βασιλείαν τῶν Χαλδαίων(lxx) Dan 9:1 In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the lineage of the Medes, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans--(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:2 ============ Dan 9:2 in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, observed in the books the number of the years which was revealed as the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet for the completion of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years.(nasb) Dan 9:2 anno uno regni ejus, ego Daniel intellexi in libris numerum annorum, de quo factus est sermo Domini ad Jeremiam prophetam, ut complerentur desolationis Jerusalem septuaginta anni.(vulgate) Daniel 9:2 en el año primero de su reinado, yo Daniel miré atentamente en los libros el número de los años, de los cuales vino palabra de Jehová al profeta Jeremías, que había de concluir la asolación de Jerusalén en setenta años.(E) Daniel 9:2 la première année de son règne, moi, Daniel, je vis par les livres qu'il devait s'écouler soixante-dix ans pour les ruines de Jérusalem, d'après le nombre des années dont l'Eternel avait parlé à Jérémie, le prophète.(F) Dan 9:2 in diesem ersten Jahr seines Königreiches merkte ich, Dan el, in den Büchern auf die Zahl der Jahre, davon der HERR geredet hatte zum Propheten Jeremia, daß Jerusalem sollte siebzig Jahre wüst liegen.(D) Dan 9:2 τῷ πρώτῳ ἔτει τῆς βασιλείας αὐτοῦ ἐγὼ Δανιηλ διενοήθην ἐν ταῖς βίβλοις τὸν ἀριθμὸν τῶν ἐτῶν ὅτε ἐγένετο πρόσταγμα τῇ γῇ ἐπὶ Ιερεμιαν τὸν προφήτην ἐγεῖραι εἰς ἀναπλήρωσιν ὀνειδισμοῦ Ιερουσαλημ ἑβδομήκοντα ἔτη(lxx) Dan 9:2 in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years specified by the word of the Lord through Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:3 ============ Dan 9:3 So I gave my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes.(nasb) Dan 9:3 Et posui faciem meam ad Dominum Deum meum rogare et deprecari in jejuniis, sacco, et cinere.(vulgate) Daniel 9:3 Y volví mi rostro al Señor Dios, buscándole en oración y ruego, en ayuno, y cilicio y ceniza.(E) Daniel 9:3 Je tournai ma face vers le Seigneur Dieu, afin de recourir à la prière et aux supplications, en jeûnant et en prenant le sac et la cendre.(F) Dan 9:3 Und ich kehrte mich zu Gott dem HERRN, zu beten und zu flehen mit Fasten im Sack und in der Asche.(D) Dan 9:3 καὶ ἔδωκα τὸ πρόσωπόν μου ἐπὶ κύριον τὸν θεὸν εὑρεῖν προσευχὴν καὶ ἔλεος ἐν νηστείαις καὶ σάκκῳ καὶ σποδῷ(lxx) Dan 9:3 Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:4 ============ Dan 9:4 I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed and said, "Alas, O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments,(nasb) Dan 9:4 Et oravi Dominum Deum meum, et confessus sum, et dixi: Obsecro, Domine Deus magne et terribilis, custodiens pactum, et misericordiam diligentibus te, et custodientibus mandata tua:(vulgate) Daniel 9:4 Y oré a Jehová mi Dios, y confesé, y dije: Oh Señor, Dios grande y digno de ser temido, que guardas el pacto y la misericordia con los que te aman y guardan tus mandamientos;(E) Daniel 9:4 Je priai l'Eternel, mon Dieu, et je lui fis cette confession: Seigneur, Dieu grand et redoutable, toi qui gardes ton alliance et qui fais miséricorde à ceux qui t'aiment et qui observent tes commandements!