Thus says the Lord God, "Because you said, 'Aha!' against My sanctuary when it was profaned, and against the land of Israel when it was made desolate, and against the house of Judah when they went into exile, (nas) Eze 25:3 καὶ ἐρεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς Αμμων ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐπεχάρητε ἐπὶ τὰ ἅγιά μου ὅτι ἐβεβηλώθη καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ισραηλ ὅτι ἠφανίσθη καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τοῦ Ιουδα ὅτι ἐπορεύθησαν ἐν αἰχμαλωσίᾳ (lxx) Eze 25:3 Et dices filiis Ammon: [Audite verbum Domini Dei. Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod dixisti: Euge, euge, super sanctuarium meum, quia pollutum est; et super terram Israël, quoniam desolata est; et super domum Juda, quoniam ducti sunt in captivitatem:(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:3 And say vnto the Ammonites, Heare the word of the Lord God, Thus saith the Lord God, Because thou saydest, Ha, ha, against my Sanctuarie, when it was polluted, and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate, and against the house of Iudah, when they went into captiuitie,(Geneva) Eze 25:3 und sprich zu den Kindern Ammon: Höret des HERRN HERRN Wort! So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß ihr über mein Heiligtum sprecht: "Ha! es ist entheiligt!" und über das Land Israel: "Es ist verwüstet!" und über das Haus Juda: "Es ist gefangen weggeführt!",(dhs) Eze 25:3 Say to the Ammonites, 'Hear the word of the Lord God! Thus says the Lord God: "Because you said, 'Aha!' against My sanctuary when it was profaned, and against the land of Israel when it was desolate, and against the house of Judah when they went into captivity,(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:4 ============ Eze 25:4 therefore, behold, I am going to give you to the sons of the east for a possession, and they will set their encampments among you and make their dwellings among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk. (nas) Eze 25:4 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραδίδωμι ὑμᾶς τοῖς υἱοῖς Κεδεμ εἰς κληρονομίαν καὶ κατασκηνώσουσιν ἐν τῇ ἀπαρτίᾳ αὐτῶν ἐν σοὶ καὶ δώσουσιν ἐν σοὶ τὰ σκηνώματα αὐτῶν αὐτοὶ φάγονται τοὺς καρπούς σου καὶ αὐτοὶ πίονται τὴν πιότητά σου (lxx) Eze 25:4 idcirco ego tradam te filiis orientalibus in hæreditatem: et collocabunt caulas suas in te, et ponent in te tentoria sua: ipsi comedent fruges tuas, et ipsi bibent lac tuum.(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:4 Beholde, therefore I will deliuer thee to the men of the East for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, & make their dwellings in thee: they shall eate thy fruite, and they shall drinke thy milke.(Geneva) Eze 25:4 darum siehe, ich will dich den Kindern des Morgenlandes übergeben, daß sie ihre Zeltdörfer in dir bauen und ihre Wohnungen in dir machen sollen; sie sollen deine Früchte essen und deine Milch trinken.(dhs) Eze 25:4 indeed, therefore, I will deliver you as a possession to the men of the East, and they shall set their encampments among you and make their dwellings among you; they shall eat your fruit, and they shall drink your milk.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:5 ============ Eze 25:5 I will make Rabbah a pasture for camels and the sons of Ammon a resting place for flocks. Thus you will know that I am the Lord."(nas) Eze 25:5 καὶ δώσω τὴν πόλιν τοῦ Αμμων εἰς νομὰς καμήλων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων εἰς νομὴν προβάτων καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος (lxx) Eze 25:5 Daboque Rabbath in habitaculum camelorum, et filios Ammon in cubile pecorum: et scietis quia ego Dominus.(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:5 And I will make Rabbah a dwelling place for camels, and the Ammonites a sheepecote, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Eze 25:5 Und will Rabba zum Kamelstall machen und das Land der Kinder Ammon zu Schafhürden machen; und ihr sollt erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.(dhs) Eze 25:5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels and Ammon a resting place for flocks. Then you shall know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:6 ============ Eze 25:6 For thus says the Lord God, "Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet and rejoiced with all the scorn of your soul against the land of Israel, (nas) Eze 25:6 διότι τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐκρότησας τὴν χεῖρά σου καὶ ἐπεψόφησας τῷ ποδί σου καὶ ἐπέχαρας ἐκ ψυχῆς σου ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ισραηλ (lxx) Eze 25:6 Quia hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod plausisti manu et percussisti pede, et gavisa es ex toto affectu super terram Israël,(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:6 For thus saith the Lord God, Because thou hast clapped the hands, and stamped with the feete, and reioyced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel,(Geneva) Eze 25:6 Denn so spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß du mit deinen Händen geklatscht und mit den Füßen gescharrt und über das Land Israel von ganzem Herzen so höhnisch dich gefreut hast,(dhs) Eze 25:6 For thus says the Lord God: "Because you clapped your hands, stamped your feet, and rejoiced in heart with all your disdain for the land of Israel,(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:7 ============ Eze 25:7 therefore, behold, I have stretched out My hand against you and I will give you for spoil to the nations. And I will cut you off from the peoples and make you perish from the lands; I will destroy you. Thus you will know that I am the Lord." (nas) Eze 25:7 διὰ τοῦτο ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ δώσω σε εἰς διαρπαγὴν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω σε ἐκ τῶν λαῶν καὶ ἀπολῶ σε ἐκ τῶν χωρῶν ἀπωλείᾳ καὶ ἐπιγνώσῃ διότι ἐγὼ κύριος (lxx) Eze 25:7 idcirco ecce ego extendam manum meam super te, et tradam te in direptionem gentium, et interficiam te de populis, et perdam de terris, et conteram: et scies quia ego Dominus.]~(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:7 Beholde, therefore I will stretche out mine hand vpon thee, and will deliuer thee to be spoyled of the heathen, and I will roote thee out from the people, and I will cause thee to be destroyed out of the countreys, and I will destroy thee, and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Eze 25:7 darum siehe, ich will meine Hand über dich ausstrecken und dich den Heiden zur Beute geben und dich aus den Völkern ausrotten und aus den Ländern umbringen und dich vertilgen; und sollst erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.(dhs) Eze 25:7 indeed, therefore, I will stretch out My hand against you, and give you as plunder to the nations; I will cut you off from the peoples, and I will cause you to perish from the countries; I will destroy you, and you shall know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:8 ============ Eze 25:8 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because Moab and Seir say, 'Behold, the house of Judah is like all the nations, '(nas) Eze 25:8 τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν εἶπεν Μωαβ ἰδοὺ ὃν τρόπον πάντα τὰ ἔθνη οἶκος Ισραηλ καὶ Ιουδα (lxx) Eze 25:8 [Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod dixerunt Moab et Seir: Ecce sicut omnes gentes, domus Juda:(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:8 Thus saith the Lord God, Because that Moab and Seir doe say, Beholde, the house of Iudah is like vnto all the heathen,(Geneva) Eze 25:8 So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß Moab und Seir sprechen: Siehe das Haus Juda ist eben wie alle Heiden!(dhs) Eze 25:8 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because Moab and Seir say, 'Look! The house of Judah is like all the nations,'(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:9 ============ Eze 25:9 therefore, behold, I am going to deprive the flank of Moab of its cities, of its cities which are on its frontiers, the glory of the land, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon and Kiriathaim, (nas) Eze 25:9 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραλύω τὸν ὦμον Μωαβ ἀπὸ πόλεων ἀκρωτηρίων αὐτοῦ ἐκλεκτὴν γῆν οἶκον Ασιμουθ ἐπάνω πηγῆς πόλεως παραθαλασσίας (lxx) Eze 25:9 idcirco ecce ego aperiam humerum Moab de civitatibus, de civitatibus, inquam, ejus, et de finibus ejus, inclytas terræ Bethiesimoth, et Beelmeon, et Cariathaim,(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:9 Therefore, beholde, I will open the side of Moab, euen of the cities of his cities, I say, in his frontiers with the pleasant countrey, Beth-ieshimoth, Baal-meon, and Karia-thaim.(Geneva) Eze 25:9 siehe, so will ich Moab zur Seite öffnen in seinen Städten und in seinen Grenzen, das edle Land von Beth-Jesimoth, Baal-Meon und Kirjathaim,(dhs) Eze 25:9 therefore, behold, I will clear the territory of Moab of cities, of the cities on its frontier, the glory of the country, Beth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon, and Kirjathaim.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:10 ============ Eze 25:10 and I will give it for a possession along with the sons of Ammon to the sons of the east, so that the sons of Ammon will not be remembered among the nations. (nas) Eze 25:10 τοῖς υἱοῖς Κεδεμ ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων δέδωκα αὐτοὺς εἰς κληρονομίαν ὅπως μὴ μνεία γένηται τῶν υἱῶν Αμμων (lxx) Eze 25:10 filiis orientis cum filiis Ammon, et dabo eam in hæreditatem, ut non sit ultra memoria filiorum Ammon in gentibus.(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:10 I will call the men of the East against the Ammonites, and will giue them in possession, so that the Ammonites shal no more be remembred among the nations,(Geneva) Eze 25:10 und will es den Kindern des Morgenlandes zum Erbe geben samt dem Lande der Kinder Ammon, daß man der Kinder Ammon nicht mehr gedenken soll unter den Heiden.