============ Lev 4:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,(nas) Lev 4:2 λάλησον πρὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ λέγων ψυχὴ ἐὰν ἁμάρτῃ ἔναντι κυρίου ἀκουσίως ἀπὸ τῶν προσταγμάτων κυρίου ὧν οὐ δεῖ ποιεῖν καὶ ποιήσῃ ἕν τι ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν (lxx) Lev 4:2 Loquere filiis Israël: Anima, quæ peccaverit per ignorantiam, et de universis mandatis Domini, quæ præcepit ut non fierent, quippiam fecerit:(vulgate) 2 ׃4 דַּבֵּ֞ר אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵל֘ לֵאמֹר֒ נֶ֗פֶשׁ כִּֽי־תֶחֱטָ֤א בִשְׁגָגָה֙ מִכֹּל֙ מִצְוֺ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר לֹ֣א תֵעָשֶׂ֑ינָה וְעָשָׂ֕ה מֵאַחַ֖ת מֵהֵֽנָּה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:2 Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich: Wenn eine Seele sündigen würde aus Versehen an irgend einem Gebot des HERRN und täte, was sie nicht tun sollte:(dhs) Lev 4:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'If a person sins unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which ought not to be done, and does any of them,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:3 ============ Lev 4:3 if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer to the Lord a bull without defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed.(nas) Lev 4:3 ἐὰν μὲν ὁ ἀρχιερεὺς ὁ κεχρισμένος ἁμάρτῃ τοῦ τὸν λαὸν ἁμαρτεῖν καὶ προσάξει περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ ἧς ἥμαρτεν μόσχον ἐκ βοῶν ἄμωμον τῷ κυρίῳ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ (lxx) Lev 4:3 si sacerdos, qui unctus est, peccaverit, delinquere faciens populum, offeret pro peccato suo vitulum immaculatum Domino:(vulgate) 3 ׃4 אִ֣ם הַכֹּהֵ֧ן הַמָּשִׁ֛יחַ יֶחֱטָ֖א לְאַשְׁמַ֣ת הָעָ֑ם וְהִקְרִ֡יב עַ֣ל חַטָּאתוֹ֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר חָטָ֜א פַּ֣ר בֶּן־בָּקָ֥ר תָּמִ֛ים לַיהוָ֖ה לְחַטָּֽאת׃ Leviticus Lev 4:3 nämlich so der Priester, der gesalbt ist, sündigen würde, daß er eine Schuld auf das Volk brächte, der soll für seine Sünde, die er getan hat, einen jungen Farren bringen, der ohne Fehl sei, dem HERRN zum Sündopfer.(dhs) Lev 4:3 if the anointed priest sins, bringing guilt on the people, then let him offer to the Lord for his sin which he has sinned a young bull without blemish as a sin offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:4 ============ Lev 4:4 He shall bring the bull to the doorway of the tent of meeting before the Lord, and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull and slay the bull before the Lord.(nas) Lev 4:4 καὶ προσάξει τὸν μόσχον παρὰ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ μόσχου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ σφάξει τὸν μόσχον ἐνώπιον κυρίου (lxx) Lev 4:4 et adducet illum ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii coram Domino, ponetque manum super caput ejus, et immolabit eum Domino.(vulgate) 4 ׃4 וְהֵבִ֣יא אֶת־הַפָּ֗ר אֶל־פֶּ֛תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵ֖ד לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְסָמַ֤ךְ אֶת־יָדוֹ֙ עַל־רֹ֣אשׁ הַפָּ֔ר וְשָׁחַ֥ט אֶת־הַפָּ֖ר לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:4 Und soll den Farren vor die Tür der Hütte des Stifts bringen vor den HERRN und seine Hand auf desselben Haupt legen und ihn schlachten vor dem HERRN.