(F) Dan 9:4 Ich betete aber zu dem HERRN, meinem Gott, bekannte und sprach: Ach lieber HERR, du großer und schrecklicher Gott, der du Bund und Gnade hältst denen, die dich lieben und deine Gebote halten:(D) Dan 9:4 καὶ προσηυξάμην πρὸς κύριον τὸν θεὸν καὶ ἐξωμολογησάμην καὶ εἶπα ἰδού κύριε σὺ εἶ ὁ θεὸς ὁ μέγας καὶ ὁ ἰσχυρὸς καὶ ὁ φοβερὸς τηρῶν τὴν διαθήκην καὶ τὸ ἔλεος τοῖς ἀγαπῶσί σε καὶ τοῖς φυλάσσουσι τὰ προστάγματά σου(lxx) Dan 9:4 And I prayed to the Lord my God, and made confession, and said, "O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments,(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:5 ============ Dan 9:5 we have sinned, committed iniquity, acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances.(nasb) Dan 9:5 peccavimus, iniquitatem fecimus, impie egimus, et recessimus: et declinavimus a mandatis tuis ac judiciis.(vulgate) Daniel 9:5 hemos pecado, hemos hecho iniquidad, hemos obrado impíamente, hemos sido rebeldes y nos hemos apartado de tus mandamientos y de tus juicios.(E) Daniel 9:5 Nous avons péché, nous avons commis l'iniquité, nous avons été méchants et rebelles, nous nous sommes détournés de tes commandements et de tes ordonnances.(F) Dan 9:5 wir haben gesündigt, unrecht getan, sind gottlos gewesen und abtrünnig geworden; wir sind von deinen Geboten und Rechten gewichen.(D) Dan 9:5 ἡμάρτομεν ἠδικήσαμεν ἠσεβήσαμεν καὶ ἀπέστημεν καὶ παρέβημεν τὰς ἐντολάς σου καὶ τὰ κρίματά σου(lxx) Dan 9:5 we have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:6 ============ Dan 9:6 Moreover, we have not listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings, our princes, our fathers and all the people of the land.(nasb) Dan 9:6 Non obedivimus servis tuis prophetis, qui locuti sunt in nomine tuo regibus nostris, principibus nostris, patribus nostris, omnique populo terrae.(vulgate) Daniel 9:6 No hemos obedecido a tus siervos los profetas, que en tu nombre hablaron a nuestros reyes, y a nuestros príncipes, a nuestros padres y a todo el pueblo de la tierra.(E) Daniel 9:6 Nous n'avons pas écouté tes serviteurs, les prophètes, qui ont parlé en ton nom à nos rois, à nos chefs, à nos pères, et à tout le peuple du pays.(F) Dan 9:6 Wir gehorchten nicht deinen Knechten, den Propheten, die in deinem Namen unsern Königen, Fürsten, Vätern und allem Volk im Lande predigten.(D) Dan 9:6 καὶ οὐκ ἠκούσαμεν τῶν παίδων σου τῶν προφητῶν ἃ ἐλάλησαν ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί σου ἐπὶ τοὺς βασιλεῖς ἡμῶν καὶ δυνάστας ἡμῶν καὶ πατέρας ἡμῶν καὶ παντὶ ἔθνει ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς(lxx) Dan 9:6 Neither have we heeded Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings and our princes, to our fathers and all the people of the land.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:7 ============ Dan 9:7 "Righteousness belongs to You, O Lord, but to us open shame, as it is this day--to the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those who are nearby and those who are far away in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of their unfaithful deeds which they have committed against You.(nasb) Dan 9:7 Tibi, Domine, justitia: nobis autem confusio faciei, sicut est hodie viro Juda, et habitatoribus Jerusalem, et omni Israel, his qui prope sunt, et his qui procul in universis terris, ad quas ejecisti eos propter iniquitates eorum, in quibus peccaverunt in te.