"You have scattered My flock and driven them away, and have not attended to them; behold, I am about to attend to you for the evil of your deeds," declares the Lord.(nasb) Jer 23:2 Ideo hæc dicit Dominus Deus Israël ad pastores qui pascunt populum meum: Vos dispersistis gregem meum, et ejecistis eos, et non visitastis eos: ecce ego visitabo super vos malitiam studiorum vestrorum, ait Dominus.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:2 Por tanto, así dice Jehová, el Dios de Israel, a los pastores que apacientan mi pueblo: Vosotros dispersasteis mis ovejas, y las espantasteis, y no las habéis visitado: he aquí yo visito sobre vosotros la maldad de vuestras obras, dice Jehová.(E) Jérémie 23:2 C'est pourquoi ainsi parle l'Eternel, le Dieu d'Israël, Sur les pasteurs qui paissent mon peuple: Vous avez dispersé mes brebis, vous les avez chassées, Vous n'en avez pas pris soin; Voici, je vous châtierai à cause de la méchanceté de vos actions, Dit l'Eternel.(F) Jer 23:2 Darum spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels, von den Hirten, die mein Volk weiden: Ihr habt meine Herde zerstreut und verstoßen und nicht besucht. Siehe, ich will euch heimsuchen um eures bösen Wesens willen, spricht der HERR.(D) Jer 23:2 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἐπὶ τοὺς ποιμαίνοντας τὸν λαόν μου ὑμεῖς διεσκορπίσατε τὰ πρόβατά μου καὶ ἐξώσατε αὐτὰ καὶ οὐκ ἐπεσκέψασθε αὐτά ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκδικῶ ἐφ᾽ ὑμᾶς κατὰ τὰ πονηρὰ ἐπιτηδεύματα ὑμῶν(lxx) Jer 23:2 Therefore thus says the Lord God of Israel against the shepherds who feed My people: "You have scattered My flock, driven them away, and not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil of your doings," says the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:3 ============ Jer 23:3 "Then I Myself will gather the remnant of My flock out of all the countries where I have driven them and bring them back to their pasture, and they will be fruitful and multiply.(nasb) Jer 23:3 Et ego congregabo reliquias gregis mei de omnibus terris ad quas ejecero eos illuc: et convertam eos ad rura sua, et crescent et multiplicabuntur.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:3 Y yo recogeré el remanente de mis ovejas de todas las tierras adonde las eché, y las haré volver a sus moradas; y crecerán, y se multiplicarán.(E) Jérémie 23:3 Et je rassemblerai le reste de mes brebis De tous les pays où je les ai chassées; Je les ramènerai dans leur pâturage; Elles seront fécondes et multiplieront.(F) Jer 23:3 Und ich will die übrigen meiner Herde sammeln aus allen Ländern, dahin ich sie verstoßen habe, und will sie wiederbringen zu ihren Hürden, daß sie sollen wachsen und ihrer viel werden.(D) Jer 23:3 καὶ ἐγὼ εἰσδέξομαι τοὺς καταλοίπους τοῦ λαοῦ μου ἀπὸ πάσης τῆς γῆς οὗ ἐξῶσα αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ καὶ καταστήσω αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν νομὴν αὐτῶν καὶ αὐξηθήσονται καὶ πληθυνθήσονται(lxx) Jer 23:3 "But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:4 ============ Jer 23:4 I will also raise up shepherds over them and they will tend them; and they will not be afraid any longer, nor be terrified, nor will any be missing," declares the Lord.(nasb) Jer 23:4 Et suscitabo super eos pastores, et pascent eos: non formidabunt ultra, et non pavebunt, et nullus quæretur ex numero, dicit Dominus.]~(vulgate) Jeremías 23:4 Y pondré sobre ellas pastores que las apacienten; y no temerán más, ni se asombrarán, ni serán menoscabadas, dice Jehová.(E) Jérémie 23:4 J'établirai sur elles des pasteurs qui les paîtront; Elles n'auront plus de crainte, plus de terreur, Et il n'en manquera aucune, dit l'Eternel.(F) Jer 23:4 Und ich will Hirten über sie setzen, die sie weiden sollen, daß sie sich nicht mehr sollen fürchten noch erschrecken noch heimgesucht werden, spricht der HERR.