(dhs) Lev 4:4 He shall bring the bull to the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord, lay his hand on the bull's head, and kill the bull before the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:5 ============ Lev 4:5 Then the anointed priest is to take some of the blood of the bull and bring it to the tent of meeting,(nas) Lev 4:5 καὶ λαβὼν ὁ ἱερεὺς ὁ χριστὸς ὁ τετελειωμένος τὰς χεῖρας ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ μόσχου καὶ εἰσοίσει αὐτὸ ἐπὶ τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου (lxx) Lev 4:5 Hauriet quoque de sanguine vituli, inferens illum in tabernaculum testimonii.(vulgate) 5 ׃4 וְלָקַ֛ח הַכֹּהֵ֥ן הַמָּשִׁ֖יחַ מִדַּ֣ם הַפָּ֑ר וְהֵבִ֥יא אֹת֖וֹ אֶל־אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃ Leviticus Lev 4:5 Und der Priester, der gesalbt ist, soll von des Farren Blut nehmen und es in die Hütte des Stifts bringen(dhs) Lev 4:5 Then the anointed priest shall take some of the bull's blood and bring it to the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:6 ============ Lev 4:6 and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.(nas) Lev 4:6 καὶ βάψει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὸν δάκτυλον εἰς τὸ αἷμα καὶ προσρανεῖ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος ἑπτάκις ἔναντι κυρίου κατὰ τὸ καταπέτασμα τὸ ἅγιον (lxx) Lev 4:6 Cumque intinxerit digitum in sanguine, asperget eo septies coram Domino contra velum sanctuarii.(vulgate) 6 ׃4 וְטָבַ֧ל הַכֹּהֵ֛ן אֶת־אֶצְבָּע֖וֹ בַּדָּ֑ם וְהִזָּ֨ה מִן־הַדָּ֜ם שֶׁ֤בַע פְּעָמִים֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֶת־פְּנֵ֖י פָּרֹ֥כֶת הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ Leviticus Lev 4:6 und soll seinen Finger in das Blut tauchen und damit siebenmal sprengen vor dem HERRN, vor dem Vorhang im Heiligen.(dhs) Lev 4:6 The priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:7 ============ Lev 4:7 The priest shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense which is before the Lord in the tent of meeting; and all the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.(nas) Lev 4:7 καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ μόσχου ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τοῦ θυμιάματος τῆς συνθέσεως τοῦ ἐναντίον κυρίου ὅ ἐστιν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ πᾶν τὸ αἷμα τοῦ μόσχου ἐκχεεῖ παρὰ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων ὅ ἐστιν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου (lxx) Lev 4:7 Ponetque de eodem sanguine super cornua altaris thymiamatis gratissimi Domino, quod est in tabernaculo testimonii: omnem autem reliquum sanguinem fundet in basim altaris holocausti in introitu tabernaculi.(vulgate) 7 ׃4 וְנָתַן֩ הַכֹּהֵ֨ן מִן־הַדָּ֜ם עַל־קַ֠רְנוֹת מִזְבַּ֨ח קְטֹ֤רֶת הַסַּמִּים֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְאֵ֣ת ׀ כָּל־דַּ֣ם הַפָּ֗ר יִשְׁפֹּךְ֙ אֶל־יְסוֹד֙ מִזְבַּ֣ח הָעֹלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃ Leviticus Lev 4:7 Und soll von dem Blut tun auf die Hörner des Räucheraltars, der vor dem HERRN in der Hütte des Stifts steht, und alles übrige Blut gießen an den Boden des Brandopferaltars, der vor der Tür der Hütte des Stifts steht.