Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, You who lead Joseph like a flock; You who dwell between the cherubim, shine forth!(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:2 ============ Psa 80:2 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up Your power And come to save us!(nas) Psa 80:2 ὁ ποιμαίνων τὸν Ισραηλ πρόσχες ὁ ὁδηγῶν ὡσεὶ πρόβατα τὸν Ιωσηφ ὁ καθήμενος ἐπὶ τῶν χερουβιν ἐμφάνηθι (lxx) Psa 80:2 [Vulgate 79:3] ante Efraim et Beniamin et Manasse suscita fortitudinem tuam et veni ut salvos facias nos(vulgate) 3 ׃80 לִפְנֵ֤י אֶפְרַ֨יִם ׀ וּבִנְיָ֘מִ֤ן וּמְנַשֶּׁ֗ה עוֹרְרָ֥ה אֶת־גְּבֽוּרָתֶ֑ךָ וּלְכָ֖ה לִישֻׁעָ֣תָה לָּֽנוּ׃ Psalms Psa 80:2 Erwecke deine Gewalt, der du vor Ephraim, Benjamin und Manasse bist, und komm uns zu Hilfe!(dhs) Psa 80:2 Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh, Stir up Your strength, And come and save us!(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:3 ============ Psa 80:3 O God, restore us And cause Your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.(nas) Psa 80:3 ἐναντίον Εφραιμ καὶ Βενιαμιν καὶ Μανασση ἐξέγειρον τὴν δυναστείαν σου καὶ ἐλθὲ εἰς τὸ σῶσαι ἡμᾶς (lxx) Psa 80:3 [Vulgate 79:4] Deus converte nos et ostende faciem tuam et salvi erimus(vulgate) 4 ׃80 אֱלֹהִ֥ים הֲשִׁיבֵ֑נוּ וְהָאֵ֥ר פָּ֝נֶ֗יךָ וְנִוָּשֵֽׁעָה׃ Psalms Psa 80:3 Gott, tröste uns und laß leuchten dein Antlitz; so genesen wir.(dhs) Psa 80:3 Restore us, O God; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:4 ============ Psa 80:4 O Lord God of hosts, How long will You be angry with the prayer of Your people?(nas) Psa 80:4 ὁ θεός ἐπίστρεψον ἡμᾶς καὶ ἐπίφανον τὸ πρόσωπόν σου καὶ σωθησόμεθα (lxx) Psa 80:4 [Vulgate 79:5] Domine Deus exercituum usquequo fumabis ad orationem populi tui(vulgate) 5 ׃80 יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהִ֣ים צְבָא֑וֹת עַד־מָתַ֥י עָ֝שַׁ֗נְתָּ בִּתְפִלַּ֥ת עַמֶּֽךָ׃ Psalms Psa 80:4 HERR, Gott Zebaoth, wie lange willst du zürnen bei dem Gebet deines Volkes?(dhs) Psa 80:4 O Lord God of hosts, How long will You be angry Against the prayer of Your people?(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:5 ============ Psa 80:5 You have fed them with the bread of tears, And You have made them to drink tears in large measure.(nas) Psa 80:5 κύριε ὁ θεὸς τῶν δυνάμεων ἕως πότε ὀργίζῃ ἐπὶ τὴν προσευχὴν τοῦ δούλου σου (lxx) Psa 80:5 [Vulgate 79:6] cibasti nos pane flebili et potasti nos in lacrimis tripliciter(vulgate) 6 ׃80 הֶ֭אֱכַלְתָּם לֶ֣חֶם דִּמְעָ֑ה וַ֝תַּשְׁקֵ֗מוֹ בִּדְמָע֥וֹת שָׁלִֽישׁ׃ Psalms Psa 80:5 Du speisest sie mit Tränenbrot und tränkest sie mit großem Maß voll Tränen.(dhs) Psa 80:5 You have fed them with the bread of tears, And given them tears to drink in great measure.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:6 ============ Psa 80:6 You make us an object of contention to our neighbors, And our enemies laugh among themselves.