(D) Jer 23:4 καὶ ἀναστήσω αὐτοῖς ποιμένας οἳ ποιμανοῦσιν αὐτούς καὶ οὐ φοβηθήσονται ἔτι οὐδὲ πτοηθήσονται λέγει κύριος(lxx) Jer 23:4 I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking," says the Lord(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:5 ============ Jer 23:5 "Behold, the days are coming," declares the Lord, "When I will raise up for David a righteous Branch; And He will reign as king and act wisely And do justice and righteousness in the land.(nasb) Jer 23:5 [Ecce dies veniunt, dicit Dominus, et suscitabo David germen justum: et regnabit rex, et sapiens erit, et faciet judicium et justitiam in terra.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:5 He aquí que vienen días, dice Jehová, en los cuales levantaré a David un Renuevo justo, y un Rey reinará y prosperará, y hará juicio y justicia en la tierra.(E) Jérémie 23:5 Voici, les jours viennent, dit l'Eternel, Où je susciterai à David un germe juste; Il régnera en roi et prospérera, Il pratiquera la justice et l'équité dans le pays.(F) Jer 23:5 Siehe, es kommt die Zeit, spricht der HERR, daß ich dem David ein gerechtes Gewächs erwecken will, und soll ein König sein, der wohl regieren wird und Recht und Gerechtigkeit auf Erden anrichten.(D) Jer 23:5 ἰδοὺ ἡμέραι ἔρχονται λέγει κύριος καὶ ἀναστήσω τῷ Δαυιδ ἀνατολὴν δικαίαν καὶ βασιλεύσει βασιλεὺς καὶ συνήσει καὶ ποιήσει κρίμα καὶ δικαιοσύνην ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς(lxx) Jer 23:5 "Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord, "That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:6 ============ Jer 23:6 "In His days Judah will be saved, And Israel will dwell securely; And this is His name by which He will be called, 'The Lord our righteousness.'(nasb) Jer 23:6 In diebus illis salvabitur Juda, et Israël habitabit confidenter: et hoc est nomen quod vocabunt eum: Dominus justus noster.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:6 En sus días será salvo Judá, e Israel habitará seguro; y éste es su nombre por el cual será llamado: JEHOVÁ, JUSTICIA NUESTRA.(E) Jérémie 23:6 En son temps, Juda sera sauvé, Israël aura la sécurité dans sa demeure; Et voici le nom dont on l'appellera: L'Eternel notre justice.(F) Jer 23:6 Zu seiner Zeit soll Juda geholfen werden und Israel sicher wohnen. Und dies wird sein Name sein, daß man ihn nennen wird: Der HERR unsre Gerechtigkeit.(D) Jer 23:6 ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις αὐτοῦ σωθήσεται Ιουδας καὶ Ισραηλ κατασκηνώσει πεποιθώς καὶ τοῦτο τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ὃ καλέσει αὐτὸν κύριος Ιωσεδεκ(lxx) Jer 23:6 In His days Judah will be saved, And Israel will dwell safely; Now this is His name by which He will be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:7 ============ Jer 23:7 "Therefore behold, the days are coming," declares the Lord, "when they will no longer say, 'As the Lord lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, '(nasb) Jer 23:7 Propter hoc ecce dies veniunt, dicit Dominus, et non dicent ultra: Vivit Dominus, qui eduxit filios Israël de terra Ægypti,(vulgate) Jeremías 23:7 Por tanto, he aquí que vienen días, dice Jehová, cuando no dirán más: Vive Jehová que hizo subir a los hijos de Israel de la tierra de Egipto;(E) Jérémie 23:7 C'est pourquoi voici, les jours viennent, dit l'Eternel, Où l'on ne dira plus: L'Eternel est vivant, Lui qui a fait monter du pays d'Egypte les enfants d'Israël!(F) Jer 23:7 Darum siehe, es wird die Zeit kommen, spricht der HERR, daß man nicht mehr sagen wird: So wahr der HERR lebt, der die Kinder Israel aus Ägyptenland geführt hat!(D) Jer 23:7 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἡμέραι ἔρχονται λέγει κύριος καὶ οὐκ ἐροῦσιν ἔτι ζῇ κύριος ὃς ἀνήγαγεν τὸν οἶκον Ισραηλ ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου(lxx) Jer 23:7 "Therefore, behold, the days are coming," says the Lord, "that they shall no longer say, 'As the Lord lives who brought up the children of Israel from the land of Egypt,'(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:8 ============ Jer 23:8 but, 'As the Lord lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I had driven them.'Then they will live on their own soil."