Today's Date: ======= Leviticus 2:1 ============ Lev 2:1 'Now when anyone presents a grain offering as an offering to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour, and he shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on it.(nas) Lev 2:1 ἐὰν δὲ ψυχὴ προσφέρῃ δῶρον θυσίαν τῷ κυρίῳ σεμίδαλις ἔσται τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπιχεεῖ ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸ ἔλαιον καὶ ἐπιθήσει ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸ λίβανον θυσία ἐστίν (lxx) Lev 2:1 Anima cum obtulerit oblationem sacrificii Domino, simila erit ejus oblatio; fundetque super eam oleum, et ponet thus,(vulgate) 1 ׃2 וְנֶ֗פֶשׁ כִּֽי־תַקְרִ֞יב קָרְבַּ֤ן מִנְחָה֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה סֹ֖לֶת יִהְיֶ֣ה קָרְבָּנ֑וֹ וְיָצַ֤ק עָלֶ֙יהָ֙ שֶׁ֔מֶן וְנָתַ֥ן עָלֶ֖יהָ לְבֹנָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 2:1 Wenn eine Seele dem HERRN ein Speisopfer tun will, so soll es von Semmelmehl sein, und sie sollen Öl darauf gießen und Weihrauch darauf legen(dhs) Lev 2:1 'When anyone offers a grain offering to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour. And he shall pour oil on it, and put frankincense on it.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:2 ============ Lev 2:2 He shall then bring it to Aaron's sons the priests; and shall take from it his handful of its fine flour and of its oil with all of its frankincense. And the priest shall offer it up in smoke as its memorial portion on the altar, an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.(nas) Lev 2:2 καὶ οἴσει πρὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς Ααρων τοὺς ἱερεῖς καὶ δραξάμενος ἀπ᾽ αὐτῆς πλήρη τὴν δράκα ἀπὸ τῆς σεμιδάλεως σὺν τῷ ἐλαίῳ καὶ πάντα τὸν λίβανον αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὸ μνημόσυνον αὐτῆς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον θυσία ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 2:2 ac deferet ad filios Aaron sacerdotes: quorum unus tollet pugillum plenum similæ et olei, ac totum thus, et ponet memoriale super altare in odorem suavissimum Domino.(vulgate) 2 ׃2 וֽ͏ֶהֱבִיאָ֗הּ אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י אַהֲרֹן֮ הַכֹּהֲנִים֒ וְקָמַ֨ץ מִשָּׁ֜ם מְלֹ֣א קֻמְצ֗וֹ מִסָּלְתָּהּ֙ וּמִשַּׁמְנָ֔הּ עַ֖ל כָּל־לְבֹנָתָ֑הּ וְהִקְטִ֨יר הַכֹּהֵ֜ן אֶת־אַזְכָּרָתָהּ֙ הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 2:2 und es also bringen zu den Priestern, Aarons Söhnen. Da soll der Priester seine Hand voll nehmen von dem Semmelmehl und Öl, samt dem ganzen Weihrauch und es anzünden zum Gedächtnis auf dem Altar. Das ist ein Feuer zum süßen Geruch dem HERRN.(dhs) Lev 2:2 He shall bring it to Aaron's sons, the priests, one of whom shall take from it his handful of fine flour and oil with all the frankincense. And the priest shall burn it as a memorial on the altar, an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:3 ============ Lev 2:3 The remainder of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons: a thing most holy, of the offerings to the Lord by fire.(nas) Lev 2:3 καὶ τὸ λοιπὸν ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας Ααρων καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ ἅγιον τῶν ἁγίων ἀπὸ τῶν θυσιῶν κυρίου (lxx) Lev 2:3 Quod autem reliquum fuerit de sacrificio, erit Aaron et filiorum ejus, Sanctum sanctorum de oblationibus Domini.