(dhs) Lev 4:7 And the priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the Lord, which is in the tabernacle of meeting; and he shall pour the remaining blood of the bull at the base of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:8 ============ Lev 4:8 He shall remove from it all the fat of the bull of the sin offering: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat which is on the entrails,(nas) Lev 4:8 καὶ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τοῦ μόσχου τοῦ τῆς ἁμαρτίας περιελεῖ ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον τὰ ἐνδόσθια καὶ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν ἐνδοσθίων (lxx) Lev 4:8 Et adipem vituli auferet pro peccato, tam eum qui vitalia operit quam omnia quæ intrinsecus sunt:(vulgate) 8 ׃4 וְאֶת־כָּל־חֵ֛לֶב פַּ֥ר הַֽחַטָּ֖את יָרִ֣ים מִמֶּ֑נּוּ אֶת־הַחֵ֙לֶב֙ הַֽמְכַסֶּ֣ה עַל־הַקֶּ֔רֶב וְאֵת֙ כָּל־הַחֵ֔לֶב אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־הַקֶּֽרֶב׃ Leviticus Lev 4:8 Und alles Fett des Sündopfers soll er abheben, nämlich das Fett, welches das Eingeweide bedeckt, und alles Fett am Eingeweide,(dhs) Lev 4:8 He shall take from it all the fat of the bull as the sin offering. The fat that covers the entrails and all the fat which is on the entrails,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:9 ============ Lev 4:9 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove with the kidneys(nas) Lev 4:9 καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ᾽ αὐτῶν ὅ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τῶν μηρίων καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος σὺν τοῖς νεφροῖς περιελεῖ αὐτό (lxx) Lev 4:9 duos renunculos et reticulum quod est super eos juxta ilia, et adipem jecoris cum renunculis,(vulgate) 9 ׃4 וְאֵת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣י הַכְּלָיֹ֔ת וְאֶת־הַחֵ֙לֶב֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עֲלֵיהֶ֔ן אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־הַכְּסָלִ֑ים וְאֶת־הַיֹּתֶ֙רֶת֙ עַל־הַכָּבֵ֔ד עַל־הַכְּלָי֖וֹת יְסִירֶֽנָּה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:9 die zwei Nieren mit dem Fett, das daran ist, an den Lenden, und das Netz über der Leber, an den Nieren abgerissen,(dhs) Lev 4:9 the two kidneys and the fat that is on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:10 ============ Lev 4:10 (just as it is removed from the ox of the sacrifice of peace offerings), and the priest is to offer them up in smoke on the altar of burnt offering.(nas) Lev 4:10 ὃν τρόπον ἀφαιρεῖται ἀπὸ τοῦ μόσχου τοῦ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου καὶ ἀνοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῆς καρπώσεως (lxx) Lev 4:10 sicut aufertur de vitulo hostiæ pacificorum: et adolebit ea super altare holocausti.(vulgate) 10 ׃4 כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר יוּרַ֔ם מִשּׁ֖וֹר זֶ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים וְהִקְטִירָם֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן עַ֖ל מִזְבַּ֥ח הָעֹלָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:10 gleichwie er's abhebt vom Ochsen im Dankopfer; und soll es anzünden auf dem Brandopferaltar.(dhs) Lev 4:10 as it was taken from the bull of the sacrifice of the peace offering; and the priest shall burn them on the altar of the burnt offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:11 ============ Lev 4:11 But the hide of the bull and all its flesh with its head and its legs and its entrails and its refuse,(nas) Lev 4:11 καὶ τὸ δέρμα τοῦ μόσχου καὶ πᾶσαν αὐτοῦ τὴν σάρκα σὺν τῇ κεφαλῇ καὶ τοῖς ἀκρωτηρίοις καὶ τῇ κοιλίᾳ καὶ τῇ κόπρῳ (lxx) Lev 4:11 Pellem vero et omnes carnes, cum capite et pedibus et intestinis et fimo,(vulgate) 11 ׃4 וְאֶת־ע֤וֹר הַפָּר֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־בְּשָׂר֔וֹ עַל־רֹאשׁ֖וֹ וְעַל־כְּרָעָ֑יו וְקִרְבּ֖וֹ וּפִרְשֽׁוֹ׃ Leviticus Lev 4:11 Aber das Fell des Farren mit allem Fleisch samt Kopf und Schenkeln und das Eingeweide und den Mist,(dhs) Lev 4:11 But the bull's hide and all its flesh, with its head and legs, its entrails and offal--(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:12 ============ Lev 4:12 that is, all the rest of the bull, he is to bring out to a clean place outside the camp where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.