(nasb) Jer 23:8 sed: Vivit Dominus, qui eduxit et adduxit semen domus Israël de terra aquilonis, et de cunctis terris ad quas ejeceram eos illuc, et habitabunt in terra sua.]~(vulgate) Jeremías 23:8 Sino: Vive Jehová que hizo subir y trajo la simiente de la casa de Israel de tierra del norte, y de todas las tierras adonde los había yo echado; y habitarán en su tierra.(E) Jérémie 23:8 Mais on dira: L'Eternel est vivant, Lui qui a fait monter et qui a ramené La postérité de la maison d'Israël du pays du septentrion Et de tous les pays où je les avais chassés! Et ils habiteront dans leur pays.(F) Jer 23:8 sondern: So wahr der HERR lebt, der den Samen des Hauses Israel hat herausgeführt aus dem Lande der Mitternacht und aus allen Landen, dahin ich sie verstoßen hatte, daß sie in ihrem Lande wohnen sollen!(D) Jer 23:8 ἀλλά ζῇ κύριος ὃς συνήγαγεν ἅπαν τὸ σπέρμα Ισραηλ ἀπὸ γῆς βορρᾶ καὶ ἀπὸ πασῶν τῶν χωρῶν οὗ ἐξῶσεν αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ καὶ ἀπεκατέστησεν αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν γῆν αὐτῶν(lxx) Jer 23:8 but, 'As the Lord lives who brought up and led the descendants of the house of Israel from the north country and from all the countries where I had driven them.' And they shall dwell in their own land."(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:9 ============ Jer 23:9 As for the prophets: My heart is broken within me, All my bones tremble; I have become like a drunken man, Even like a man overcome with wine, Because of the Lord And because of His holy words.(nasb) Jer 23:9 Ad prophetas: [Contritum est cor meum in medio mei; contremuerunt omnia ossa mea: factus sum quasi vir ebrius, et quasi homo madidus a vino, a facie Domini, et a facie verborum sanctorum ejus.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:9 A causa de los profetas mi corazón está quebrantado dentro de mí, todos mis huesos tiemblan; estuve como hombre borracho, y como hombre a quien dominó el vino, delante de Jehová y delante de las palabras de su santidad.(E) Jérémie 23:9 Sur les prophètes. Mon coeur est brisé au dedans de moi, Tous mes os tremblent; Je suis comme un homme ivre, Comme un homme pris de vin, A cause de l'Eternel et à cause de ses paroles saintes.(F) Jer 23:9 Wider die Propheten. Mein Herz will mir im Leibe brechen, alle meine Gebeine zittern; mir ist wie einem trunkenen Mann und wie einem, der vom Wein taumelt, vor dem HERRN und vor seinen heiligen Worten;(D) Jer 23:9 ἐν τοῖς προφήταις συνετρίβη ἡ καρδία μου ἐν ἐμοὶ ἐσαλεύθη πάντα τὰ ὀστᾶ μου ἐγενήθην ὡς ἀνὴρ συντετριμμένος καὶ ὡς ἄνθρωπος συνεχόμενος ἀπὸ οἴνου ἀπὸ προσώπου κυρίου καὶ ἀπὸ προσώπου εὐπρεπείας δόξης αὐτοῦ(lxx) Jer 23:9 My heart within me is broken Because of the prophets; All my bones shake. I am like a drunken man, And like a man whom wine has overcome, Because of the Lord, And because of His holy words.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:10 ============ Jer 23:10 For the land is full of adulterers; For the land mourns because of the curse. The pastures of the wilderness have dried up. Their course also is evil And their might is not right.(nasb) Jer 23:10 Quia adulteris repleta est terra, quia a facie maledictionis luxit terra, arefacta sunt arva deserti: factus est cursus eorum malus, et fortitudo eorum dissimilis.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:10 Porque la tierra está llena de adúlteros; porque a causa del juramento la tierra está de luto; los pastizales del desierto se secaron; la carrera de ellos es mala, y su fortaleza no [es] recta.(E) Jérémie 23:10 Car le pays est rempli d'adultères; Le pays est en deuil à cause de la malédiction; Les plaines du désert sont desséchées. Ils courent au mal, Ils n'ont de la force que pour l'iniquité.