Today's Date: ======= Ezekiel 4:1 ============ Eze 4:1 "Now you son of man, get yourself a brick, place it before you and inscribe a city on it, Jerusalem.(nasb) Eze 4:1 Et tu, fili hominis, sume tibi laterem, et pones eum coram te, et describes in eo civitatem Jerusalem.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:1 Y tú, hijo de hombre, tómate un adobe, y ponlo delante de ti, y diseña sobre él la ciudad de Jerusalén:(E) Ézéchiel 4:1 Et toi, fils de l'homme, prends une brique, place-la devant toi, et tu y traceras une ville, Jérusalem.(F) Eze 4:1 Und du, Menschenkind, nimm einen Ziegel; den lege vor dich und entwirf darauf die Stadt Jerusalem(D) Eze 4:1 καὶ σύ υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου λαβὲ σεαυτῷ πλίνθον καὶ θήσεις αὐτὴν πρὸ προσώπου σου καὶ διαγράψεις ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν πόλιν τὴν Ιερουσαλημ(lxx) Eze 4:1 "You also, son of man, take a clay tablet and lay it before you, and portray on it a city, Jerusalem.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:2 ============ Eze 4:2 Then lay siege against it, build a siege wall, raise up a ramp, pitch camps and place battering rams against it all around.(nasb) Eze 4:2 Et ordinabis adversus eam obsidionem, et ædificabis munitiones, et comportabis aggerem, et dabis contra eam castra, et pones arietes in gyro.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:2 Y pon contra ella sitio, y edifica contra ella fortaleza, y levanta contra ella baluarte, y pon delante de ella campamento, y coloca contra ella arietes alrededor.(E) Ézéchiel 4:2 Représente-la en état de siège, forme des retranchements, élève contre elle des terrasses, environne-la d'un camp, dresse contre elle des béliers tout autour.(F) Eze 4:2 und mache eine Belagerung darum und baue ein Bollwerk darum und schütte einen Wall darum und mache ein Heerlager darum und stelle Sturmböcke rings um sie her.(D) Eze 4:2 καὶ δώσεις ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν περιοχὴν καὶ οἰκοδομήσεις ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν προμαχῶνας καὶ περιβαλεῖς ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν χάρακα καὶ δώσεις ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν παρεμβολὰς καὶ τάξεις τὰς βελοστάσεις κύκλῳ(lxx) Eze 4:2 Lay siege against it, build a siege wall against it, and heap up a mound against it; set camps against it also, and place battering rams against it all around.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:3 ============ Eze 4:3 Then get yourself an iron plate and set it up as an iron wall between you and the city, and set your face toward it so that it is under siege, and besiege it. This is a sign to the house of Israel.(nasb) Eze 4:3 Et tu sume tibi sartaginem ferream, et pones eam in murum ferreum inter te et inter civitatem: et obfirmabis faciem tuam ad eam, et erit in obsidionem, et circumdabis eam: signum est domui Israël.~(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:3 Tómate también una plancha de hierro, y ponla en lugar de muro de hierro entre ti y la ciudad; afirma luego tu rostro contra ella, y será sitiada, y tú pondrás sitio contra ella. Ésta [será] señal a la casa de Israel.(E) Ézéchiel 4:3 Prends une poêle de fer, et mets-la comme un mur de fer entre toi et la ville; dirige ta face contre elle, et elle sera assiégée, et tu l'assiégeras. Que ce soit là un signe pour la maison d'Israël!