Romanos 13:1 Toda alma sométase a las potestades superiores; porque no hay potestad sino de Dios; y las potestades que hay, de Dios son ordenadas.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rom 13:1 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities.
