I am going to give you to the sons of the east for a possession, and they will set their encampments among you and make their dwellings among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:5 ============ Eze 25:5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:5 And I will make Rabbah a dwelling place for camels, and the Ammonites a sheepecote, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:5 Je ferai de Rabba un parc pour les chameaux, Et du pays des enfants d'Ammon un bercail pour les brebis. Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 5 ׃25 וְנָתַתִּ֤י אֶת־רַבָּה֙ לִנְוֵ֣ה גְמַלִּ֔ים וְאֶת־בְּנֵ֥י עַמּ֖וֹן לְמִרְבַּץ־צֹ֑אן וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 25:5 I will make Rabbah a pasture for camels and the sons of Ammon a resting place for flocks. Thus you will know that I am the Lord."(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:6 ============ Eze 25:6 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel;(KJV) Ezekiel 25:6 For thus saith the Lord God, Because thou hast clapped the hands, and stamped with the feete, and reioyced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:6 Car ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que tu as battu des mains Et frappé du pied, Parce que tu t'es réjoui dédaigneusement et du fond de l'âme Au sujet de la terre d'Israël,(FR) 6 ׃25 כִּ֣י כֹ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה יַ֚עַן מַחְאֲךָ֣ יָ֔ד וְרַקְעֲךָ֖ בְּרָ֑גֶל וַתִּשְׂמַ֤ח בְּכָל־שָֽׁאטְךָ֙ בְּנֶ֔פֶשׁ אֶל־אַדְמַ֖ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:6 For thus says the Lord God, "Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet and rejoiced with all the scorn of your soul against the land of Israel, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:7 ============ Eze 25:7 Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:7 Beholde, therefore I will stretche out mine hand vpon thee, and will deliuer thee to be spoyled of the heathen, and I will roote thee out from the people, and I will cause thee to be destroyed out of the countreys, and I will destroy thee, and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:7 Voici, j'étends ma main sur toi, Et je te livre en proie aux nations; Je t'extermine du milieu des peuples, Je te retranche du nombre des pays, Je te détruis. Et tu sauras que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 7 ׃25 לָכֵ֡ן הִנְנִי֩ נָטִ֨יתִי אֶת־יָדִ֜י עָלֶ֗יךָ וּנְתַתִּ֤יךָֽ־*לבג **לְבַז֙ לַגּוֹיִ֔ם וְהִכְרַתִּ֙יךָ֙ מִן־הָ֣עַמִּ֔ים וְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךָ מִן־הָאֲרָצ֑וֹת אַשְׁמִ֣ידְךָ֔ וְיָדַעְתָּ֖ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 25:7 therefore, behold, I have stretched out My hand against you and I will give you for spoil to the nations. And I will cut you off from the peoples and make you perish from the lands; I will destroy you. Thus you will know that I am the Lord." (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:8 ============ Eze 25:8 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen;(KJV) Ezekiel 25:8 Thus saith the Lord God, Because that Moab and Seir doe say, Beholde, the house of Iudah is like vnto all the heathen,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:8 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que Moab et Séir ont dit: Voici, la maison de Juda est comme toutes les nations!(FR) 8 ׃25 כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה יַ֗עַן אֲמֹ֤ר מוֹאָב֙ וְשֵׂעִ֔יר הִנֵּ֥ה כְּכָֽל־הַגּוֹיִ֖ם בֵּ֥ית יְהוּדָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:8 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because Moab and Seir say, 'Behold, the house of Judah is like all the nations, '(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:9 ============ Eze 25:9 Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Bethjeshimoth, Baalmeon, and Kiriathaim,(KJV) Ezekiel 25:9 Therefore, beholde, I will open the side of Moab, euen of the cities of his cities, I say, in his frontiers with the pleasant countrey, Beth-ieshimoth, Baal-meon, and Karia-thaim.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:9 A cause de cela, voici, j'ouvre le territoire de Moab Du côté des villes, de ses villes frontières, L'ornement du pays, Beth-Jeschimoth, Baal-Meon et Kirjathaïm,(FR) 9 ׃25 לָכֵן֩ הִנְנִ֨י פֹתֵ֜חַ אֶת־כֶּ֤תֶף מוֹאָב֙ מֵהֶ֣עָרִ֔ים מֵֽעָרָ֖יו מִקָּצֵ֑הוּ צְבִ֗י אֶ֚רֶץ בֵּ֣ית הַיְשִׁימֹ֔ת בַּ֥עַל מְע֖וֹן *וקריתמה **וְקִרְיָתָֽיְמָה׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:9 therefore, behold, I am going to deprive the flank of Moab of its cities, of its cities which are on its frontiers, the glory of the land, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon and Kiriathaim, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:10 ============ Eze 25:10 Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:10 I will call the men of the East against the Ammonites, and will giue them in possession, so that the Ammonites shal no more be remembred among the nations,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:10 Je l'ouvre aux fils de l'orient Qui marchent contre les enfants d'Ammon, Et je le leur donne en possession, Afin que les enfants d'Ammon ne soient plus comptés parmi les nations.(FR) 10 ׃25 לִבְנֵי־קֶ֙דֶם֙ עַל־בְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֔וֹן וּנְתַתִּ֖יהָ לְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֑ה לְמַ֛עַן לֹֽא־תִזָּכֵ֥ר בְּנֵֽי־עַמּ֖וֹן בַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:10 and I will give it for a possession along with the sons of Ammon to the sons of the east, so that the sons of Ammon will not be remembered among the nations. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:11 ============ Eze 25:11 And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:11 And I will execute iudgements vpon Moab, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:11 J'exercerai mes jugements contre Moab. