Today's Date: ======= Revelation 16:1 ============ Rev 16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple, saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God."(nas) Rev 16:1 καὶ ἤκουσα μεγάλης φωνῆς ἐκ τοῦ ναοῦ λεγούσης τοῖς ἑπτὰ ἀγγέλοις, ὑπάγετε καὶ ἐκχέετε τὰς ἑπτὰ φιάλας τοῦ θυμοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ εἰς τὴν γῆν. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:1 Et audivi vocem magnam de templo, dicentem septem angelis: Ite, et effundite septem phialas iræ Dei in terram.(vulgate) וָאֶשְׁמַע קוֹל גָּדוֹל מִן־הַהֵיכָל קֹרֵא אֶל־שִׁבְעַת הַמַּלְאָכִים לֵאמֹר לְכוּ וְהָרִיקוּ אֶת־שִׁבְעָה הַמִּזְרָקִים הַמְּכִילִים חֲמַת הָאֱלֹהִים עַל־הָאָרֶץ׃ א Revelation Rev 16:1 Und ich hörte eine große Stimme aus dem Tempel, die sprach zu den sieben Engeln: Gehet hin und gießet aus die Schalen des Zorns Gottes auf die Erde!(dhs) Rev 16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth."(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:2 ============ Rev 16:2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth; and it became a loathsome and malignant sore on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.(nas) Rev 16:2 καὶ ἀπῆλθεν ὁ πρῶτος καὶ ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ εἰς τὴν γῆν· καὶ ἐγένετο ἕλκος κακὸν καὶ πονηρὸν ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀνθρώπους τοὺς ἔχοντας τὸ χάραγμα τοῦ θηρίου καὶ τοὺς προσκυνοῦντας τῇ εἰκόνι αὐτοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:2 Et abiit primus, et effudit phialam suam in terram, et factum est vulnus sævum et pessimum in homines, qui habebant caracterem bestiæ, et in eos qui adoraverunt imaginem ejus.(vulgate) וַיֵּלֶךְ הָרִאשׁוֹן וַיָּרֶק אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ עַל־הָאָרֶץ וַיְהִי לִשְׁחִין רָע פֹּרֵחַ בָּאֲנָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר תָּו הַחַיָּה בָּהֶם וְהַמִּשְׁתַּחֲוִים אֶל־צַלְמָהּ׃ ב Revelation Rev 16:2 Und der erste ging hin und goß seine Schale auf die Erde; und es ward eine böse und arge Drüse an den Menschen, die das Malzeichen des Tiers hatten und die sein Bild anbeteten.(dhs) Rev 16:2 So the first went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:3 ============ Rev 16:3 The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood like that of a dead man; and every living thing in the sea died.(nas) Rev 16:3 καὶ ὁ δεύτερος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν· καὶ ἐγένετο αἷμα ὡς νεκροῦ, καὶ πᾶσα ψυχὴ ζωῆς ἀπέθανεν, τὰ ἐν τῇ θαλάσσῃ. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:3 Et secundus angelus effudit phialam suam in mare, et factus est sanguis tamquam mortui: et omnis anima vivens mortua est in mari.(vulgate) וַיָּרֶק הַשֵּׁנִי אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ אֶל־תּוֹךְ הַיָּם וַיְהִי לְדָם כַּדָּם אֲשֶׁר יָזוּבוּ פְגָרִים מֵתִים וַתָּמָת כָּל־נֶפֶשׁ חַיָּה אֲשֶׁר בַּיָּם׃ ג Revelation Rev 16:3 Und der andere Engel goß aus seine Schale ins Meer; und es ward Blut wie eines Toten, und alle lebendigen Seelen starben in dem Meer.(dhs) Rev 16:3 Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:4 ============ Rev 16:4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of waters; and they became blood.(nas) Rev 16:4 καὶ ὁ τρίτος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ εἰς τοὺς ποταμοὺς καὶ τὰς πηγὰς τῶν ὑδάτων· καὶ ἐγένετο αἷμα. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:4 Et tertius effudit phialam suam super flumina, et super fontes aquarum, et factus est sanguis.