(vulgate) Daniel 9:7 Tuya oh Señor, es la justicia, y nuestra la confusión de rostro, como [sucede] en el día de hoy a todo hombre de Judá, y a los moradores de Jerusalén, y a todo Israel, a los de cerca y a los de lejos, en todas las tierras a donde los has echado a causa de su rebelión con que contra ti se rebelaron.(E) Daniel 9:7 A toi, Seigneur, est la justice, et à nous la confusion de face, en ce jour, aux hommes de Juda, aux habitants de Jérusalem, et à tout Israël, à ceux qui sont près et à ceux qui sont loin, dans tous les pays où tu les as chassés à cause des infidélités dont ils se sont rendus coupables envers toi.(F) Dan 9:7 Du, HERR, bist gerecht, wir aber müssen uns schämen; wie es denn jetzt geht denen von Juda und denen von Jerusalem und dem ganzen Israel, denen, die nahe und fern sind in allen Landen, dahin du sie verstoßen hast um ihrer Missetat willen, die sie an dir begangen haben.(D) Dan 9:7 σοί κύριε ἡ δικαιοσύνη καὶ ἡμῖν ἡ αἰσχύνη τοῦ προσώπου κατὰ τὴν ἡμέραν ταύτην ἀνθρώποις Ιουδα καὶ καθημένοις ἐν Ιερουσαλημ καὶ παντὶ τῷ λαῷ Ισραηλ τῷ ἔγγιστα καὶ τῷ ἀπωτέρω ἐν πάσαις ταῖς χώραις εἰς ἃς διεσκόρπισας αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ ἐν τῇ πλημμελείᾳ ᾗ ἐπλημμέλησαν ἐναντίον σου(lxx) Dan 9:7 O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face, as it is this day--to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:8 ============ Dan 9:8 Open shame belongs to us, O Lord, to our kings, our princes and our fathers, because we have sinned against You.(nasb) Dan 9:8 Domine, nobis confusio faciei, regibus nostris, principibus nostris, et patribus nostris, qui peccaverunt.(vulgate) Daniel 9:8 Oh Jehová, nuestra es la confusión de rostro, de nuestros reyes, de nuestros príncipes, y de nuestros padres; porque contra ti pecamos.(E) Daniel 9:8 Seigneur, à nous la confusion de face, à nos rois, à nos chefs, et à nos pères, parce que nous avons péché contre toi.(F) Dan 9:8 Ja, HERR, wir, unsre Könige, unsre Fürsten und unsre Väter müssen uns schämen, daß wir uns an dir versündigt haben.(D) Dan 9:8 δέσποτα ἡμῖν ἡ αἰσχύνη τοῦ προσώπου καὶ τοῖς βασιλεῦσιν ἡμῶν καὶ δυνάσταις καὶ τοῖς πατράσιν ἡμῶν ὅτι ἡμάρτομέν σοι(lxx) Dan 9:8 O Lord, to us belongs shame of face, to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, because we have sinned against You.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:9 ============ Dan 9:9 To the Lord our God belong compassion and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against Him;(nasb) Dan 9:9 Tibi autem Domino Deo nostro misericordia et propitiatio, quia recessimus a te,(vulgate) Daniel 9:9 Del Señor nuestro Dios es el tener misericordia, y el perdonar, aunque contra Él nos hemos rebelado;(E) Daniel 9:9 Auprès du Seigneur, notre Dieu, la miséricorde et le pardon, car nous avons été rebelles envers lui.(F) Dan 9:9 Dein aber, HERR, unser Gott, ist die Barmherzigkeit und Vergebung. Denn wir sind abtrünnig geworden(D) Dan 9:9 τῷ κυρίῳ ἡ δικαιοσύνη καὶ τὸ ἔλεος ὅτι ἀπέστημεν ἀπὸ σοῦ(lxx) Dan 9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against Him.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:10 ============ Dan 9:10 nor have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His teachings which He set before us through His servants the prophets.(nasb) Dan 9:10 et non audivimus vocem Domini Dei nostri ut ambularemus in lege ejus, quam posuit nobis per servos suos prophetas.