(vulgate) 3 ׃2 וְהַנּוֹתֶ֙רֶת֙ מִן־הַמִּנְחָ֔ה לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן וּלְבָנָ֑יו קֹ֥דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֖ים מֵאִשֵּׁ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ ס Leviticus Lev 2:3 Das übrige aber vom Speisopfer soll Aarons und seiner Söhne sein. Das soll ein Hochheiliges sein von den Feuern des HERRN.(dhs) Lev 2:3 The rest of the grain offering shall be Aaron's and his sons'. It is most holy of the offerings to the Lord made by fire.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:4 ============ Lev 2:4 'Now when you bring an offering of a grain offering baked in an oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers spread with oil.(nas) Lev 2:4 ἐὰν δὲ προσφέρῃ δῶρον θυσίαν πεπεμμένην ἐν κλιβάνῳ δῶρον κυρίῳ ἐκ σεμιδάλεως ἄρτους ἀζύμους πεφυραμένους ἐν ἐλαίῳ καὶ λάγανα ἄζυμα διακεχρισμένα ἐν ἐλαίῳ (lxx) Lev 2:4 Cum autem obtuleris sacrificium coctum in clibano: de simila, panes scilicet absque fermento, conspersos oleo, et lagana azyma oleo lita.(vulgate) 4 ׃2 וְכִ֥י תַקְרִ֛ב קָרְבַּ֥ן מִנְחָ֖ה מַאֲפֵ֣ה תַנּ֑וּר סֹ֣לֶת חַלּ֤וֹת מַצֹּת֙ בְּלוּלֹ֣ת בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן וּרְקִיקֵ֥י מַצּ֖וֹת מְשֻׁחִ֥ים בַּשָּֽׁמֶן׃ ס Leviticus Lev 2:4 Will er aber sein Speisopfer tun vom Gebackenen im Ofen, so nehme er Kuchen von Semmelmehl, ungesäuert, mit Öl gemengt, oder ungesäuerte Fladen, mit Öl bestrichen.(dhs) Lev 2:4 'And if you bring as an offering a grain offering baked in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:5 ============ Lev 2:5 If your offering is a grain offering made on the griddle, it shall be of fine flour, unleavened, mixed with oil;(nas) Lev 2:5 ἐὰν δὲ θυσία ἀπὸ τηγάνου τὸ δῶρόν σου σεμίδαλις πεφυραμένη ἐν ἐλαίῳ ἄζυμα ἔσται (lxx) Lev 2:5 Si oblatio tua fuerit de sartagine, similæ conspersæ oleo et absque fermento,(vulgate) 5 ׃2 וְאִם־מִנְחָ֥ה עַל־הַֽמַּחֲבַ֖ת קָרְבָּנֶ֑ךָ סֹ֛לֶת בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן מַצָּ֥ה תִהְיֶֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 2:5 Ist aber dein Speisopfer etwas vom Gebackenen in der Pfanne, so soll's von ungesäuertem Semmelmehl mit Öl gemengt sein;(dhs) Lev 2:5 But if your offering is a grain offering baked in a pan, it shall be of fine flour, unleavened, mixed with oil.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:6 ============ Lev 2:6 you shall break it into bits and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.(nas) Lev 2:6 καὶ διαθρύψεις αὐτὰ κλάσματα καὶ ἐπιχεεῖς ἐπ᾽ αὐτὰ ἔλαιον θυσία ἐστὶν κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 2:6 divides eam minutatim, et fundes super eam oleum.(vulgate) 6 ׃2 פָּת֤וֹת אֹתָהּ֙ פִּתִּ֔ים וְיָצַקְתָּ֥ עָלֶ֖יהָ שָׁ֑מֶן מִנְחָ֖ה הִֽוא׃ ס Leviticus Lev 2:6 und sollst's in Stücke zerteilen und Öl darauf gießen, so ist's ein Speisopfer.(dhs) Lev 2:6 You shall break it in pieces and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:7 ============ Lev 2:7 Now if your offering is a grain offering made in a pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.(nas) Lev 2:7 ἐὰν δὲ θυσία ἀπὸ ἐσχάρας τὸ δῶρόν σου σεμίδαλις ἐν ἐλαίῳ ποιηθήσεται (lxx) Lev 2:7 Sin autem de craticula fuerit sacrificium, æque simila oleo conspergetur:(vulgate) 7 ׃2 וְאִם־מִנְחַ֥ת מַרְחֶ֖שֶׁת קָרְבָּנֶ֑ךָ סֹ֥לֶת בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן תֵּעָשֶֽׂה׃ Leviticus Lev 2:7 Ist aber dein Speisopfer etwas auf dem Rost Geröstetes, so sollst du es von Semmelmehl mit Öl machen(dhs) Lev 2:7 'If your offering is a grain offering baked in a covered pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:8 ============ Lev 2:8 When you bring in the grain offering which is made of these things to the Lord, it shall be presented to the priest and he shall bring it to the altar.