(F) Eze 4:3 Vor dich aber nimm eine eiserne Pfanne; die laß eine eiserne Mauer sein zwischen dir und der Stadt, und richte dein Angesicht gegen sie und belagere sie. Das sei ein Zeichen dem Hause Israel.(D) Eze 4:3 καὶ σὺ λαβὲ σεαυτῷ τήγανον σιδηροῦν καὶ θήσεις αὐτὸ τοῖχον σιδηροῦν ἀνὰ μέσον σοῦ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τῆς πόλεως καὶ ἑτοιμάσεις τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπ᾽ αὐτήν καὶ ἔσται ἐν συγκλεισμῷ καὶ συγκλείσεις αὐτήν σημεῖόν ἐστιν τοῦτο τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ(lxx) Eze 4:3 Moreover take for yourself an iron plate, and set it as an iron wall between you and the city. Set your face against it, and it shall be besieged, and you shall lay siege against it. This will be a sign to the house of Israel.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:4 ============ Eze 4:4 "As for you, lie down on your left side and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel on it; you shall bear their iniquity for the number of days that you lie on it.(nasb) Eze 4:4 Et tu dormies super latus tuum sinistrum, et pones iniquitates domus Israël super eo, numero dierum quibus dormies super illud: et assumes iniquitatem eorum.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:4 Y tú te acostarás sobre tu lado izquierdo, y pondrás sobre él la iniquidad de la casa de Israel; el número de los días que dormirás sobre él, llevarás sobre ti la iniquidad de ellos.(E) Ézéchiel 4:4 Puis couche-toi sur le côté gauche, mets-y l'iniquité de la maison d'Israël, et tu porteras leur iniquité autant de jours que tu seras couché sur ce côté.(F) Eze 4:4 Du sollst dich auch auf deine linke Seite legen und die Missetat des Hauses Israel auf dieselbe legen; soviel Tage du darauf liegst, so lange sollst du auch ihre Missetat tragen.(D) Eze 4:4 καὶ σὺ κοιμηθήσῃ ἐπὶ τὸ πλευρόν σου τὸ ἀριστερὸν καὶ θήσεις τὰς ἀδικίας τοῦ οἴκου Ισραηλ ἐπ᾽ αὐτοῦ κατὰ ἀριθμὸν τῶν ἡμερῶν πεντήκοντα καὶ ἑκατόν ἃς κοιμηθήσῃ ἐπ᾽ αὐτοῦ καὶ λήμψῃ τὰς ἀδικίας αὐτῶν(lxx) Eze 4:4 "Lie also on your left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it. According to the number of the days that you lie on it, you shall bear their iniquity.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:5 ============ Eze 4:5 For I have assigned you a number of days corresponding to the years of their iniquity, three hundred and ninety days; thus you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.(nasb) Eze 4:5 Ego autem dedi tibi annos iniquitatis eorum, numero dierum trecentos et nonaginta dies: et portabis iniquitatem domus Israël.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:5 Yo te he dado los años de su iniquidad por el número de los días, trescientos noventa días; así llevarás la iniquidad de la casa de Israel.(E) Ézéchiel 4:5 Je te compterai un nombre de jours égal à celui des années de leur iniquité, trois cent quatre-vingt-dix jours; tu porteras ainsi l'iniquité de la maison d'Israël.(F) Eze 4:5 Ich will dir aber die Jahre ihrer Missetat zur Anzahl der Tage machen, nämlich dreihundertundneunzig Tage; so lange sollst du die Missetat des Hauses Israel tragen.(D) Eze 4:5 καὶ ἐγὼ δέδωκά σοι τὰς δύο ἀδικίας αὐτῶν εἰς ἀριθμὸν ἡμερῶν ἐνενήκοντα καὶ ἑκατὸν ἡμέρας καὶ λήμψῃ τὰς ἀδικίας τοῦ οἴκου Ισραηλ(lxx) Eze 4:5 For I have laid on you the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days; so you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:6 ============ Eze 4:6 When you have completed these, you shall lie down a second time, but on your right side and bear the iniquity of the house of Judah; I have assigned it to you for forty days, a day for each year.