(vulgate) וַיָּרֶק הַשְּׁלִישִׁי אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ עַל־הַנְּהָרוֹת וְעַל־מַעְיְנֵי מָיִם וַיֵּהָפְכוּ לְדָם׃ ד Revelation Rev 16:4 Und der dritte Engel goß aus seine Schale in die Wasserströme und in die Wasserbrunnen; und es ward Blut.(dhs) Rev 16:4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:5 ============ Rev 16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, "Righteous are You, who are and who were, O Holy One, because You judged these things;(nas) Rev 16:5 καὶ ἤκουσα τοῦ ἀγγέλου τῶν ὑδάτων λέγοντος, δίκαιος εἶ, ὁ ὢν καὶ ὁ ἦν, ὁ ὅσιος, ὅτι ταῦτα ἔκρινας, (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:5 Et audivi angelum aquarum dicentem: Justus es, Domine, qui es, et qui eras sanctus, qui hæc judicasti:(vulgate) וָאֶשְׁמַע אֶת־מַלְאַךְ הַמַּיִם אֹמֵר צַדִּיק אַתָּה יְהוָֹה הַהוֶֹה וְהָיָה וְיִהְיֶה כִּי־כֵן חָרָצְתָּ׃ ה Revelation Rev 16:5 Und ich hörte den Engel der Wasser sagen: HERR, du bist gerecht, der da ist und der da war, und heilig, daß du solches geurteilt hast,(dhs) Rev 16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying: "You are righteous, O Lord, The One who is and who was and who is to be, Because You have judged these things.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:6 ============ Rev 16:6 for they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. They deserve it."(nas) Rev 16:6 ὅτι αἷμα ἁγίων καὶ προφητῶν ἐξέχεαν, καὶ αἷμα αὐτοῖς [δ]έδωκας πιεῖν· ἄξιοί εἰσιν. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:6 quia sanguinem sanctorum et prophetarum effuderunt, et sanguinem eis dedisti bibere: digni enim sunt.(vulgate) הֵם שָׁפְכוּ דַם קְדשִׁים וּנְבִיאִים וְאַתָּה הִשְׁקִיתָם דָּם כִּי־כֵן יָאֲתָה לָהֶם׃ ו Revelation Rev 16:6 denn sie haben das Blut der Heiligen und Propheten vergossen, und Blut hast du ihnen zu trinken gegeben; denn sie sind's wert.(dhs) Rev 16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, And You have given them blood to drink. For it is their just due."(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:7 ============ Rev 16:7 And I heard the altar saying, "Yes, O Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments."(nas) Rev 16:7 καὶ ἤκουσα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου λέγοντος, ναί, κύριε ὁ θεὸς ὁ παντοκράτωρ, ἀληθιναὶ καὶ δίκαιαι αἱ κρίσεις σου. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:7 Et audivi alterum ab altari dicentem: Etiam Domine Deus omnipotens, vera et justa judicia tua.(vulgate) וָאֶשְׁמַע קוֹל מִן־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ אֹמֵר אָמֵן מִשְׁפָּטְךָ יְהוָֹה אֱלֹהִים אֵל שַׁדַּי אֱמֶת וָצֶדֶק׃ ז Revelation Rev 16:7 Und ich hörte einen anderen Engel aus dem Altar sagen: Ja, HERR, allmächtiger Gott, deine Gerichte sind wahrhaftig und gerecht.(dhs) Rev 16:7 And I heard another from the altar saying, "Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments."(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:8 ============ Rev 16:8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl upon the sun, and it was given to it to scorch men with fire.(nas) Rev 16:8 καὶ ὁ τέταρτος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν ἥλιον· καὶ ἐδόθη αὐτῶ καυματίσαι τοὺς ἀνθρώπους ἐν πυρί. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:8 Et quartus angelus effudit phialam suam in solem, et datum est illi æstu affligere homines, et igni:(vulgate) וְהָרְבִיעִי הֵרִיק אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ עַל־פְּנֵי הַשָּׁמֶשׁ וַיִנָּתֶן־לוֹ לְלַהֵט אֶת־הָאֲנָשִׁים בָּאֵשׁ׃ ח Revelation Rev 16:8 Und der vierte Engel goß aus seine Schale in die Sonne, und ihm ward gegeben, den Menschen heiß zu machen mit Feuer.