(nas) Lev 2:8 καὶ προσοίσει τὴν θυσίαν ἣν ἂν ποιῇ ἐκ τούτων τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ προσοίσει πρὸς τὸν ἱερέα καὶ προσεγγίσας πρὸς τὸ θυσιαστήριον (lxx) Lev 2:8 quam offerens Domino, trades manibus sacerdotis.(vulgate) 8 ׃2 וְהֵבֵאתָ֣ אֶת־הַמִּנְחָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֧ר יֵעָשֶׂ֛ה מֵאֵ֖לֶּה לַיהוָ֑ה וְהִקְרִיבָהּ֙ אֶל־הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְהִגִּישָׁ֖הּ אֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ Leviticus Lev 2:8 und sollst das Speisopfer, das du von solcherlei machen willst dem HERRN, zu dem Priester bringen; der soll es zu dem Altar bringen(dhs) Lev 2:8 You shall bring the grain offering that is made of these things to the Lord. And when it is presented to the priest, he shall bring it to the altar.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:9 ============ Lev 2:9 The priest then shall take up from the grain offering its memorial portion, and shall offer it up in smoke on the altar as an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.(nas) Lev 2:9 ἀφελεῖ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τῆς θυσίας τὸ μνημόσυνον αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κάρπωμα ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 2:9 Qui cum obtulerit eam, tollet memoriale de sacrificio, et adolebit super altare in odorem suavitatis Domino:(vulgate) 9 ׃2 וְהֵרִ֨ים הַכֹּהֵ֤ן מִן־הַמִּנְחָה֙ אֶת־אַזְכָּ֣רָתָ֔הּ וְהִקְטִ֖יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָה אִשֵּׁ֛ה רֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 2:9 und des Speisopfers einen Teil abzuheben zum Gedächtnis und anzünden auf dem Altar. It is most holy of the offerings to the Lord made by fire.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:11 ============ Lev 2:11 'No grain offering, which you bring to the Lord, shall be made with leaven, for you shall not offer up in smoke any leaven or any honey as an offering by fire to the Lord.(nas) Lev 2:11 πᾶσαν θυσίαν ἣν ἂν προσφέρητε κυρίῳ οὐ ποιήσετε ζυμωτόν πᾶσαν γὰρ ζύμην καὶ πᾶν μέλι οὐ προσοίσετε ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ καρπῶσαι κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 2:11 Omnis oblatio quæ offeretur Domino, absque fermento fiet, nec quidquam fermenti ac mellis adolebitur in sacrificio Domino.(vulgate) 11 ׃2 כָּל־הַמִּנְחָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר תַּקְרִ֙יבוּ֙ לַיהוָ֔ה לֹ֥א תֵעָשֶׂ֖ה חָמֵ֑ץ כִּ֤י כָל־שְׂאֹר֙ וְכָל־דְּבַ֔שׁ לֹֽא־תַקְטִ֧ירוּ מִמֶּ֛נּוּ אִשֶּׁ֖ה לַֽיהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 2:11 Alle Speisopfer, die ihr dem HERRN opfern wollt, sollt ihr ohne Sauerteig machen; denn kein Sauerteig noch Honig soll dem HERRN zum Feuer angezündet werden.(dhs) Lev 2:11 'No grain offering which you bring to the Lord shall be made with leaven, for you shall burn no leaven nor any honey in any offering to the Lord made by fire.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:12 ============ Lev 2:12 As an offering of first fruits you shall bring them to the Lord, but they shall not ascend for a soothing aroma on the altar.(nas) Lev 2:12 δῶρον ἀπαρχῆς προσοίσετε αὐτὰ κυρίῳ ἐπὶ δὲ τὸ θυσιαστήριον οὐκ ἀναβιβασθήσεται εἰς ὀσμὴν εὐωδίας κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 2:12 Primitias tantum eorum offeretis ac munera: super altare vero non imponentur in odorem suavitatis.