(vulgate) Daniel 9:10 y no obedecimos a la voz de Jehová nuestro Dios, para andar en sus leyes, las cuales Él puso delante de nosotros por medio de sus siervos los profetas.(E) Daniel 9:10 Nous n'avons pas écouté la voix de l'Eternel, notre Dieu, pour suivre ses lois qu'il avait mises devant nous par ses serviteurs, les prophètes.(F) Dan 9:10 und gehorchten nicht der Stimme des HERRN, unsers Gottes, daß wir gewandelt hätten in seinem Gesetz, welches er uns vorlegte durch seine Knechte, die Propheten;(D) Dan 9:10 καὶ οὐκ ἠκούσαμεν τῆς φωνῆς κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν κατακολουθῆσαι τῷ νόμῳ σου ᾧ ἔδωκας ἐνώπιον Μωσῆ καὶ ἡμῶν διὰ τῶν παίδων σου τῶν προφητῶν(lxx) Dan 9:10 We have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His laws, which He set before us by His servants the prophets.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:11 ============ Dan 9:11 Indeed all Israel has transgressed Your law and turned aside, not obeying Your voice; so the curse has been poured out on us, along with the oath which is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, for we have sinned against Him.(nasb) Dan 9:11 Et omnis Israel praevaricati sunt legem tuam, et declinaverunt ne audirent vocem tuam: et stillavit super nos maledictio et detestatio quae scripta est in libro Moysi servi Dei, quia peccavimus ei.(vulgate) Daniel 9:11 Y todo Israel traspasó tu ley apartándose para no oír tu voz: por lo cual ha caído sobre nosotros la maldición, y el juramento que [está] escrito en la ley de Moisés, siervo de Dios; porque contra Él pecamos.(E) Daniel 9:11 Tout Israël a transgressé ta loi, et s'est détourné pour ne pas écouter ta voix. Alors se sont répandues sur nous les malédictions et les imprécations qui sont écrites dans la loi de Moïse, serviteur de Dieu, parce que nous avons péché contre Dieu.(F) Dan 9:11 sondern das ganze Israel übertrat dein Gesetz, und sie wichen ab, daß sie deiner Stimme nicht gehorchten. Darum trifft uns auch der Fluch und Schwur, der geschrieben steht im Gesetz Moses, des Knechtes Gottes, weil wir an ihm gesündigt haben.(D) Dan 9:11 καὶ πᾶς Ισραηλ ἐγκατέλιπε τὸν νόμον σου καὶ ἀπέστησαν τοῦ μὴ ἀκοῦσαι τῆς φωνῆς σου καὶ ἐπῆλθεν ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς ἡ κατάρα καὶ ὁ ὅρκος ὁ γεγραμμένος ἐν τῷ νόμῳ Μωσῆ παιδὸς τοῦ θεοῦ ὅτι ἡμάρτομεν αὐτῷ(lxx) Dan 9:11 Yes, all Israel has transgressed Your law, and has departed so as not to obey Your voice; therefore the curse and the oath written in the Law of Moses the servant of God have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against Him.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:12 ============ Dan 9:12 Thus He has confirmed His words which He had spoken against us and against our rulers who ruled us, to bring on us great calamity; for under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what was done to Jerusalem.(nasb) Dan 9:12 Et statuit sermones suos, quos locutus est super nos et super principes nostros, qui judicaverunt nos, ut superinduceret in nos magnum malum, quale numquam fuit sub omni caelo, secundum quod factum est in Jerusalem.(vulgate) Daniel 9:12 Y Él ha confirmado su palabra que habló sobre nosotros, y sobre nuestros jueces que nos gobernaron, trayendo sobre nosotros tan grande mal; que nunca fue hecho debajo del cielo como fue hecho en Jerusalén.