Today's Date: ======= Leviticus 12:1 ============ Lev 12:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nasb) Lev 12:1 Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens:(vulgate) Levítico 12:1 Y Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo:(E) Lévitique 12:1 L'Eternel parla à Moïse, et dit:(F) Lev 12:1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:(D) Lev 12:1 καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων(lxx) Lev 12:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:2 ============ Lev 12:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying:' When a woman gives birth and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean for seven days, as in the days of her menstruation she shall be unclean.(nasb) Lev 12:2 Loquere filiis Israël, et dices ad eos: Mulier, si suscepto semine pepererit masculum, immunda erit septem diebus juxta dies separationis menstruæ.(vulgate) Levítico 12:2 Habla a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: La mujer cuando concibiere y diere a luz a varón, será inmunda siete días; conforme a los días que está separada por su menstruación será inmunda.(E) Lévitique 12:2 Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et dis: Lorsqu'une femme deviendra enceinte, et qu'elle enfantera un mâle, elle sera impure pendant sept jours; elle sera impure comme au temps de son indisposition menstruelle.(F) Lev 12:2 Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich: Wenn ein Weib empfängt und gebiert ein Knäblein, so soll sie sieben Tage unrein sein, wie wenn sie ihre Krankheit leidet.(D) Lev 12:2 λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς γυνή ἥτις ἐὰν σπερματισθῇ καὶ τέκῃ ἄρσεν καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας τοῦ χωρισμοῦ τῆς ἀφέδρου αὐτῆς ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται(lxx) Lev 12:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'If a woman has conceived, and borne a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her customary impurity she shall be unclean.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:3 ============ Lev 12:3 On the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.(nasb) Lev 12:3 Et die octavo circumcidetur infantulus:(vulgate) Levítico 12:3 Y al octavo día se circuncidará la carne del prepucio del niño.(E) Lévitique 12:3 Le huitième jour, l'enfant sera circoncis.(F) Lev 12:3 Und am achten Tage soll man das Fleisch seiner Vorhaut beschneiden.(D) Lev 12:3 καὶ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ὀγδόῃ περιτεμεῖ τὴν σάρκα τῆς ἀκροβυστίας αὐτοῦ(lxx) Lev 12:3 And on the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:4 ============ Lev 12:4 Then she shall remain in the blood of her purification for thirty-three days; she shall not touch any consecrated thing, nor enter the sanctuary until the days of her purification are completed.(nasb) Lev 12:4 ipsa vero triginta tribus diebus manebit in sanguine purificationis suæ. Omne sanctum non tanget, nec ingredietur in sanctuarium, donec impleantur dies purificationis suæ.(vulgate) Levítico 12:4 Mas ella permanecerá treinta y tres días en la purificación de su sangre: ninguna cosa santa tocará, ni vendrá al santuario, hasta que sean cumplidos los días de su purificación.(E) Lévitique 12:4 Elle restera encore trente-trois jours à se purifier de son sang; elle ne touchera aucune chose sainte, et elle n'ira point au sanctuaire, jusqu'à ce que les jours de sa purification soient accomplis.(F) Lev 12:4 Und sie soll daheimbleiben dreiunddreißig Tage im Blut ihrer Reinigung. Kein Heiliges soll sie anrühren, und zum Heiligtum soll sie nicht kommen, bis daß die Tage ihrer Reinigung aus sind.(D) Lev 12:4 καὶ τριάκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ τρεῖς καθήσεται ἐν αἵματι ἀκαθάρτῳ αὐτῆς παντὸς ἁγίου οὐχ ἅψεται καὶ εἰς τὸ ἁγιαστήριον οὐκ εἰσελεύσεται ἕως ἂν πληρωθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι καθάρσεως αὐτῆς(lxx) Lev 12:4 She shall then continue in the blood of her purification thirty-three days. She shall not touch any hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary until the days of her purification are fulfilled.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:5 ============ Lev 12:5 But if she bears a female child, then she shall be unclean for two weeks, as in her menstruation; and she shall remain in the blood of her purification for sixty-six days.(nasb) Lev 12:5 Sin autem feminam pepererit, immunda erit duabus hebdomadibus juxta ritum fluxus menstrui, et sexaginta sex diebus manebit in sanguine purificationis suæ.(vulgate) Levítico 12:5 Y si diere a luz una hija, será inmunda dos semanas, conforme a su separación, y sesenta y seis días estará purificándose de su sangre.(E) Lévitique 12:5 Si elle enfante une fille, elle sera impure pendant deux semaines, comme au temps de son indisposition menstruelle; elle restera soixante-six jours à se purifier de son sang.(F) Lev 12:5 Gebiert sie aber ein Mägdlein, so soll sie zwei Wochen unrein sein, wie wenn sie ihre Krankheit leidet, und soll sechsundsechzig Tage daheimbleiben in dem Blut ihrer Reinigung.