(nas) Lev 4:12 καὶ ἐξοίσουσιν ὅλον τὸν μόσχον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς εἰς τόπον καθαρόν οὗ ἐκχεοῦσιν τὴν σποδιάν καὶ κατακαύσουσιν αὐτὸν ἐπὶ ξύλων ἐν πυρί ἐπὶ τῆς ἐκχύσεως τῆς σποδιᾶς καυθήσεται (lxx) Lev 4:12 et reliquo corpore, efferet extra castra in locum mundum, ubi cineres effundi solent: incendetque ea super lignorum struem, quæ in loco effusorum cinerum cremabuntur.~(vulgate) 12 ׃4 וְהוֹצִ֣יא אֶת־כָּל־הַ֠פָּר אֶל־מִח֨וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֜ה אֶל־מָק֤וֹם טָהוֹר֙ אֶל־שֶׁ֣פֶךְ הַדֶּ֔שֶׁן וְשָׂרַ֥ף אֹת֛וֹ עַל־עֵצִ֖ים בָּאֵ֑שׁ עַל־שֶׁ֥פֶךְ הַדֶּ֖שֶׁן יִשָּׂרֵֽף׃ פ Leviticus Lev 4:12 das soll er alles hinausführen aus dem Lager an eine reine Stätte, da man die Asche hin schüttet, und soll's verbrennen auf dem Holz mit Feuer.(dhs) Lev 4:12 the whole bull he shall carry outside the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:13 ============ Lev 4:13 'Now if the whole congregation of Israel commits error and the matter escapes the notice of the assembly, and they commit any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and they become guilty;(nas) Lev 4:13 ἐὰν δὲ πᾶσα συναγωγὴ Ισραηλ ἀγνοήσῃ ἀκουσίως καὶ λάθῃ ῥῆμα ἐξ ὀφθαλμῶν τῆς συναγωγῆς καὶ ποιήσωσιν μίαν ἀπὸ πασῶν τῶν ἐντολῶν κυρίου ἣ οὐ ποιηθήσεται καὶ πλημμελήσωσιν (lxx) Lev 4:13 Quod si omnis turba Israël ignoraverit, et per imperitiam fecerit quod contra mandatum Domini est,(vulgate) 13 ׃4 וְאִ֨ם כָּל־עֲדַ֤ת יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ יִשְׁגּ֔וּ וְנֶעְלַ֣ם דָּבָ֔ר מֵעֵינֵ֖י הַקָּהָ֑ל וְ֠עָשׂוּ אַחַ֨ת מִכָּל־מִצְוֺ֧ת יְהוָ֛ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־תֵעָשֶׂ֖ינָה וְאָשֵֽׁמוּ׃ Leviticus Lev 4:13 Wenn die ganze Gemeinde Israel etwas versehen würde und die Tat vor ihren Augen verborgen wäre, daß sie wider irgend ein Gebot des HERRN getan hätten, was sie nicht tun sollten, und also sich verschuldeten,(dhs) Lev 4:13 'Now if the whole congregation of Israel sins unintentionally, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done something against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which should not be done, and are guilty;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:14 ============ Lev 4:14 when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a bull of the herd for a sin offering and bring it before the tent of meeting.(nas) Lev 4:14 καὶ γνωσθῇ αὐτοῖς ἡ ἁμαρτία ἣν ἥμαρτον ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ προσάξει ἡ συναγωγὴ μόσχον ἐκ βοῶν ἄμωμον περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας καὶ προσάξει αὐτὸν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου (lxx) Lev 4:14 et postea intellexerit peccatum suum, offeret pro peccato suo vitulum, adducetque eum ad ostium tabernaculi.(vulgate) 14 ׃4 וְנֽוֹדְעָה֙ הַֽחַטָּ֔את אֲשֶׁ֥ר חָטְא֖וּ עָלֶ֑יהָ וְהִקְרִ֨יבוּ הַקָּהָ֜ל פַּ֤ר בֶּן־בָּקָר֙ לְחַטָּ֔את וְהֵבִ֣יאוּ אֹת֔וֹ לִפְנֵ֖י אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃ Leviticus Lev 4:14 und darnach ihrer Sünde innewürden, die sie getan hätten, sollen sie einen jungen Farren darbringen zum Sündopfer und vor die Tür der Hütte des Stifts stellen.