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 11 ׃25 וּבְמוֹאָ֖ב אֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה שְׁפָטִ֑ים וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 25:11 Thus I will execute judgments on Moab, and they will know that I am the Lord." (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:12 ============ Eze 25:12 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;(KJV) Ezekiel 25:12 Thus sayth the Lorde God, Because that Edom hath done euill by taking vengeance vpon the house of Iudah, and hath committed great offence, and reuenged himselfe vpon them,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:12 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce qu'Edom s'est livré à la vengeance Envers la maison de Juda, Parce qu'il s'est rendu coupable Et s'est vengé d'elle,(FR) 12 ׃25 כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה יַ֣עַן עֲשׂ֥וֹת אֱד֛וֹם בִּנְקֹ֥ם נָקָ֖ם לְבֵ֣ית יְהוּדָ֑ה וַיֶּאְשְׁמ֥וּ אָשׁ֖וֹם וְנִקְּמ֥וּ בָהֶֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:12 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because Edom has acted against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has incurred grievous guilt, and avenged themselves upon them,"(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:13 ============ Eze 25:13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:13 Therefore thus saith the Lorde God, I will also stretch out mine hand vpon Edom, and destroy man and beast out of it, and I will make it desolate from Teman, and they of Dedan shall fall by the sworde.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:13 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: J'étends ma main sur Edom, J'en extermine les hommes et les bêtes, J'en fais un désert, de Théman à Dedan; Ils tomberont par l'épée.(FR) 13 ׃25 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה וְנָטִ֤תִי יָדִי֙ עַל־אֱד֔וֹם וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֶּ֖נָּה אָדָ֣ם וּבְהֵמָ֑ה וּנְתַתִּ֤יהָ חָרְבָּה֙ מִתֵּימָ֔ן וּדְדָ֖נֶה בַּחֶ֥רֶב יִפֹּֽלוּ׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:13 therefore thus says the Lord God, "I will also stretch out My hand against Edom and cut off man and beast from it. And I will lay it waste; from Teman even to Dedan they will fall by the sword. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:14 ============ Eze 25:14 And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:14 And I will execute my vengeance vpon Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they shall doe in Edom according to mine anger, and according to mine indignation, & they shall know my vengeance, sayth the Lord God.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:14 J'exercerai ma vengeance sur Edom Par la main de mon peuple d'Israël; Il traitera Edom selon ma colère et ma fureur; Et ils reconnaîtront ma vengeance, Dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.(FR) 14 ׃25 וְנָתַתִּ֨י אֶת־נִקְמָתִ֜י בֶּאֱד֗וֹם בְּיַד֙ עַמִּ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְעָשׂ֣וּ בֶאֱד֔וֹם כְּאַפִּ֖י וְכַחֲמָתִ֑י וְיָֽדְעוּ֙ אֶת־נִקְמָתִ֔י נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 25:14 I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom according to My anger and according to My wrath; thus they will know My vengeance," declares the Lord God. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:15 ============ Eze 25:15 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;(KJV) Ezekiel 25:15 Thus sayth the Lord God, Because the Philistims haue executed vengeance, and reuenged themselues with a despitefull heart, to destroy it for the olde hatred,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:15 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que les Philistins se sont livrés à la vengeance, Parce qu'ils se sont vengés dédaigneusement et du fond de l'âme, Voulant tout détruire, dans leur haine éternelle,(FR) 15 ׃25 כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה יַ֛עַן עֲשׂ֥וֹת פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים בִּנְקָמָ֑ה וַיִּנָּקְמ֤וּ נָקָם֙ בִּשְׁאָ֣ט בְּנֶ֔פֶשׁ לְמַשְׁחִ֖ית אֵיבַ֥ת עוֹלָֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:15 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because the Philistines have acted in revenge and have taken vengeance with scorn of soul to destroy with everlasting enmity,"(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:16 ============ Eze 25:16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.(KJV) Ezekiel 25:16 Therefore thus sayth the Lorde God, Behold, I will stretche out mine hand vpon the Philistims, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:16 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Voici, j'étends ma main sur les Philistins, J'extermine les Kéréthiens, Et je détruis ce qui reste sur la côte de la mer.(FR) 16 ׃25 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הִנְנִ֨י נוֹטֶ֤ה יָדִי֙ עַל־פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים וְהִכְרַתִּ֖י אֶת־כְּרֵתִ֑ים וְהַ֣אֲבַדְתִּ֔י אֶת־שְׁאֵרִ֖ית ח֥וֹף הַיָּֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 25:16 therefore thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I will stretch out My hand against the Philistines, even cut off the Cherethites and destroy the remnant of the seacoast. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 25:17 ============ Eze 25:17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.(kjv) Ezekiel 25:17 And I will execute great vengeance vpon them with rebukes of mine indignation, and they shall knowe that I am the Lorde, when I shall lay my vengeance vpon them.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 25:17 J'exercerai sur eux de grandes vengeances, En les châtiant avec fureur. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Eternel, Quand j'exercerai sur eux ma vengeance.(FR) 17 ׃25 וְעָשִׂ֤יתִי בָם֙ נְקָמ֣וֹת גְּדֹל֔וֹת בְּתוֹכְח֖וֹת חֵמָ֑ה וְיָֽדְעוּ֙ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֔ה בְּתִתִּ֥י אֶת־נִקְמָתִ֖י בָּֽם׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 25:17 I will execute great vengeance on them with wrathful rebukes; and they will know that I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance on them."'"