(nas) Psa 80:6 ψωμιεῖς ἡμᾶς ἄρτον δακρύων καὶ ποτιεῖς ἡμᾶς ἐν δάκρυσιν ἐν μέτρῳ (lxx) Psa 80:6 [Vulgate 79:7] posuisti nos contentionem vicinis nostris et inimici nostri subsannaverunt nos(vulgate) 7 ׃80 תְּשִׂימֵ֣נוּ מָ֭דוֹן לִשְׁכֵנֵ֑ינוּ וְ֝אֹיְבֵ֗ינוּ יִלְעֲגוּ־לָֽמוֹ׃ Psalms Psa 80:6 Du setzest uns unsre Nachbarn zum Zank, und unsre Feinde spotten unser.(dhs) Psa 80:6 You have made us a strife to our neighbors, And our enemies laugh among themselves.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:7 ============ Psa 80:7 O God of hosts, restore us And cause Your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.(nas) Psa 80:7 ἔθου ἡμᾶς εἰς ἀντιλογίαν τοῖς γείτοσιν ἡμῶν καὶ οἱ ἐχθροὶ ἡμῶν ἐμυκτήρισαν ἡμᾶς (lxx) Psa 80:7 [Vulgate 79:8] Deus exercituum converte nos et ostende faciem tuam et salvi erimus(vulgate) 8 ׃80 אֱלֹהִ֣ים צְבָא֣וֹת הֲשִׁיבֵ֑נוּ וְהָאֵ֥ר פָּ֝נֶ֗יךָ וְנִוָּשֵֽׁעָה׃ Psalms Psa 80:7 Gott Zebaoth, tröste uns, laß leuchten dein Antlitz; You have cast out the nations, and planted it.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:9 ============ Psa 80:9 You cleared the ground before it, And it took deep root and filled the land.(nas) Psa 80:9 ἄμπελον ἐξ Αἰγύπτου μετῆρας ἐξέβαλες ἔθνη καὶ κατεφύτευσας αὐτήν (lxx) Psa 80:9 [Vulgate 79:10] praeparasti ante faciem eius et stabilisti radices eius et implevit terram(vulgate) 10 ׃80 פִּנִּ֥יתָ לְפָנֶ֑יהָ וַתַּשְׁרֵ֥שׁ שָׁ֝רָשֶׁ֗יהָ וַתְּמַלֵּא־אָֽרֶץ׃ Psalms Psa 80:9 Du hast vor ihm die Bahn gemacht und hast ihn lassen einwurzeln, daß er das Land erfüllt hat.(dhs) Psa 80:9 You prepared room for it, And caused it to take deep root, And it filled the land.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:10 ============ Psa 80:10 The mountains were covered with its shadow, And the cedars of God with its boughs.(nas) Psa 80:10 ὡδοποίησας ἔμπροσθεν αὐτῆς καὶ κατεφύτευσας τὰς ῥίζας αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπλήσθη ἡ γῆ (lxx) Psa 80:10 [Vulgate 79:11] operti sunt montes umbra eius et ramis illius cedri Dei(vulgate) 11 ׃80 כָּסּ֣וּ הָרִ֣ים צִלָּ֑הּ וַ֝עֲנָפֶ֗יהָ אַֽרְזֵי־אֵֽל׃ Psalms Psa 80:10 Berge sind mit seinem Schatten bedeckt und mit seinen Reben die Zedern Gottes.(dhs) Psa 80:10 The hills were covered with its shadow, And the mighty cedars with its boughs.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:11 ============ Psa 80:11 It was sending out its branches to the sea And its shoots to the River.(nas) Psa 80:11 ἐκάλυψεν ὄρη ἡ σκιὰ αὐτῆς καὶ αἱ ἀναδενδράδες αὐτῆς τὰς κέδρους τοῦ θεοῦ (lxx) Psa 80:11 [Vulgate 79:12] expandit comas suas usque ad mare et usque ad Flumen germina sua(vulgate) 12 ׃80 תְּשַׁלַּ֣ח קְצִירֶ֣הָ עַד־יָ֑ם וְאֶל־נָ֝הָ֗ר יֽוֹנְקוֹתֶֽיהָ׃ Psalms Psa 80:11 Du hast sein Gewächs ausgebreitet bis an das Meer und seine Zweige bis an den Strom.(dhs) Psa 80:11 She sent out her boughs to the Sea, And her branches to the River.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:12 ============ Psa 80:12 Why have You broken down its hedges, So that all who pass that way pick its fruit?