(dhs) Lev 4:14 when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a young bull for the sin, and bring it before the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:15 ============ Lev 4:15 Then the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the Lord, and the bull shall be slain before the Lord.(nas) Lev 4:15 καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τῆς συναγωγῆς τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ μόσχου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ σφάξουσιν τὸν μόσχον ἔναντι κυρίου (lxx) Lev 4:15 Et ponent seniores populi manus super caput ejus coram Domino. Immolatoque vitulo in conspectu Domini,(vulgate) 15 ׃4 וְ֠סָמְכוּ זִקְנֵ֨י הָעֵדָ֧ה אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֛ם עַל־רֹ֥אשׁ הַפָּ֖ר לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְשָׁחַ֥ט אֶת־הַפָּ֖ר לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:15 Und die Ältesten von der Gemeinde sollen ihre Hände auf sein Haupt legen vor dem HERRN und den Farren schlachten vor dem HERRN.(dhs) Lev 4:15 And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the Lord. It is a sin offering for the assembly.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:22 ============ Lev 4:22 'When a leader sins and unintentionally does any one of all the things which the Lord his God has commanded not to be done, and he becomes guilty,(nas) Lev 4:22 ἐὰν δὲ ὁ ἄρχων ἁμάρτῃ καὶ ποιήσῃ μίαν ἀπὸ πασῶν τῶν ἐντολῶν κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ αὐτῶν ἣ οὐ ποιηθήσεται ἀκουσίως καὶ ἁμάρτῃ καὶ πλημμελήσῃ (lxx) Lev 4:22 Si peccaverit princeps, et fecerit unum e pluribus per ignorantiam, quod Domini lege prohibetur:(vulgate) 22 ׃4 אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָשִׂ֖יא יֶֽחֱטָ֑א וְעָשָׂ֡ה אַחַ֣ת מִכָּל־מִצְוֺת֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֱלֹהָ֜יו אֲשֶׁ֧ר לֹא־תֵעָשֶׂ֛ינָה בִּשְׁגָגָ֖ה וְאָשֵֽׁם׃ Leviticus Lev 4:22 Wenn aber ein Fürst sündigt und irgend etwas wider des HERRN, seines Gottes, Gebote tut, was er nicht tun sollte, und versieht etwas, daß er verschuldet,(dhs) Lev 4:22 'When a ruler has sinned, and done something unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord his God in anything which should not be done, and is guilty,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:23 ============ Lev 4:23 if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring for his offering a goat, a male without defect.(nas) Lev 4:23 καὶ γνωσθῇ αὐτῷ ἡ ἁμαρτία ἣν ἥμαρτεν ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ προσοίσει τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ χίμαρον ἐξ αἰγῶν ἄρσεν ἄμωμον (lxx) Lev 4:23 et postea intellexerit peccatum suum, offeret hostiam Domino, hircum de capris immaculatum.(vulgate) 23 ׃4 אֽוֹ־הוֹדַ֤ע אֵלָיו֙ חַטָּאת֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר חָטָ֖א בָּ֑הּ וְהֵבִ֧יא אֶת־קָרְבָּנ֛וֹ שְׂעִ֥יר עִזִּ֖ים זָכָ֥ר תָּמִֽים׃ Leviticus Lev 4:23 und er wird seiner Sünde inne, die er getan hat, der soll zum Opfer bringen einen Ziegenbock ohne Fehl,(dhs) Lev 4:23 or if his sin which he has committed comes to his knowledge, he shall bring as his offering a kid of the goats, a male without blemish.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:24 ============ Lev 4:24 He shall lay his hand on the head of the male goat and slay it in the place where they slay the burnt offering before the Lord; it is a sin offering.