Amen.(vulgate) Rom 9:5 welcher auch sind die Väter, und aus welchen Christus herkommt nach dem Fleisch, der da ist Gott über alles, gelobt in Ewigkeit. Amen.(nkjv) ======= Romans 9:6 ============ Rom 9:6 But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel;(nasb) Rom 9:6 οὐχ οἷον δὲ ὅτι ἐκπέπτωκεν ὁ λόγος τοῦ θεοῦ. οὐ γὰρ πάντες οἱ ἐξ ἰσραήλ, οὖτοι ἰσραήλ·(Nestle-Aland) Rom 9:6 Non autem quod exciderit verbum Dei. Non enim omnes qui ex Israël sunt, ii sunt Israëlitæ:(vulgate) Rom 9:6 Aber nicht sage ich solches, als ob Gottes Wort darum aus sei. Denn es sind nicht alle Israeliter, die von Israel sind;(dhs) Rom 9:6 But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel,(nkjv) ======= Romans 9:7 ============ Rom 9:7 nor are they all children because they are Abraham's descendants, but: "THROUGH ISAAC YOUR DESCENDANTS WILL BE NAMED."(nasb) Rom 9:7 οὐδ᾽ ὅτι εἰσὶν σπέρμα ἀβραάμ, πάντες τέκνα, ἀλλ᾽, ἐν ἰσαὰκ κληθήσεταί σοι σπέρμα.(Nestle-Aland) Rom 9:7 neque qui semen sunt Abrahæ, omnes filii: sed in Isaac vocabitur tibi semen:(vulgate) Rom 9:7 auch nicht alle, die Abrahams Same sind, sind darum auch Kinder. The thing molded will not say to the molder, "Why did you make me like this," will it?(nasb) Rom 9:20 ὦ ἄνθρωπε, μενοῦνγε σὺ τίς εἶ ὁ ἀνταποκρινόμενος τῶ θεῶ; μὴ ἐρεῖ τὸ πλάσμα τῶ πλάσαντι, τί με ἐποίησας οὕτως;(Nestle-Aland) Rom 9:20 O homo, tu quis es, qui respondeas Deo? numquid dicit figmentum ei qui se finxit: Quid me fecisti sic?(vulgate) Rom 9:20 Ja, lieber Mensch, wer bist du denn, daß du mit Gott rechten willst? same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for common use?(nasb) Rom 9:21 ἢ οὐκ ἔχει ἐξουσίαν ὁ κεραμεὺς τοῦ πηλοῦ ἐκ τοῦ αὐτοῦ φυράματος ποιῆσαι ὃ μὲν εἰς τιμὴν σκεῦος, ὃ δὲ εἰς Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as though it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone,(nasb) Rom 9:32 διὰ τί; ὅτι οὐκ ἐκ πίστεως ἀλλ᾽ ὡς ἐξ ἔργων· προσέκοψαν τῶ λίθῳ τοῦ προσκόμματος,(Nestle-Aland) Rom 9:32 Quare? Quia non ex fide, sed quasi ex operibus: offenderunt enim in lapidem offensionis,(vulgate) Rom 9:32 Warum das? Darum daß sie es nicht aus dem Glauben, sondern aus den Werken des Gesetzes suchen.