(nasb) Eze 4:6 Et cum compleveris hæc, dormies super latus tuum dexterum secundo, et assumes iniquitatem domus Juda quadraginta diebus: diem pro anno, diem, inquam, pro anno, dedi tibi.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:6 Y cumplidos éstos, te acostarás otra vez, sobre tu lado derecho, y llevarás la iniquidad de la casa de Judá cuarenta días; día por año, día por año te lo he dado.(E) Ézéchiel 4:6 Quand tu auras achevé ces jours, couche-toi sur le côté droit, et tu porteras l'iniquité de la maison de Juda pendant quarante jours; je t'impose un jour pour chaque année.(F) Eze 4:6 Und wenn du solches ausgerichtet hast, sollst du darnach dich auf deine rechte Seite legen und sollst tragen die Missetat des Hauses Juda vierzig Tage lang; denn ich gebe dir hier auch je einen Tag für ein Jahr.(D) Eze 4:6 καὶ συντελέσεις ταῦτα πάντα καὶ κοιμηθήσῃ ἐπὶ τὸ πλευρόν σου τὸ δεξιὸν καὶ λήμψῃ τὰς ἀδικίας τοῦ οἴκου Ιουδα τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας ἡμέραν εἰς ἐνιαυτὸν τέθεικά σοι(lxx) Eze 4:6 And when you have completed them, lie again on your right side; then you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have laid on you a day for each year.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:7 ============ Eze 4:7 Then you shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem with your arm bared and prophesy against it.(nasb) Eze 4:7 Et ad obsidionem Jerusalem convertes faciem tuam, et brachium tuum erit extentum: et prophetabis adversus eam.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:7 Y afirmarás tu rostro al sitio de Jerusalén, y descubierto tu brazo, profetizarás contra ella.(E) Ézéchiel 4:7 Tu tourneras ta face et ton bras nu vers Jérusalem assiégée, et tu prophétiseras contre elle.(F) Eze 4:7 Und richte dein Angesicht und deinen bloßen Arm wider das belagerte Jerusalem und weissage wider dasselbe.(D) Eze 4:7 καὶ εἰς τὸν συγκλεισμὸν Ιερουσαλημ ἑτοιμάσεις τὸ πρόσωπόν σου καὶ τὸν βραχίονά σου στερεώσεις καὶ προφητεύσεις ἐπ᾽ αὐτήν(lxx) Eze 4:7 Therefore you shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem; your arm shall be uncovered, and you shall prophesy against it.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:8 ============ Eze 4:8 Now behold, I will put ropes on you so that you cannot turn from one side to the other until you have completed the days of your siege.(nasb) Eze 4:8 Ecce circumdedi te vinculis: et non te convertes a latere tuo in latus aliud, donec compleas dies obsidionis tuæ.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:8 Y he aquí, yo pondré sobre ti ataduras, y no te darás vuelta de un lado al otro, hasta que hayas cumplido los días de tu asedio.(E) Ézéchiel 4:8 Et voici, je mettrai des cordes sur toi, afin que tu ne puisses pas te tourner d'un côté sur l'autre, jusqu'à ce que tu aies accompli les jours de ton siège.(F) Eze 4:8 Und sieh, ich will dir Stricke anlegen, daß du dich nicht wenden könnest von einer Seite zur andern, bis du die Tage deiner Belagerung vollendet hast.(D) Eze 4:8 καὶ ἐγὼ ἰδοὺ δέδωκα ἐπὶ σὲ δεσμούς καὶ μὴ στραφῇς ἀπὸ τοῦ πλευροῦ σου ἐπὶ τὸ πλευρόν σου ἕως οὗ συντελεσθῶσιν αἱ ἡμέραι τοῦ συγκλεισμοῦ σου(lxx) Eze 4:8 And surely I will restrain you so that you cannot turn from one side to another till you have ended the days of your siege.