(nas) Lev 4:24 καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ χιμάρου καὶ σφάξουσιν αὐτὸν ἐν τόπῳ οὗ σφάζουσιν τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα ἐνώπιον κυρίου ἁμαρτία ἐστίν (lxx) Lev 4:24 Ponetque manum suam super caput ejus: cumque immolaverit eum loco ubi solet mactari holocaustum coram Domino, quia pro peccato est,(vulgate) 24 ׃4 וְסָמַ֤ךְ יָדוֹ֙ עַל־רֹ֣אשׁ הַשָּׂעִ֔יר וְשָׁחַ֣ט אֹת֗וֹ בִּמְק֛וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִשְׁחַ֥ט אֶת־הָעֹלָ֖ה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה חַטָּ֖את הֽוּא׃ Leviticus Lev 4:24 und seine Hand auf des Bockes Haupt legen und ihn schlachten an der Stätte, da man die Brandopfer schlachtet vor dem HERRN. It is a sin offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:25 ============ Lev 4:25 Then the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.(nas) Lev 4:25 καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ τῆς ἁμαρτίας τῷ δακτύλῳ ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων καὶ τὸ πᾶν αἷμα αὐτοῦ ἐκχεεῖ παρὰ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων (lxx) Lev 4:25 tinget sacerdos digitum in sanguine hostiæ pro peccato, tangens cornua altaris holocausti, et reliquum fundens ad basim ejus.(vulgate) 25 ׃4 וְלָקַ֨ח הַכֹּהֵ֜ן מִדַּ֤ם הַֽחַטָּאת֙ בְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹ וְנָתַ֕ן עַל־קַרְנֹ֖ת מִזְבַּ֣ח הָעֹלָ֑ה וְאֶת־דָּמ֣וֹ יִשְׁפֹּ֔ךְ אֶל־יְס֖וֹד מִזְבַּ֥ח הָעֹלָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:25 Da soll denn der Priester von dem Blut des Sündopfers nehmen mit seinem Finger und es auf die Hörner des Brandopferaltars tun und das andere Blut an den Boden des Brandopferaltars gießen.(dhs) Lev 4:25 The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:26 ============ Lev 4:26 All its fat he shall offer up in smoke on the altar as in the case of the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin, and he will be forgiven.(nas) Lev 4:26 καὶ τὸ πᾶν στέαρ αὐτοῦ ἀνοίσει ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ὥσπερ τὸ στέαρ θυσίας σωτηρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀφεθήσεται αὐτῷ (lxx) Lev 4:26 Adipem vero adolebit supra, sicut in victimis pacificorum fieri solet: rogabitque pro eo sacerdos, et pro peccato ejus, et dimittetur ei.~(vulgate) 26 ׃4 וְאֶת־כָּל־חֶלְבּוֹ֙ יַקְטִ֣יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה כְּחֵ֖לֶב זֶ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים וְכִפֶּ֨ר עָלָ֧יו הַכֹּהֵ֛ן מֵחַטָּאת֖וֹ וְנִסְלַ֥ח לֽוֹ׃ פ Leviticus Lev 4:26 Aber alles sein Fett soll er auf dem Altar anzünden gleich wie das Fett des Dankopfers. So the priest shall make atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:32 ============ Lev 4:32 'But if he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring it, a female without defect.(nas) Lev 4:32 ἐὰν δὲ πρόβατον προσενέγκῃ τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ εἰς ἁμαρτίαν θῆλυ ἄμωμον προσοίσει αὐτό (lxx) Lev 4:32 Sin autem de pecoribus obtulerit victimam pro peccato, ovem scilicet immaculatam:(vulgate) 32 ׃4 וְאִם־כֶּ֛בֶשׂ יָבִ֥יא קָרְבָּנ֖וֹ לְחַטָּ֑את נְקֵבָ֥ה תְמִימָ֖ה יְבִיאֶֽנָּה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:32 Wird er aber ein Schaf zum Sündopfer bringen, so bringe er ein weibliches, das ohne Fehl ist,(dhs) Lev 4:32 'If he brings a lamb as his sin offering, he shall bring a female without blemish.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:33 ============ Lev 4:33 He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they slay the burnt offering.