(vulgate) 12 ׃2 קָרְבַּ֥ן רֵאשִׁ֛ית תַּקְרִ֥יבוּ אֹתָ֖ם לַיהוָ֑ה וְאֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֥חַ לֹא־יַעֲל֖וּ לְרֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹֽחַ׃ Leviticus Lev 2:12 Unter den Erstlingen sollt ihr sie dem HERRN bringen; aber auf den Altar sollen sie nicht kommen zum süßen Geruch.(dhs) Lev 2:12 As for the offering of the firstfruits, you shall offer them to the Lord, but they shall not be burned on the altar for a sweet aroma.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:13 ============ Lev 2:13 Every grain offering of yours, moreover, you shall season with salt, so that the salt of the covenant of your God shall not be lacking from your grain offering; with all your offerings you shall offer salt.(nas) Lev 2:13 καὶ πᾶν δῶρον θυσίας ὑμῶν ἁλὶ ἁλισθήσεται οὐ διαπαύσετε ἅλα διαθήκης κυρίου ἀπὸ θυσιασμάτων ὑμῶν ἐπὶ παντὸς δώρου ὑμῶν προσοίσετε κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ ὑμῶν ἅλας (lxx) Lev 2:13 Quidquid obtuleris sacrificii, sale condies, nec auferes sal fœderis Dei tui de sacrificio tuo: in omni oblatione tua offeres sal.(vulgate) 13 ׃2 וְכָל־קָרְבַּ֣ן מִנְחָתְךָ֮ בַּמֶּ֣לַח תִּמְלָח֒ וְלֹ֣א תַשְׁבִּ֗ית מֶ֚לַח בְּרִ֣ית אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ מֵעַ֖ל מִנְחָתֶ֑ךָ עַ֥ל כָּל־קָרְבָּנְךָ֖ תַּקְרִ֥יב מֶֽלַח׃ ס Leviticus Lev 2:13 Alle deine Speisopfer sollst du salzen, und dein Speisopfer soll nimmer ohne Salz des Bundes deines Gottes sein; denn in allem deinem Opfer sollst du Salz opfern.(dhs) Lev 2:13 And every offering of your grain offering you shall season with salt; you shall not allow the salt of the covenant of your God to be lacking from your grain offering. With all your offerings you shall offer salt.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:14 ============ Lev 2:14 'Also if you bring a grain offering of early ripened things to the Lord, you shall bring fresh heads of grain roasted in the fire, grits of new growth, for the grain offering of your early ripened things.(nas) Lev 2:14 ἐὰν δὲ προσφέρῃς θυσίαν πρωτογενημάτων τῷ κυρίῳ νέα πεφρυγμένα χίδρα ἐρικτὰ τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ προσοίσεις τὴν θυσίαν τῶν πρωτογενημάτων (lxx) Lev 2:14 Si autem obtuleris munus primarum frugum tuarum Domino de spicis adhuc virentibus, torrebis igni, et confringes in morem farris, et sic offeres primitias tuas Domino,(vulgate) 14 ׃2 וְאִם־תַּקְרִ֛יב מִנְחַ֥ת בִּכּוּרִ֖ים לַיהוָ֑ה אָבִ֞יב קָל֤וּי בָּאֵשׁ֙ גֶּ֣רֶשׂ כַּרְמֶ֔ל תַּקְרִ֕יב אֵ֖ת מִנְחַ֥ת בִּכּוּרֶֽיךָ׃ Leviticus Lev 2:14 Willst du aber ein Speisopfer dem HERRN tun von den ersten Früchten, so sollst du Ähren, am Feuer gedörrt, klein zerstoßen und also das Speisopfer deiner ersten Früchte opfern;(dhs) Lev 2:14 'If you offer a grain offering of your firstfruits to the Lord, you shall offer for the grain offering of your firstfruits green heads of grain roasted on the fire, grain beaten from full heads.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 2:15 ============ Lev 2:15 You shall then put oil on it and lay incense on it; it is a grain offering.(nas) Lev 2:15 καὶ ἐπιχεεῖς ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν ἔλαιον καὶ ἐπιθήσεις ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν λίβανον θυσία ἐστίν (lxx) Lev 2:15 fundens supra oleum, et thus imponens, quia oblatio Domini est:(vulgate) 15 ׃2 וְנָתַתָּ֤ עָלֶ֙יהָ֙ שֶׁ֔מֶן וְשַׂמְתָּ֥ עָלֶ֖יהָ לְבֹנָ֑ה מִנְחָ֖ה הִֽוא׃ Leviticus Lev 2:15 und sollst Öl darauf tun und Weihrauch darauf legen, so ist's ein Speisopfer.(dhs) Lev 2:15 And you shall put oil on it, and lay frankincense on it.