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:9 ============ Eze 4:9 "But as for you, take wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet and spelt, put them in one vessel and make them into bread for yourself; you shall eat it according to the number of the days that you lie on your side, three hundred and ninety days.(nasb) Eze 4:9 Et tu, sume tibi frumentum, et hordeum, et fabam, et lentem, et milium, et viciam: et mittes ea in vas unum, et facies tibi panes numero dierum quibus dormies super latus tuum: trecentis et nonaginta diebus comedes illud.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:9 Y tú toma para ti trigo, cebada, habas, lentejas, maíz y centeno, y ponlos en una vasija, y hazte pan de ellos el número de los días que durmieres sobre tu lado; trescientos noventa días comerás de él.(E) Ézéchiel 4:9 Prends du froment, de l'orge, des fèves, des lentilles, du millet et de l'épeautre, mets-les dans un vase, et fais-en du pain autant de jours que tu seras couché sur le côté; tu en mangeras pendant trois cent quatre-vingt-dix jours.(F) Eze 4:9 So nimm nun zu dir Weizen, Gerste, Bohnen, Linsen, Hirse und Spelt und tue alles in ein Faß und mache dir Brot daraus, soviel Tage du auf deiner Seite liegst, daß du dreihundertundneunzig Tage daran zu essen hast,(D) Eze 4:9 καὶ σὺ λαβὲ σεαυτῷ πυροὺς καὶ κριθὰς καὶ κύαμον καὶ φακὸν καὶ κέγχρον καὶ ὄλυραν καὶ ἐμβαλεῖς αὐτὰ εἰς ἄγγος ἓν ὀστράκινον καὶ ποιήσεις αὐτὰ σαυτῷ εἰς ἄρτους καὶ κατ᾽ ἀριθμὸν τῶν ἡμερῶν ἃς σὺ καθεύδεις ἐπὶ τοῦ πλευροῦ σου ἐνενήκοντα καὶ ἑκατὸν ἡμέρας φάγεσαι αὐτά(lxx) Eze 4:9 "Also take for yourself wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt; put them into one vessel, and make bread of them for yourself. During the number of days that you lie on your side, three hundred and ninety days, you shall eat it.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:10 ============ Eze 4:10 Your food which you eat shall be twenty shekels a day by weight; you shall eat it from time to time.(nasb) Eze 4:10 Cibus autem tuus, quo vesceris, erit in pondere viginti stateres in die: a tempore usque ad tempus comedes illud.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:10 Y la comida que has de comer será por peso de veinte siclos al día; de tiempo a tiempo lo comerás.(E) Ézéchiel 4:10 La nourriture que tu mangeras sera du poids de vingt sicles par jour; tu en mangeras de temps à autre.(F) Eze 4:10 also daß deine Speise, die du täglich essen sollst, sei zwanzig Lot nach dem Gewicht. Solches sollst du von einer Zeit zur andern essen.(D) Eze 4:10 καὶ τὸ βρῶμά σου ὃ φάγεσαι ἐν σταθμῷ εἴκοσι σίκλους τὴν ἡμέραν ἀπὸ καιροῦ ἕως καιροῦ φάγεσαι αὐτά(lxx) Eze 4:10 And your food which you eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day; from time to time you shall eat it.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:11 ============ Eze 4:11 The water you drink shall be the sixth part of a hin by measure; you shall drink it from time to time.(nasb) Eze 4:11 Et aquam in mensura bibes, sextam partem hin: a tempore usque ad tempus bibes illud.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:11 Y beberás el agua por medida, la sexta parte de un hin; de tiempo a tiempo beberás.(E) Ézéchiel 4:11 L'eau que tu boiras aura la mesure d'un sixième de hin; tu boiras de temps à autre.(F) Eze 4:11 Das Wasser sollst du auch nach dem Maß trinken, nämlich das sechste Teil vom Hin, und sollst solches auch von einer Zeit zur andern trinken.(D) Eze 4:11 καὶ ὕδωρ ἐν μέτρῳ πίεσαι τὸ ἕκτον τοῦ ιν ἀπὸ καιροῦ ἕως καιροῦ πίεσαι(lxx) Eze 4:11 You shall also drink water by measure, one-sixth of a hin; from time to time you shall drink.