(E) Daniel 9:12 Il a accompli les paroles qu'il avait prononcées contre nous et contre nos chefs qui nous ont gouvernés, il a fait venir sur nous une grande calamité, et il n'en est jamais arrivé sous le ciel entier une semblable à celle qui est arrivée à Jérusalem.(F) Dan 9:12 Und er hat seine Worte gehalten, die er geredet hat wider uns und unsre Richter, die uns richten sollten, daß er so großes Unglück über uns hat gehen lassen, daß desgleichen unter dem ganzen Himmel nicht geschehen ist, wie über Jerusalem geschehen ist.(D) Dan 9:12 καὶ ἔστησεν ἡμῖν τὰ προστάγματα αὐτοῦ ὅσα ἐλάλησεν ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς κριτὰς ἡμῶν ὅσα ἔκρινας ἡμῖν ἐπαγαγεῖν ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς κακὰ μεγάλα οἷα οὐκ ἐγενήθη ὑπὸ τὸν οὐρανὸν καθότι ἐγενήθη ἐν Ιερουσαλημ(lxx) Dan 9:12 And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing upon us a great disaster; for under the whole heaven such has never been done as what has been done to Jerusalem.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:13 ============ Dan 9:13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this calamity has come on us; yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord our God by turning from our iniquity and giving attention to Your truth.(nasb) Dan 9:13 Sicut scriptum est in lege Moysi, omne malum hoc venit super nos: et non rogavimus faciem tuam, Domine Deus noster, ut reverteremur ab iniquitatibus nostris, et cogitaremus veritatem tuam.(vulgate) Daniel 9:13 Según [está] escrito en la ley de Moisés, todo este mal vino sobre nosotros; pero no hemos rogado a la faz de Jehová nuestro Dios, para convertirnos de nuestras maldades, y entender tu verdad.(E) Daniel 9:13 Comme cela est écrit dans la loi de Moïse, toute cette calamité est venue sur nous; et nous n'avons pas imploré l'Eternel, notre Dieu, nous ne nous sommes pas détournés de nos iniquités, nous n'avons pas été attentifs à ta vérité.(F) Dan 9:13 Gleichwie es geschrieben steht im Gesetz Mose's, so ist all dies große Unglück über uns gegangen. So beteten wir auch nicht vor dem HERRN, unserm Gott, daß wir uns von den Sünden bekehrten und auf deine Wahrheit achteten.(D) Dan 9:13 κατὰ τὰ γεγραμμένα ἐν διαθήκῃ Μωσῆ πάντα τὰ κακὰ ἐπῆλθεν ἡμῖν καὶ οὐκ ἐξεζητήσαμεν τὸ πρόσωπον κυρίου θεοῦ ἡμῶν ἀποστῆναι ἀπὸ τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν ἡμῶν καὶ διανοηθῆναι τὴν δικαιοσύνην σου κύριε(lxx) Dan 9:13 As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come upon us; yet we have not made our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and understand Your truth.(nkjv) ======= Daniel 9:14 ============ Dan 9:14 Therefore the Lord has kept the calamity in store and brought it on us; for the Lord our God is righteous with respect to all His deeds which He has done, but we have not obeyed His voice.(nasb) Dan 9:14 Et vigilavit Dominus super malitiam, et adduxit eam super nos. Justus Dominus Deus noster in omnibus operibus suis, quae fecit: non enim audivimus vocem ejus.(vulgate) Daniel 9:14 Por tanto, Jehová veló sobre el mal, y lo trajo sobre nosotros; porque justo [es] Jehová nuestro Dios en todas sus obras que Él hace, porque no obedecimos a su voz.(E) Daniel 9:14 L'Eternel a veillé sur cette calamité, et l'a fait venir sur nous; car l'Eternel, notre Dieu, est juste dans toutes les choses qu'il a faites, mais nous n'avons pas écouté sa voix.(F) Dan 9:14 Darum ist der HERR auch wach gewesen mit diesem Unglück und hat's über uns gehen lassen.
