Deuteronomy 25:1 اگر در میان مردم مرافعهای باشد و به محاكمه آیند و در میان ایشان داوری نمایند، آنگاه عادل را عادل شمارند، و شریر را ملزم سازند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:1 "If there is a dispute between men and they go to court, and the judges decide their case, and they justify the righteous and condemn the wicked,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:2---- Deuteronomy 25:2 و اگر شریر مستوجب تازیانه باشد، آنگاه داورْ او را بخواباند و حكم دهد تا او را موافق شرارتش به حضور خود به شماره بزنند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:2 then it shall be if the wicked man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall then make him lie down and be beaten in his presence with the number of stripes according to his guilt.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:3---- Deuteronomy 25:3 چهل تازیانه او را بزند و زیاد نكند، مبادا اگر از این زیاده كرده، تازیانۀ بسیار زند، برادرت در نظر تو خوار شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:3 He may beat him forty times but no more, so that he does not beat him with many more stripes than these and your brother is not degraded in your eyes.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:4---- Deuteronomy 25:4 دهن گاو را هنگامی كه خرمن را خرد میكند، مبند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:4 "You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:5---- Deuteronomy 25:5 اگر برادران با هم ساكن باشند و یكی از آنها بیاولاد بمیرد، پس زنِ آن متوفی، خارج به شخص بیگانه داده نشود، بلكه برادر شوهرش به او درآمده، او را برای خود به زنی بگیرد، و حق برادر شوهری را با او بجا آورد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:5 "When brothers live together and one of them dies and has no son, the wife of the deceased shall not be married outside the family to a strange man. Her husband's brother shall go in to her and take her to himself as wife and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:6---- Deuteronomy 25:6 و نخستزادهای كه بزاید به اسم برادر متوفای او وارث گردد، تا اسمش از اسرائیل محو نشود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:6 It shall be that the firstborn whom she bears shall assume the name of his dead brother, so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:7---- Deuteronomy 25:7 و اگر آن مرد به گرفتن زن برادرش راضی نشود، آنگاه زن برادرش به دروازه نزد مشایخ برود و گوید: «برادر شوهر من از برپا داشتن اسم برادر خود در اسرائیل انكار میكند، و از بجا آوردن حق برادر شوهری با من ابا مینماید.»(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:7 But if the man does not desire to take his brother's wife, then his brother's wife shall go up to the gate to the elders and say, 'My husband's brother refuses to establish a name for his brother in Israel; he is not willing to perform the duty of a husband's brother to me.'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:8---- Deuteronomy 25:8 پس مشایخ شهرش او را طلبیده، با وی گفتگو كنند، واگر اصرار كرده، بگوید نمیخواهم او را بگیرم،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:8 Then the elders of his city shall summon him and speak to him. And if he persists and says, 'I do not desire to take her,'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:9---- Deuteronomy 25:9 آنگاه زن برادرش نزد وی آمده، به حضور مشایخ كفش او را از پایش بكند، و به رویش آب دهن اندازد، و در جواب گوید: «با كسی كه خانۀ برادر خـود را بنا نكنـد، چنین كـرده شود.»(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:9 then his brother's wife shall come to him in the sight of the elders, and pull his sandal off his foot and spit in his face;