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:12 ============ Eze 4:12 You shall eat it as a barley cake, having baked it in their sight over human dung."(nasb) Eze 4:12 Et quasi subcinericium hordeaceum comedes illud, et stercore quod egreditur de homine operies illud in oculis eorum.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:12 Y comerás pan de cebada cocido debajo de la ceniza; y lo cocerás sobre excremento de hombre, a vista de ellos.(E) Ézéchiel 4:12 Tu mangeras des gâteaux d'orge, que tu feras cuire en leur présence avec des excréments humains.(F) Eze 4:12 Gerstenkuchen sollst du essen, die du vor ihren Augen auf Menschenmist backen sollst.(D) Eze 4:12 καὶ ἐγκρυφίαν κρίθινον φάγεσαι αὐτά ἐν βολβίτοις κόπρου ἀνθρωπίνης ἐγκρύψεις αὐτὰ κατ᾽ ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτῶν(lxx) Eze 4:12 And you shall eat it as barley cakes; and bake it using fuel of human waste in their sight."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:13 ============ Eze 4:13 Then the Lord said, "Thus will the sons of Israel eat their bread unclean among the nations where I will banish them."(nasb) Eze 4:13 Et dixit Dominus: Sic comedent filii Israël panem suum pollutum inter gentes ad quas ejiciam eos. Et dixi:(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:13 Y dijo Jehová: Así comerán los hijos de Israel su pan inmundo, entre las naciones a donde los lanzaré yo.(E) Ézéchiel 4:13 Et l'Eternel dit: C'est ainsi que les enfants d'Israël mangeront leur pain souillé, parmi les nations vers lesquelles je les chasserai.(F) Eze 4:13 Und der HERR sprach: Also müssen die Kinder Israel ihr unreines Brot essen unter den Heiden, dahin ich sie verstoßen werde.(D) Eze 4:13 καὶ ἐρεῖς τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τοῦ Ισραηλ οὕτως φάγονται οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἀκάθαρτα ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν(lxx) Eze 4:13 Then the Lord said, "So shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, where I will drive them."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 4:14 ============ Eze 4:14 But I said, "Ah, Lord God! Behold, I have never been defiled; for from my youth until now I have never eaten what died of itself or was torn by beasts, nor has any unclean meat ever entered my mouth."(nasb) Eze 4:14 A, a, a, Domine Deus, ecce anima mea non est polluta: et morticinum, et laceratum a bestiis non comedi ab infantia mea usque nunc, et non est ingressa in os meum omnis caro immunda.(vulgate) Ezequiel 4:14 Y dije: ¡Ah Señor Jehová! he aquí que mi alma no es inmunda, ni nunca desde mi juventud hasta este tiempo comí cosa mortecina ni despedazada, ni nunca en mi boca entró carne inmunda.(E) Ézéchiel 4:14 Je dis: Ah! Seigneur Eternel, voici, mon âme n'a point été souillée; depuis ma jeunesse jusqu'à présent, je n'ai pas mangé d'une bête morte ou déchirée, et aucune chair impure n'est entrée dans ma bouche.(F) Eze 4:14 Ich aber sprach: Ach HERR HERR! siehe, meine Seele ist noch nie unrein geworden; denn ich habe von meiner Jugend auf bis auf diese Zeit kein Aas oder Zerrissenes gegessen, und ist nie unreines Fleisch in meinen Mund gekommen.(D) Eze 4:14 καὶ εἶπα μηδαμῶς κύριε θεὲ τοῦ Ισραηλ ἰδοὺ ἡ ψυχή μου οὐ μεμίανται ἐν ἀκαθαρσίᾳ καὶ θνησιμαῖον καὶ θηριάλωτον οὐ βέβρωκα ἀπὸ γενέσεώς μου ἕως τοῦ νῦν οὐδὲ εἰσελήλυθεν εἰς τὸ στόμα μου πᾶν κρέας ἕωλον(lxx) Eze 4:14 So I said, "Ah, Lord God!