(F) Jer 23:10 daß das Land so voll Ehebrecher ist, daß das Land so jämmerlich steht, daß es so verflucht ist und die Auen in der Wüste verdorren; und ihr Leben ist böse, und ihr Regiment taugt nicht.(D) Jer 23:10 ὅτι ἀπὸ προσώπου τούτων ἐπένθησεν ἡ γῆ ἐξηράνθησαν αἱ νομαὶ τῆς ἐρήμου καὶ ἐγένετο ὁ δρόμος αὐτῶν πονηρὸς καὶ ἡ ἰσχὺς αὐτῶν οὐχ οὕτως(lxx) Jer 23:10 For the land is full of adulterers; For because of a curse the land mourns. The pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up. Their course of life is evil, And their might is not right.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:11 ============ Jer 23:11 "For both prophet and priest are polluted; Even in My house I have found their wickedness," declares the Lord.(nasb) Jer 23:11 Propheta namque et sacerdos polluti sunt, et in domo mea inveni malum eorum, ait Dominus.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:11 Porque tanto el profeta como el sacerdote son fingidos; aun en mi casa hallé su maldad, dice Jehová.(E) Jérémie 23:11 Prophètes et sacrificateurs sont corrompus; Même dans ma maison j'ai trouvé leur méchanceté, Dit l'Eternel.(F) Jer 23:11 Denn beide, Propheten und Priester, sind Schälke; und auch in meinem Hause finde ich ihre Bosheit, spricht der HERR.(D) Jer 23:11 ὅτι ἱερεὺς καὶ προφήτης ἐμολύνθησαν καὶ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ μου εἶδον πονηρίας αὐτῶν(lxx) Jer 23:11 "For both prophet and priest are profane; Yes, in My house I have found their wickedness," says the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:12 ============ Jer 23:12 "Therefore their way will be like slippery paths to them, They will be driven away into the gloom and fall down in it; For I will bring calamity upon them, The year of their punishment," declares the Lord.(nasb) Jer 23:12 Idcirco via eorum erit quasi lubricum in tenebris: impellentur enim, et corruent in ea: afferam enim super eos mala, annum visitationis eorum, ait Dominus.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:12 Por tanto, como resbaladeros en oscuridad les será su camino; serán empujados, y caerán en él; porque yo traeré mal sobre ellos, año de su castigo, dice Jehová.(E) Jérémie 23:12 C'est pourquoi leur chemin sera glissant et ténébreux, Ils seront poussés et ils tomberont; Car je ferai venir sur eux le malheur, L'année où je les châtierai, dit l'Eternel.(F) Jer 23:12 Darum ist ihr Weg wie ein glatter Weg im Finstern, darauf sie gleiten und fallen; denn ich will Unglück über sie kommen lassen, das Jahr ihrer Heimsuchung, spricht der HERR.(D) Jer 23:12 διὰ τοῦτο γενέσθω ἡ ὁδὸς αὐτῶν αὐτοῖς εἰς ὀλίσθημα ἐν γνόφῳ καὶ ὑποσκελισθήσονται καὶ πεσοῦνται ἐν αὐτῇ διότι ἐπάξω ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς κακὰ ἐν ἐνιαυτῷ ἐπισκέψεως αὐτῶν φησὶν κύριος(lxx) Jer 23:12 "Therefore their way shall be to them Like slippery ways; In the darkness they shall be driven on And fall in them; For I will bring disaster on them, The year of their punishment," says the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:13 ============ Jer 23:13 "Moreover, among the prophets of Samaria I saw an offensive thing: They prophesied by Baal and led My people Israel astray.(nasb) Jer 23:13 Et in prophetis Samariæ vidi fatuitatem: prophetabant in Baal, et decipiebant populum meum Israël.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:13 Y en los profetas de Samaria he visto desatinos; profetizaban en Baal, e hicieron errar a mi pueblo Israel.(E) Jérémie 23:13 Dans les prophètes de Samarie j'ai vu de l'extravagance; Ils ont prophétisé par Baal, Ils ont égaré mon peuple d'Israël.(F) Jer 23:13 Zwar bei den Propheten zu Samaria sah ich Torheit, daß sie weissagten durch Baal und verführten mein Volk Israel;(D) Jer 23:13 καὶ ἐν τοῖς προφήταις Σαμαρείας εἶδον ἀνομήματα ἐπροφήτευσαν διὰ τῆς Βααλ καὶ ἐπλάνησαν τὸν λαόν μου Ισραηλ(lxx) Jer 23:13 "And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria: They prophesied by Baal And caused My people Israel to err.