Prophétise contre le pays d'Israël!(FR) 7 ׃21 בֶּן־אָדָ֗ם שִׂ֤ים פָּנֶ֙יךָ֙ אֶל־יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וְהַטֵּ֖ף אֶל־מִקְדָּשִׁ֑ים וְהִנָּבֵ֖א אֶל־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:2 "Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem, and speak against the sanctuaries and prophesy against the land of Israel; (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:3 ============ Eze 21:3 And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:3 And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the Lord, Beholde, I come against thee, and will drawe my sword out of his sheath, and cut off from thee both the righteous and the wicked.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:3 Tu diras au pays d'Israël: Ainsi parle l'Eternel: Voici, j'en veux à toi, Je tirerai mon épée de son fourreau, Et j'exterminerai du milieu de toi le juste et le méchant.(FR) 8 ׃21 וְאָמַרְתָּ֞ לְאַדְמַ֣ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הִנְנִ֣י אֵלַ֔יִךְ וְהוֹצֵאתִ֥י חַרְבִּ֖י מִתַּעְרָ֑הּ וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֵּ֖ךְ צַדִּ֥יק וְרָשָֽׁע׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:3 and say to the land of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord, "Behold, I am against you; and I will draw My sword out of its sheath and cut off from you the righteous and the wicked. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:4 ============ Eze 21:4 Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north:(KJV) Ezekiel 21:4 Seeing then that I will cut off from thee both the righteous and wicked, therefore shall my sworde goe out of his sheath against all flesh from the South to the North,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:4 Parce que je veux exterminer du milieu de toi le juste et le méchant, Mon épée sortira de son fourreau, Pour frapper toute chair, Du midi au septentrion.(FR) 9 ׃21 יַ֛עַן אֲשֶׁר־הִכְרַ֥תִּי מִמֵּ֖ךְ צַדִּ֣יק וְרָשָׁ֑ע לָ֠כֵן תֵּצֵ֨א חַרְבִּ֧י מִתַּעְרָ֛הּ אֶל־כָּל־בָּשָׂ֖ר מִנֶּ֥גֶב צָפֽוֹן׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:4 Because I will cut off from you the righteous and the wicked, therefore My sword will go forth from its sheath against all flesh from south to north. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:5 ============ Eze 21:5 That all flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:5 That all flesh may knowe that I the Lorde haue drawen my sworde out of his sheath, and it shall not returne any more.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:5 Et toute chair saura Que moi, l'Eternel, j'ai tiré mon épée de son fourreau. Elle n'y rentrera plus.(FR) 10 ׃21 וְיָֽדְעוּ֙ כָּל־בָּשָׂ֔ר כִּ֚י אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֔ה הוֹצֵ֥אתִי חַרְבִּ֖י מִתַּעְרָ֑הּ לֹ֥א תָשׁ֖וּב עֽוֹד׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 21:5 Thus all flesh will know that I, the Lord, have drawn My sword out of its sheath. It will not return to its sheath again."'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:6 ============ Eze 21:6 Sigh therefore, thou son of man, with the breaking of thy loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:6 Mourne therefore, thou sonne of man, as in the paine of thy reines, and mourne bitterly before them.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:6 Et toi, fils de l'homme, gémis! Les reins brisés et l'amertume dans l'âme, Gémis sous leurs regards!(FR) 11 ׃21 וְאַתָּ֥ה בֶן־אָדָ֖ם הֵֽאָנַ֑ח בְּשִׁבְר֤וֹן מָתְנַ֙יִם֙ וּבִמְרִיר֔וּת תֵּֽאָנַ֖ח לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:6 As for you, son of man, groan with breaking heart and bitter grief, groan in their sight. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:7 ============ Eze 21:7 And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to pass, saith the Lord GOD.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:7 And if they say vnto thee, Wherefore mournest thou? then answere, Because of the bruite: for it commeth, and euery heart shall melt, and all handes shall be weake, and all mindes shall faint, and all knees shall fall away as water: beholde, it commeth, and shall be done, saith the Lord God.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:7 Et s'ils te disent: Pourquoi gémis-tu? Tu répondras: Parce qu'il arrive une nouvelle... Tous les coeurs s'alarmeront, Toutes les mains deviendront faibles, Tous les esprits seront abattus, Tous les genoux se fondront en eau... Voici, elle arrive, elle est là! Dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.