(nas) Lev 4:33 καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ τῆς ἁμαρτίας καὶ σφάξουσιν αὐτὸ ἐν τόπῳ οὗ σφάζουσιν τὰ ὁλοκαυτώματα (lxx) Lev 4:33 ponet manum super caput ejus, et immolabit eam in loco ubi solent cædi holocaustorum hostiæ.(vulgate) 33 ׃4 וְסָמַךְ֙ אֶת־יָד֔וֹ עַ֖ל רֹ֣אשׁ הַֽחַטָּ֑את וְשָׁחַ֤ט אֹתָהּ֙ לְחַטָּ֔את בִּמְק֕וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִשְׁחַ֖ט אֶת־הָעֹלָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 4:33 und lege seine Hand auf des Sündopfers Haupt und schlachte es zum Sündopfer an der Stätte, da man die Brandopfer schlachtet.(dhs) Lev 4:33 Then he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill it as a sin offering at the place where they kill the burnt offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:34 ============ Lev 4:34 The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.(nas) Lev 4:34 καὶ λαβὼν ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ τῆς ἁμαρτίας τῷ δακτύλῳ ἐπιθήσει ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῆς ὁλοκαυτώσεως καὶ πᾶν αὐτοῦ τὸ αἷμα ἐκχεεῖ παρὰ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῆς ὁλοκαυτώσεως (lxx) Lev 4:34 Sumetque sacerdos de sanguine ejus digito suo, et tangens cornua altaris holocausti, reliquum fundet ad basim ejus.(vulgate) 34 ׃4 וְלָקַ֨ח הַכֹּהֵ֜ן מִדַּ֤ם הַֽחַטָּאת֙ בְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹ וְנָתַ֕ן עַל־קַרְנֹ֖ת מִזְבַּ֣ח הָעֹלָ֑ה וְאֶת־כָּל־דָּמָ֣הּ יִשְׁפֹּ֔ךְ אֶל־יְס֖וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ Leviticus Lev 4:34 Und der Priester soll von dem Blut mit seinem Finger nehmen und auf die Hörner des Brandopferaltars tun und alles andere Blut an den Boden des Altars gießen.(dhs) Lev 4:34 The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour all the remaining blood at the base of the altar.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:35 ============ Lev 4:35 Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offerings, and the priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar, on the offerings by fire to the Lord. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin which he has committed, and he will be forgiven.(nas) Lev 4:35 καὶ πᾶν αὐτοῦ τὸ στέαρ περιελεῖ ὃν τρόπον περιαιρεῖται στέαρ προβάτου ἐκ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου καὶ ἐπιθήσει αὐτὸ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἐπὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα κυρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἧς ἥμαρτεν καὶ ἀφεθήσεται αὐτῷ (lxx) Lev 4:35 Omnem quoque adipem auferens, sicut auferri solet adeps arietis, qui immolatur pro pacificis, cremabit super altare in incensum Domini: rogabitque pro eo, et pro peccato ejus, et dimittetur ei.(vulgate) 35 ׃4 וְאֶת־כָּל־חֶלְבָּ֣ה יָסִ֗יר כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר יוּסַ֥ר חֵֽלֶב־הַכֶּשֶׂב֮ מִזֶּ֣בַח הַשְּׁלָמִים֒ וְהִקְטִ֨יר הַכֹּהֵ֤ן אֹתָם֙ הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָה עַ֖ל אִשֵּׁ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְכִפֶּ֨ר עָלָ֧יו הַכֹּהֵ֛ן עַל־חַטָּאת֥וֹ אֲשֶׁר־חָטָ֖א וְנִסְלַ֥ח לֽוֹ׃ פ Leviticus Lev 4:35 Aber all sein Fett soll er abreißen, wie er das Fett vom Schaf des Dankopfers abgerissen hat, und soll's auf dem Altar anzünden zum Feuer dem HERRN. Und soll also der Priester versöhnen seine Sünde, die er getan hat, so wird's ihm vergeben.(dhs) Lev 4:35 He shall remove all its fat, as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offering.