(D) Lev 12:5 ἐὰν δὲ θῆλυ τέκῃ καὶ ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται δὶς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας κατὰ τὴν ἄφεδρον καὶ ἑξήκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ ἓξ καθεσθήσεται ἐν αἵματι ἀκαθάρτῳ αὐτῆς(lxx) Lev 12:5 But if she bears a female child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her customary impurity, and she shall continue in the blood of her purification sixty-six days.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:6 ============ Lev 12:6 'When the days of her purification are completed, for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the doorway of the tent of meeting a one year old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering.(nasb) Lev 12:6 Cumque expleti fuerint dies purificationis suæ, pro filio sive pro filia, deferet agnum anniculum in holocaustum, et pullum columbæ sive turturem pro peccato, ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii, et tradet sacerdoti,(vulgate) Levítico 12:6 Y cuando los días de su purificación fueren cumplidos, por hijo o por hija, traerá un cordero de un año para holocausto, y un palomino o una tórtola para expiación, a la puerta del tabernáculo de la congregación, al sacerdote:(E) Lévitique 12:6 Lorsque les jours de sa purification seront accomplis, pour un fils ou pour une fille, elle apportera au sacrificateur, à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation, un agneau d'un an pour l'holocauste, et un jeune pigeon ou une tourterelle pour le sacrifice d'expiation.(F) Lev 12:6 Und wenn die Tage ihrer Reinigung aus sind für den Sohn oder für die Tochter, soll sie ein jähriges Lamm bringen zum Brandopfer und eine junge Taube oder Turteltaube zum Sündopfer dem Priester vor die Tür der Hütte des Stifts.(D) Lev 12:6 καὶ ὅταν ἀναπληρωθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι καθάρσεως αὐτῆς ἐφ᾽ υἱῷ ἢ ἐπὶ θυγατρί προσοίσει ἀμνὸν ἐνιαύσιον ἄμωμον εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ νεοσσὸν περιστερᾶς ἢ τρυγόνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου πρὸς τὸν ἱερέα(lxx) Lev 12:6 'When the days of her purification are fulfilled, whether for a son or a daughter, she shall bring to the priest a lamb of the first year as a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove as a sin offering, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:7 ============ Lev 12:7 Then he shall offer it before the Lord and make atonement for her, and she shall be cleansed from the flow of her blood. This is the law for her who bears a child, whether a male or a female.(nasb) Lev 12:7 qui offeret illa coram Domino, et orabit pro ea, et sic mundabitur a profluvio sanguinis sui: ista est lex parientis masculum aut feminam.(vulgate) Levítico 12:7 Y él ofrecerá delante de Jehová, y hará expiación por ella, y será limpia del flujo de su sangre. Ésta es la ley de la que diere a luz hijo o hija.(E) Lévitique 12:7 Le sacrificateur les sacrifiera devant l'Eternel, et fera pour elle l'expiation; et elle sera purifiée du flux de son sang. Telle est la loi pour la femme qui enfante un fils ou une fille.(F) Lev 12:7 Der soll es opfern vor dem HERRN und sie versöhnen, so wird sie rein von ihrem Blutgang. Das ist das Gesetz für die, so ein Knäblein oder Mägdlein gebiert.(D) Lev 12:7 καὶ προσοίσει ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ καθαριεῖ αὐτὴν ἀπὸ τῆς πηγῆς τοῦ αἵματος αὐτῆς οὗτος ὁ νόμος τῆς τικτούσης ἄρσεν ἢ θῆλυ(lxx) Lev 12:7 Then he shall offer it before the Lord, and make atonement for her. And she shall be clean from the flow of her blood. This is the law for her who has borne a male or a female.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 12:8 ============ Lev 12:8 But if she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons, the one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her, and she will be clean.'"(nasb) Lev 12:8 Quod si non invenerit manus ejus, nec potuerit offerre agnum, sumet duos turtures vel duos pullos columbarum, unum in holocaustum, et alterum pro peccato: orabitque pro ea sacerdos, et sic mundabitur.(vulgate) Levítico 12:8 Y si no alcanzare su mano lo suficiente para un cordero, tomará entonces dos tórtolas o dos palominos, uno para holocausto, y otro para expiación: y el sacerdote hará expiación por ella, y será limpia.(E) Lévitique 12:8 Si elle n'a pas de quoi se procurer un agneau, elle prendra deux tourterelles ou deux jeunes pigeons, l'un pour l'holocauste, l'autre pour le sacrifice d'expiation. Le sacrificateur fera pour elle l'expiation, et elle sera pure.(F) Lev 12:8 Vermag aber ihre Hand nicht ein Schaf, so nehme sie zwei Turteltauben oder zwei junge Tauben, eine zum Brandopfer, die andere zum Sündopfer; so soll sie der Priester versöhnen, daß sie rein werde.(D) Lev 12:8 ἐὰν δὲ μὴ εὑρίσκῃ ἡ χεὶρ αὐτῆς τὸ ἱκανὸν εἰς ἀμνόν καὶ λήμψεται δύο τρυγόνας ἢ δύο νεοσσοὺς περιστερῶν μίαν εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα καὶ μίαν περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτῆς ὁ ἱερεύς καὶ καθαρισθήσεται(lxx) Lev 12:8 And if she is not able to bring a lamb, then she may bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons--one as a burnt offering and the other as a sin offering.