(FR) 12 ׃21 וְהָיָה֙ כִּֽי־יֹאמְר֣וּ אֵלֶ֔יךָ עַל־מָ֖ה אַתָּ֣ה נֶאֱנָ֑ח וְאָמַרְתָּ֡ אֶל־שְׁמוּעָ֣ה כִֽי־בָאָ֡ה וְנָמֵ֣ס כָּל־לֵב֩ וְרָפ֨וּ כָל־יָדַ֜יִם וְכִהֲתָ֣ה כָל־ר֗וּחַ וְכָל־בִּרְכַּ֙יִם֙ תֵּלַ֣כְנָה מַּ֔יִם הִנֵּ֤ה בָאָה֙ וְנִֽהְיָ֔תָה נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 21:7 And when they say to you, 'Why do you groan?'you shall say, 'Because of the news that is coming; and every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will faint and all knees will be weak as water. Behold, it comes and it will happen, 'declares the Lord God."(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:8 ============ Eze 21:8 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 21:8 Againe, the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:8 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 13 ׃21 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:8 Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:9 ============ Eze 21:9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished:(KJV) Ezekiel 21:9 Sonne of man, prophecie, and say, Thus saith the Lorde God, say, A sworde, a sworde both sharpe, and fourbished.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:9 Fils de l'homme, prophétise, et dis: Ainsi parle l'Eternel. Dis: L'épée! l'épée! Elle est aiguisée, elle est polie.(FR) 14 ׃21 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הִנָּבֵא֙ וְאָ֣מַרְתָּ֔ כֹּ֖ה אָמַ֣ר אֲדֹנָ֑י אֱמֹ֕ר חֶ֥רֶב חֶ֛רֶב הוּחַ֖דָּה וְגַם־מְרוּטָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:9 "Son of man, prophesy and say, 'Thus says the Lord.' Say, 'A sword, a sword sharpened And also polished! (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:10 ============ Eze 21:10 It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make mirth? it contemneth the rod of my son, as every tree.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:10 It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter, and it is fourbished that it may glitter: how shall we reioyce? for it contemneth the rod of my sonne, as all other trees.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:10 C'est pour massacrer qu'elle est aiguisée, C'est pour étinceler qu'elle est polie... Le sceptre de mon fils méprise tout bois...(FR) 15 ׃21 לְמַ֨עַן טְבֹ֤חַ טֶ֙בַח֙ הוּחַ֔דָּה לְמַעַן־הֱיֵה־לָ֥הּ בָּ֖רָק מֹרָ֑טָּה א֣וֹ נָשִׂ֔ישׂ שֵׁ֥בֶט בְּנִ֖י מֹאֶ֥סֶת כָּל־עֵֽץ׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:10 'Sharpened to make a slaughter, Polished to flash like lightning!' Or shall we rejoice, the rod of My son despising every tree? (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:11 ============ Eze 21:11 And he hath given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:11 And he hath giuen it to be fourbished, that he may handle it: this sword is sharpe, & is fourbished, that he may giue it into ye hand of the slayer.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:11 On l'a donnée à polir, Pour que la main la saisisse; Elle est aiguisée, l'épée, elle est polie, Pour armer la main de celui qui massacre.(FR) 16 ׃21 וַיִּתֵּ֥ן אֹתָ֛הּ לְמָרְטָ֖ה לִתְפֹּ֣שׂ בַּכָּ֑ף הִֽיא־הוּחַ֤דָּה חֶ֙רֶב֙ וְהִ֣יא מֹרָ֔טָּה לָתֵ֥ת אוֹתָ֖הּ בְּיַד־הוֹרֵֽג׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:11 It is given to be polished, that it may be handled; the sword is sharpened and polished, to give it into the hand of the slayer. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:12 ============ Eze 21:12 Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon my people, it shall be upon all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon my people: smite therefore upon thy thigh.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:12 Cry, and houle, sonne of man: for this shall come to my people, and it shal come vnto all the princes of Israel: the terrours of the sword shall be vpon my people: smite therefore vpo thy thigh.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:12 Crie et gémis, fils de l'homme! Car elle est tirée contre mon peuple, Contre tous les princes d'Israël; Ils sont livrés à l'épée avec mon peuple. Frappe donc sur ta cuisse!(FR) 17 ׃21 זְעַ֤ק וְהֵילֵל֙ בֶּן־אָדָ֔ם כִּי־הִיא֙ הָיתָ֣ה בְעַמִּ֔י הִ֖יא בְּכָל־נְשִׂיאֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל מְגוּרֵ֤י אֶל־חֶ֙רֶב֙ הָי֣וּ אֶת־עַמִּ֔י לָכֵ֖ן סְפֹ֥ק אֶל־יָרֵֽךְ׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:12 Cry out and wail, son of man; for it is against My people, it is against all the officials of Israel. They are delivered over to the sword with My people, therefore strike your thigh. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:13 ============ Eze 21:13 Because it is a trial, and what if the sword contemn even the rod? it shall be no more, saith the Lord GOD.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:13 For it is a triall, and what shall this be, if the sworde contemne euen the rodde? It shall be no more, saith the Lord God.