(dhs) Rev 16:8 Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:9 ============ Rev 16:9 Men were scorched with fierce heat; and they blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues, and they did not repent so as to give Him glory.(nas) Rev 16:9 καὶ ἐκαυματίσθησαν οἱ ἄνθρωποι καῦμα μέγα, καὶ ἐβλασφήμησαν τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ ἔχοντος τὴν ἐξουσίαν ἐπὶ τὰς πληγὰς ταύτας, καὶ οὐ μετενόησαν δοῦναι αὐτῶ δόξαν. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:9 et æstuaverunt homines æstu magno, et blasphemaverunt nomen Dei habentis potestatem super has plagas, neque egerunt pœnitentiam ut darent illi gloriam.(vulgate) וַיִּצָּרְבוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים בְּלַהַט נוֹרָא מְאֹד וַיְגַדְּפוּ אֶת־שֵׁם אֱלֹהִים הַשַּׁלִּיט עַל־הַמַּגֵּפוֹת הָאֵלֶּה וְלֹא שָׁבוּ לָתֶת־לוֹ כָּבוֹד׃ ט Revelation Rev 16:9 Und den Menschen ward heiß von großer Hitze, und sie lästerten den Namen Gottes, der Macht hat über diese Plagen, und taten nicht Buße, ihm die Ehre zu geben.(dhs) Rev 16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:10 ============ Rev 16:10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became darkened; and they gnawed their tongues because of pain,(nas) Rev 16:10 καὶ ὁ πέμπτος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν θρόνον τοῦ θηρίου· καὶ ἐγένετο ἡ βασιλεία αὐτοῦ ἐσκοτωμένη, καὶ ἐμασῶντο τὰς γλώσσας αὐτῶν ἐκ τοῦ πόνου, (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:10 Et quintus angelus effudit phialam suam super sedem bestiæ: et factum est regnum ejus tenebrosum, et commanducaverunt linguas suas præ dolore:(vulgate) וַיָּרֶק הַחֲמִישִׁי אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ עַל־כִּסֵּא הַחַיָּה וַתֶּחְשַׁךְ מַלְכוּתָהּ וַיְנַשְּׁכוּ אֶת־לְשׁוֹנָם מֵרֹב כְּאֵבָם׃ י Revelation Rev 16:10 Und der fünfte Engel goß aus seine Schale auf den Stuhl des Tiers; und sein Reich ward verfinstert, und sie zerbissen ihre Zungen vor Schmerzen(dhs) Rev 16:10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:11 ============ Rev 16:11 and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores; and they did not repent of their deeds.(nas) Rev 16:11 καὶ ἐβλασφήμησαν τὸν θεὸν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἐκ τῶν πόνων αὐτῶν καὶ ἐκ τῶν ἑλκῶν αὐτῶν, καὶ οὐ μετενόησαν ἐκ τῶν ἔργων αὐτῶν. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:11 et blasphemaverunt Deum cæli præ doloribus, et vulneribus suis, et non egerunt pœnitentiam ex operibus suis.(vulgate) וַיְגַדְּפוּ אֶת־אֱלֹהֵי הַשָּׁמַיִם מִפְּנֵי הַמַּכְאוֹב וְהַשְּׁחִין וְלֹא שָׁבוּ מִמַּעֲשֵׂיהֶם׃ יא Revelation Rev 16:11 und lästerten Gott im Himmel vor ihren Schmerzen und vor ihren Drüsen und taten nicht Buße für ihre Werke.(dhs) Rev 16:11 They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:12 ============ Rev 16:12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates; and its water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east.(nas) Rev 16:12 καὶ ὁ ἕκτος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν ποταμὸν τὸν μέγαν τὸν εὐφράτην· καὶ ἐξηράνθη τὸ ὕδωρ αὐτοῦ, ἵνα ἑτοιμασθῇ ἡ ὁδὸς τῶν βασιλέων τῶν ἀπὸ ἀνατολῆς ἡλίου. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:12 Et sextus angelus effudit phialam suam in flumen illud magnum Euphraten: et siccavit aquam ejus, ut præpararetur via regibus ab ortu solis.(vulgate) וַיָּרֶק הַשִּׁשִּׁי אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ אֶל־תּוֹךְ הַנָּהָר הַגָּדוֹל נְהַר־פְּרָת וַיֶּחֶרְבוּ מֵימָיו לְפַנּוֹת דֶּרֶךְ לִפְנֵי הַמְּלָכִים הַבָּאִים מִמִּזְרַח־שָׁמֶשׁ׃ יב Revelation Rev 16:12 Und der sechste Engel goß aus seine Schale auf den großen Wasserstrom Euphrat; und das Wasser vertrocknete, auf daß bereitet würde der Weg den Königen vom Aufgang der Sonne.