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:14 ============ Jer 23:14 "Also among the prophets of Jerusalem I have seen a horrible thing: The committing of adultery and walking in falsehood; And they strengthen the hands of evildoers, So that no one has turned back from his wickedness. All of them have become to Me like Sodom, And her inhabitants like Gomorrah.(nasb) Jer 23:14 Et in prophetis Jerusalem vidi similitudinem adulterantium, et iter mendacii: et confortaverunt manus pessimorum, ut non converteretur unusquisque a malitia sua: facti sunt mihi omnes ut Sodoma, et habitatores ejus quasi Gomorrha.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:14 Y en los profetas de Jerusalén he visto torpezas; cometían adulterios, y andaban en mentiras, y esforzaban las manos de los malos, para que ninguno se convirtiese de su maldad; me fueron todos ellos como Sodoma, y sus moradores como Gomorra.(E) Jérémie 23:14 Mais dans les prophètes de Jérusalem j'ai vu des choses horribles; Ils sont adultères, ils marchent dans le mensonge; Ils fortifient les mains des méchants, Afin qu'aucun ne revienne de sa méchanceté; Ils sont tous à mes yeux comme Sodome, Et les habitants de Jérusalem comme Gomorrhe.(F) Jer 23:14 aber bei den Propheten zu Jerusalem sehe ich Greuel, wie sie ehebrechen und gehen mit Lügen um und stärken die Boshaften, auf daß sich ja niemand bekehre von seiner Bosheit. Sie sind alle vor mir gleichwie Sodom, und die Bürger zu Jerusalem wie Gomorra.(D) Jer 23:14 καὶ ἐν τοῖς προφήταις Ιερουσαλημ ἑώρακα φρικτά μοιχωμένους καὶ πορευομένους ἐν ψεύδεσι καὶ ἀντιλαμβανομένους χειρῶν πονηρῶν τοῦ μὴ ἀποστραφῆναι ἕκαστον ἀπὸ τῆς ὁδοῦ αὐτοῦ τῆς πονηρᾶς ἐγενήθησάν μοι πάντες ὡς Σοδομα καὶ οἱ κατοικοῦντες αὐτὴν ὥσπερ Γομορρα(lxx) Jer 23:14 Also I have seen a horrible thing in the prophets of Jerusalem: They commit adultery and walk in lies; They also strengthen the hands of evildoers, So that no one turns back from his wickedness. All of them are like Sodom to Me, And her inhabitants like Gomorrah(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:15 ============ Jer 23:15 "Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets, 'Behold, I am going to feed them wormwood And make them drink poisonous water, For from the prophets of Jerusalem Pollution has gone forth into all the land.'"(nasb) Jer 23:15 Propterea hæc dicit Dominus exercituum ad prophetas: Ecce ego cibabo eos absinthio, et potabo eos felle: a prophetis enim Jerusalem egressa est pollutio super omnem terram.(vulgate) Jeremías 23:15 Por tanto, así dice Jehová de los ejércitos contra aquellos profetas: He aquí que yo les hago comer ajenjos, y les haré beber aguas de hiel; porque de los profetas de Jerusalén salió la hipocresía sobre toda la tierra.(E) Jérémie 23:15 C'est pourquoi ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées sur les prophètes: Voici, je vais les nourrir d'absinthe, Et je leur ferai boire des eaux empoisonnées; Car c'est par les prophètes de Jérusalem Que l'impiété s'est répandue dans tout le pays.(F) Jer 23:15 Darum spricht der HERR Zebaoth von den Propheten also: Siehe, ich will sie mit Wermut speisen und mit Galle tränken; denn von den Propheten zu Jerusalem kommt Heuchelei aus ins ganze Land.(D) Jer 23:15 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ψωμιῶ αὐτοὺς ὀδύνην καὶ ποτιῶ αὐτοὺς ὕδωρ πικρόν ὅτι ἀπὸ τῶν προφητῶν Ιερουσαλημ ἐξῆλθεν μολυσμὸς πάσῃ τῇ γῇ(lxx) Jer 23:15 "Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets: 'Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, And make them drink the water of gall; For from the prophets of Jerusalem Profaneness has gone out into all the land.' "(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 23:16 ============ Jer 23:16 Thus says the Lord of hosts, "Do not listen to the words of the prophets who are prophesying to you.