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:13 Oui, l'épreuve sera faite; Et que sera-ce, si ce sceptre qui méprise tout est anéanti? Dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.(FR) 18 ׃21 כִּ֣י בֹ֔חַן וּמָ֕ה אִם־גַּם־שֵׁ֥בֶט מֹאֶ֖סֶת לֹ֣א יִֽהְיֶ֑ה נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 21:13 For there is a testing; and what if even the rod which despises will be no more?" declares the Lord God. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:14 ============ Eze 21:14 Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thine hands together. and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the great men that are slain, which entereth into their privy chambers.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:14 Thou therefore, sonne of man, prophecie, and smite hand to hand, and let the sworde be doubled: let the sworde that hath killed, returne the third time: it is the sword of the great slaughter entring into their priuie chambers.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:14 Et toi, fils de l'homme, prophétise, Et frappe des mains! It is the sword for the great one slain, which surrounds them, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:15 ============ Eze 21:15 I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, that their heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped up for the slaughter.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:15 I haue brought the feare of the sword into all their gates to make their heart to faint, and to multiplie their ruines. Ah it is made bright, and it is dressed for the slaughter.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:15 Pour jeter l'effroi dans les coeurs, Pour multiplier les victimes, A toutes leurs portes je les menacerai de l'épée. I have given the glittering sword. Ah! It is made for striking like lightning, it is wrapped up in readiness for slaughter. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:18 ============ Eze 21:18 The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 21:18 The worde of the Lorde came vnto mee againe, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:18 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 23 ׃21 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:18 The word of the Lord came to me saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:19 ============ Eze 21:19 Also, thou son of man, appoint thee two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both twain shall come forth out of one land: and choose thou a place, choose it at the head of the way to the city.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:19 Also thou sonne of man, appoint thee two wayes, that the sworde of the King of Babel may come: both twaine shall come out of one lande, and chuse a place, and chuse it in the corner of the way of the citie.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:19 Fils de l'homme, trace deux chemins pour servir de passage à l'épée du roi de Babylone; tous les deux doivent sortir du même pays; marque un signe, marque-le à l'entrée du chemin qui conduit à une ville.(FR) 24 ׃21 וְאַתָּ֨ה בֶן־אָדָ֜ם שִׂים־לְךָ֣ ׀ שְׁנַ֣יִם דְּרָכִ֗ים לָבוֹא֙ חֶ֣רֶב מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶ֔ל מֵאֶ֥רֶץ אֶחָ֖ד יֵצְא֣וּ שְׁנֵיהֶ֑ם וְיָ֣ד בָּרֵ֔א בְּרֹ֥אשׁ דֶּֽרֶךְ־עִ֖יר בָּרֵֽא׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:19 "As for you, son of man, make two ways for the sword of the king of Babylon to come; both of them will go out of one land. And make a signpost; make it at the head of the way to the city. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 21:22 ============ Eze 21:22 At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort.(KJV) Ezekiel 21:22 At his right hand was the diuination for Ierusalem to appoint captaines, to open their mouth in the slaughter, and to lift vp their voyce with shouting, to laye engines of warre against the gates, to cast a mount, and to builde a fortresse.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 21:22 Le sort, qui est dans sa droite, désigne Jérusalem, où l'on devra dresser des béliers, commander le carnage, et pousser des cris de guerre; on dressera des béliers contre les portes, on élèvera des terrasses, on formera des retranchements.(FR) 27 ׃21 בִּֽימִינ֞וֹ הָיָ֣ה ׀ הַקֶּ֣סֶם יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם לָשׂ֤וּם כָּרִים֙ לִפְתֹּ֤חַ פֶּה֙ בְּרֶ֔צַח לְהָרִ֥ים ק֖וֹל בִּתְרוּעָ֑ה לָשׂ֤וּם כָּרִים֙ עַל־שְׁעָרִ֔ים לִשְׁפֹּ֥ךְ סֹלְלָ֖ה לִבְנ֥וֹת דָּיֵֽק׃ Ezekiel Eze 21:22 Into his right hand came the divination, 'Jerusalem,' to set battering rams, to open the mouth for slaughter, to lift up the voice with a battle cry, to set battering rams against the gates, to cast up ramps, to build a siege wall.