(dhs) Rev 16:12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:13 ============ Rev 16:13 And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs;(nas) Rev 16:13 καὶ εἶδον ἐκ τοῦ στόματος τοῦ δράκοντος καὶ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος τοῦ θηρίου καὶ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος τοῦ ψευδοπροφήτου πνεύματα τρία ἀκάθαρτα ὡς βάτραχοι· (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:13 Et vidi de ore draconis, et de ore bestiæ, et de ore pseudoprophetæ spiritus tres immundos in modum ranarum.(vulgate) וָאֵרֶא שְׁלשָׁה רוּחוֹת טְמֵאִים כְּתַבְנִית צְפַרְדְּעִים יֹצְאִים מִפִּי הַתַּנִּין וּמִפִּי הַחַיָּה וּמִפִּי נְבִיא הַשָּׁקֶר׃ יג Revelation Rev 16:13 Und ich sah aus dem Munde des Drachen und aus dem Munde des Tiers und aus dem Munde des falschen Propheten drei unreine Geister gehen, gleich den Fröschen;(dhs) Rev 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:14 ============ Rev 16:14 for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them together for the war of the great day of God, the Almighty.(nas) Rev 16:14 εἰσὶν γὰρ πνεύματα δαιμονίων ποιοῦντα σημεῖα, ἃ ἐκπορεύεται ἐπὶ τοὺς βασιλεῖς τῆς οἰκουμένης ὅλης, συναγαγεῖν αὐτοὺς εἰς τὸν πόλεμον τῆς ἡμέρας τῆς μεγάλης τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ παντοκράτορος. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:14 Sunt enim spiritus dæmoniorum facientes signa, et procedunt ad reges totius terræ congregare illos in prælium ad diem magnum omnipotentis Dei.(vulgate) כִּי הֵם רוּחוֹת הַשֵּׁדִים הָעֹשִׂים מוֹפְתִים וּבָאִים אֶל־מַלְכֵי אֶרֶץ וְתֵבֵל כֻּלָּה לֶאֱסֹף אֹתָם לְמִלְחָמָה לַיּוֹם הַגָּדוֹל הוּא יוֹם אֱלֹהֵי צְבָאוֹת׃ יד Revelation Rev 16:14 denn es sind Geister der Teufel, die tun Zeichen und gehen aus zu den Königen auf dem ganzen Kreis der Welt, sie zu versammeln in den Streit auf jenen Tag Gottes, des Allmächtigen.(dhs) Rev 16:14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:15 ============ Rev 16:15 ("Behold, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps his clothes, so that he will not walk about naked and men will not see his shame.")(nas) Rev 16:15 ἰδοὺ ἔρχομαι ὡς κλέπτης. μακάριος ὁ γρηγορῶν καὶ τηρῶν τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτοῦ, ἵνα μὴ γυμνὸς περιπατῇ καὶ βλέπωσιν τὴν ἀσχημοσύνην αὐτοῦ. Beatus qui vigilat, et custodit vestimenta sua, ne nudus ambulet, et videant turpitudinem ejus.(vulgate) הִנְנִי בָא כְּגַנָּב אַשְׁרֵי הָאִישׁ הַנֵּעוֹר וְאֶת־בְּגָדָיו הוּא נֹצֵר לְבִלְתִּי יֵלֵךְ עָרֹם וְרָאוּ אֶת־עֶרְוָתוֹ׃ טו Revelation Rev 16:15 Siehe, ich komme wie ein Dieb. Selig ist, der da wacht und hält seine Kleider, daß er nicht bloß wandle und man nicht seine Schande sehe.(dhs) Rev 16:15 "Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame."(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:16 ============ Rev 16:16 And they gathered them together to the place which in Hebrew is called Har- Magedon.(nas) Rev 16:16 καὶ συνήγαγεν αὐτοὺς εἰς τὸν τόπον τὸν καλούμενον ἑβραϊστὶ ἁρμαγεδών. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:16 Et congregabit illos in locum qui vocatur hebraice Armagedon.(vulgate) וְהֵם הִקְהִילוּ אֹתָם אֶל־הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר הָעִבְרִים יִקְרְאוּ לוֹ הַר מְגִדּוֹ׃ טז Revelation Rev 16:16 Und er hat sie versammelt an einen Ort, der da heißt auf hebräisch Harmagedon.(dhs) Rev 16:16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:17 ============ Rev 16:17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, "It is done."