"Beneath the apple tree I awakened you; There your mother was in labor with you, There she was in labor and gave you birth.(nasb) Sos 8:5 τίς αὕτη ἡ ἀναβαίνουσα λελευκανθισμένη ἐπιστηριζομένη ἐπὶ τὸν ἀδελφιδὸν αὐτῆς ὑπὸ μῆλον ἐξήγειρά σε ἐκεῖ ὠδίνησέν σε ἡ μήτηρ σου ἐκεῖ ὠδίνησέν σε ἡ τεκοῦσά σου (lxx) Sos 8:5 Sos 8:5 Wer ist die, die heraufsteigt von der Wüste und lehnt sich auf ihren Freund? Unter dem Apfelbaum weckte ich dich; da ist dein genesen deine Mutter, da ist dein genesen, die dich geboren hat.(dhs) Sos 8:5 A Relative Who is this coming up from the wilderness, Leaning upon her beloved? I awakened you under the apple tree. For love is as strong as death, Jealousy is as severe as Sheol; Its flashes are flashes of fire, The very flame of the Lord.(nasb) Sos 8:6 θές με ὡς σφραγῖδα ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν σου ὡς σφραγῖδα ἐπὶ τὸν βραχίονά σου ὅτι κραταιὰ ὡς θάνατος ἀγάπη σκληρὸς ὡς ᾅδης ζῆλος περίπτερα αὐτῆς περίπτερα πυρός φλόγες αὐτῆς (lxx) Sos 8:6 Sos 8:6 Setze mich wie ein Siegel auf dein Herz und wie ein Siegel auf deinen Arm. Denn Liebe ist stark wie der Tod, und ihr Eifer ist fest wie die Hölle. Si dederit homo omnem substantiam domus suæ pro dilectione, quasi nihil despiciet eam.(vulgate) Sos 8:7 daß auch viele Wasser nicht mögen die Liebe auslöschen noch die Ströme sie ertränken. Er gab den Weinberg den Hütern, daß ein jeglicher für seine Früchte brächte tausend Silberlinge.(dhs) Sos 8:11 Solomon had a vineyard at Baal Hamon; He leased the vineyard to keepers; Everyone was to bring for its fruit A thousand silver coins.(nkjv) ======= Song of Solomon 8:12 ============ Sos 8:12 "My very own vineyard is at my disposal; The thousand shekels are for you, Solomon, And two hundred are for those who take care of its fruit."(nasb) Sos 8:12 ἀμπελών μου ἐμὸς ἐνώπιόν μου οἱ χίλιοι σοί Σαλωμων καὶ οἱ διακόσιοι τοῖς τηροῦσι τὸν καρπὸν αὐτοῦ (lxx) Sos 8:12 Sos 8:12 Mein eigener Weinberg ist vor mir.