(nas) Psa 80:12 ἐξέτεινεν τὰ κλήματα αὐτῆς ἕως θαλάσσης καὶ ἕως ποταμοῦ τὰς παραφυάδας αὐτῆς (lxx) Psa 80:12 [Vulgate 79:13] quare dissipasti maceriam eius et vindemiaverunt eam omnes qui transeunt per viam(vulgate) 13 ׃80 לָ֭מָּה פָּרַ֣צְתָּ גְדֵרֶ֑יהָ וְ֝אָר֗וּהָ כָּל־עֹ֥בְרֵי דָֽרֶךְ׃ Psalms Psa 80:12 Warum hast du denn seinen Zaun zerbrochen, daß ihn zerreißt, alles, was vorübergeht?(dhs) Psa 80:12 Why have You broken down her hedges, So that all who pass by the way pluck her fruit?(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:13 ============ Psa 80:13 A boar from the forest eats it away And whatever moves in the field feeds on it.(nas) Psa 80:13 ἵνα τί καθεῖλες τὸν φραγμὸν αὐτῆς καὶ τρυγῶσιν αὐτὴν πάντες οἱ παραπορευόμενοι τὴν ὁδόν (lxx) Psa 80:13 [Vulgate 79:14] vastavit eam aper de silva et omnes bestiae agri depastae sunt eam(vulgate) 14 ׃80 יְכַרְסְמֶ֣נָּֽה חֲזִ֣יר מִיָּ֑עַ[7]ר וְזִ֖יז שָׂדַ֣י יִרְעֶֽנָּה׃ Psalms Psa 80:13 Es haben ihn zerwühlt die wilden Säue, und die wilden Tiere haben ihn verderbt.(dhs) Psa 80:13 The boar out of the woods uproots it, And the wild beast of the field devours it.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:14 ============ Psa 80:14 O God of hosts, turn again now, we beseech You; Look down from heaven and see, and take care of this vine,(nas) Psa 80:14 ἐλυμήνατο αὐτὴν σῦς ἐκ δρυμοῦ καὶ μονιὸς ἄγριος κατενεμήσατο αὐτήν (lxx) Psa 80:14 [Vulgate 79:15] Deus exercituum revertere obsecro respice de caelo et vide et visita vineam hanc(vulgate) 15 ׃80 אֱלֹהִ֣ים צְבָאוֹת֮ שֽׁ֫וּב־נָ֥א הַבֵּ֣ט מִשָּׁמַ֣יִם וּרְאֵ֑ה וּ֝פְקֹ֗ד גֶּ֣פֶן זֹֽאת׃ Psalms Psa 80:14 Gott Zebaoth, wende dich doch, schaue vom Himmel und sieh an und suche heim diesen Weinstock(dhs) Psa 80:14 Return, we beseech You, O God of hosts; Look down from heaven and see, And visit this vine(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:15 ============ Psa 80:15 Even the shoot which Your right hand has planted, And on the son whom You have strengthened for Yourself.(nas) Psa 80:15 ὁ θεὸς τῶν δυνάμεων ἐπίστρεψον δή ἐπίβλεψον ἐξ οὐρανοῦ καὶ ἰδὲ καὶ ἐπίσκεψαι τὴν ἄμπελον ταύτην (lxx) Psa 80:15 [Vulgate 79:16] et radicem quam plantavit dextera tua et filium quem confirmasti tibi(vulgate) 16 ׃80 וְ֭כַנָּה אֲשֶׁר־נָטְעָ֣ה יְמִינֶ֑ךָ וְעַל־בֵּ֝֗ן אִמַּ֥צְתָּה לָּֽךְ׃ Psalms Psa 80:15 und halt ihn im Bau, den deine Rechte gepflanzt hat und den du dir fest erwählt hast.(dhs) Psa 80:15 And the vineyard which Your right hand has planted, And the branch that You made strong for Yourself.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 80:16 ============ Psa 80:16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down; They perish at the rebuke of Your countenance.(nas) Psa 80:16 καὶ κατάρτισαι αὐτήν ἣν ἐφύτευσεν ἡ δεξιά σου καὶ ἐπὶ υἱὸν ἀνθρώπου ὃν ἐκραταίωσας σεαυτῷ (lxx) Psa 80:16 [Vulgate 79:17] succensam igni et deramatam ab increpatione faciei tuae pereant(vulgate) 17 ׃80 שְׂרֻפָ֣ה בָאֵ֣שׁ כְּסוּחָ֑ה מִגַּעֲרַ֖ת פָּנֶ֣יךָ יֹאבֵֽדוּ׃ Psalms Psa 80:16 Siehe drein und schilt, daß des Brennens und Reißens ein Ende werde.(dhs) Psa 80:16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down;