(nas) Rev 16:17 καὶ ὁ ἕβδομος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν ἀέρα· καὶ ἐξῆλθεν φωνὴ μεγάλη ἐκ τοῦ ναοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ θρόνου λέγουσα, γέγονεν. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:17 Et septimus angelus effudit phialam suam in aërem, et exivit vox magna de templo a throno, dicens: Factum est.(vulgate) וְהַשְּׁבִיעִי הֵרִיק אֶת־מִזְרָקוֹ עַל־פְּנֵי רְקִיעַ הַשָּׁמָיִם וַיֵּצֵא קוֹל גָּדוֹל מִן־הַהֵיכָל הָעֶלְיוֹן מִן־הַכִּסֵּא לֵאמֹר נֶעֱשָׂתָה׃ יז Revelation Rev 16:17 Und der siebente Engel goß aus seine Schale in die Luft; und es ging aus eine Stimme vom Himmel aus dem Stuhl, die sprach: Es ist geschehen.(dhs) Rev 16:17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, "It is done!"(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:18 ============ Rev 16:18 And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty.(nas) Rev 16:18 καὶ ἐγένοντο ἀστραπαὶ καὶ φωναὶ καὶ βρονταί, καὶ σεισμὸς ἐγένετο μέγας οἷος οὐκ ἐγένετο ἀφ᾽ οὖ ἄνθρωπος ἐγένετο ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς τηλικοῦτος σεισμὸς οὕτω μέγας. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:18 Et facta sunt fulgura, et voces, et tonitrua, et terræmotus factus est magnus, qualis numquam fuit ex quo homines fuerunt super terram: talis terræmotus, sic magnus.(vulgate) וְהִנֵּה נִשְׁמְעוּ קֹלוֹת וּבְרָקִים וּרְעָמִים וַיְהִי רַעַשׁ גָּדוֹל אֲשֶׁר לֹא־הָיָה כָמֹהוּ לְמִן־הֱיוֹת אָדָם עַל־הָאָרֶץ כִּי גָדֹל הָרַעַשׁ עַד־מְאֹד׃ יח Revelation Rev 16:18 Und es wurden Stimmen und Donner und Blitze; und ward ein solches Erdbeben, wie solches nicht gewesen ist, seit Menschen auf Erden gewesen sind, solch Erdbeben also groß.(dhs) Rev 16:18 And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:19 ============ Rev 16:19 The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of His fierce wrath.(nas) Rev 16:19 καὶ ἐγένετο ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη εἰς τρία μέρη, καὶ αἱ πόλεις τῶν ἐθνῶν ἔπεσαν. καὶ βαβυλὼν ἡ μεγάλη ἐμνήσθη ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ δοῦναι αὐτῇ τὸ ποτήριον τοῦ οἴνου τοῦ θυμοῦ τῆς ὀργῆς αὐτοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:20 Et omnis insula fugit, et montes non sunt inventi.(vulgate) נָדְדוּ אִיֵּי הַיָּם וְהֶהָרִים נֶעְתְּקוּ מִמְּקוֹמָם וְאֵינָם׃ כ Revelation Rev 16:20 Und alle Inseln entflohen, und keine Berge wurden gefunden.(dhs) Rev 16:20 Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 16:21 ============ Rev 16:21 And huge hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, came down from heaven upon men; and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, because its plague was extremely severe.(nas) Rev 16:21 καὶ χάλαζα μεγάλη ὡς ταλαντιαία καταβαίνει ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀνθρώπους· καὶ ἐβλασφήμησαν οἱ ἄνθρωποι τὸν θεὸν ἐκ τῆς πληγῆς τῆς χαλάζης, ὅτι μεγάλη ἐστὶν ἡ πληγὴ αὐτῆς σφόδρα. (Nestle-Aland) Rev 16:21 Et grando magna sicut talentum descendit de cælo in homines: et blasphemaverunt Deum homines propter plagam grandinis: quoniam magna facta est vehementer.(vulgate) וּמִן־הַשָּׁמַיִם הִמְטִירוּ בָרָד כָּבֵד כְּכִכָּר עַל־רָאשֵׁי הָאֲנָשִׁים וַיְגַדְּפוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים אֶת־הָאֱלֹהִים עַל־דְּבַר מַגֵּפַת הַבָּרָד כִּי־כָבְדָה מַכָּתוֹ עַד־מְאֹד׃ כא Revelation Rev 16:21 Und ein großer Hagel, wie ein Zentner, fiel vom Himmel auf die Menschen; und die Menschen lästerten Gott über die Plage des Hagels, denn seine Plage war sehr groß.(dhs) Rev 16:21 And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent.