(dhs) Eze 25:10 To the men of the East I will give it as a possession, together with the Ammonites, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:11 ============ Eze 25:11 Thus I will execute judgments on Moab, and they will know that I am the Lord." (nas) Eze 25:11 καὶ εἰς Μωαβ ποιήσω ἐκδίκησιν καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ κύριος (lxx) Eze 25:11 Et in Moab faciam judicia, et scient quia ego Dominus.]~(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:11 And I will execute iudgements vpon Moab, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Eze 25:11 Und will das Recht gehen lassen über Moab; und sie sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.(dhs) Eze 25:11 And I will execute judgments upon Moab, and they shall know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:12 ============ Eze 25:12 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because Edom has acted against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has incurred grievous guilt, and avenged themselves upon them,"(nas) Eze 25:12 τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐποίησεν ἡ Ιδουμαία ἐν τῷ ἐκδικῆσαι αὐτοὺς ἐκδίκησιν εἰς τὸν οἶκον Ιουδα καὶ ἐμνησικάκησαν καὶ ἐξεδίκησαν δίκην (lxx) Eze 25:12 [Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod fecit Idumæa ultionem ut se vindicaret de filiis Juda, peccavitque delinquens, et vindictam expetivit de eis:(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:12 Thus sayth the Lorde God, Because that Edom hath done euill by taking vengeance vpon the house of Iudah, and hath committed great offence, and reuenged himselfe vpon them,(Geneva) Eze 25:12 So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß sich Edom am Hause Juda gerächt hat und sich verschuldet mit seinem Rächen,(dhs) Eze 25:12 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because of what Edom did against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has greatly offended by avenging itself on them,"(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:13 ============ Eze 25:13 therefore thus says the Lord God, "I will also stretch out My hand against Edom and cut off man and beast from it. And I will lay it waste; from Teman even to Dedan they will fall by the sword. (nas) Eze 25:13 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος καὶ ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω ἐξ αὐτῆς ἄνθρωπον καὶ κτῆνος καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὴν ἔρημον καὶ ἐκ Θαιμαν διωκόμενοι ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ πεσοῦνται (lxx) Eze 25:13 idcirco hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Extendam manum meam super Idumæam, et auferam de ea hominem et jumentum, et faciam eam desertam ab austro: et qui sunt in Dedan, gladio cadent.(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:13 Therefore thus saith the Lorde God, I will also stretch out mine hand vpon Edom, and destroy man and beast out of it, and I will make it desolate from Teman, and they of Dedan shall fall by the sworde.(Geneva) Eze 25:13 darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Ich will meine Hand ausstrecken über Edom und will ausrotten von ihm Menschen und Vieh und will es wüst machen von Theman bis gen Dedan und durchs Schwert fällen;(dhs) Eze 25:13 therefore thus says the Lord God: "I will also stretch out My hand against Edom, cut off man and beast from it, and make it desolate from Teman; Dedan shall fall by the sword.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:14 ============ Eze 25:14 I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom according to My anger and according to My wrath; thus they will know My vengeance," declares the Lord God. (nas) Eze 25:14 καὶ δώσω ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν ἐν χειρὶ λαοῦ μου Ισραηλ καὶ ποιήσουσιν ἐν τῇ Ιδουμαίᾳ κατὰ τὴν ὀργήν μου καὶ κατὰ τὸν θυμόν μου καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου λέγει κύριος (lxx) Eze 25:14 Et dabo ultionem meam super Idumæam per manum populi mei Israël: et facient in Edom juxta iram meam et furorem meum, et scient vindictam meam, dicit Dominus Deus.]~(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:14 And I will execute my vengeance vpon Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they shall doe in Edom according to mine anger, and according to mine indignation, & they shall know my vengeance, sayth the Lord God.(Geneva) Eze 25:14 und will mich an Edom rächen durch mein Volk Israel, und sie sollen mit Edom umgehen nach meinem Zorn und Grimm, daß sie meine Rache erfahren sollen, spricht der HERR HERR.(dhs) Eze 25:14 I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel, that they may do in Edom according to My anger and according to My fury; and they shall know My vengeance," says the Lord God.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:15 ============ Eze 25:15 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because the Philistines have acted in revenge and have taken vengeance with scorn of soul to destroy with everlasting enmity,"(nas) Eze 25:15 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐποίησαν οἱ ἀλλόφυλοι ἐν ἐκδικήσει καὶ ἐξανέστησαν ἐκδίκησιν ἐπιχαίροντες ἐκ ψυχῆς τοῦ ἐξαλεῖψαι ἕως αἰῶνος (lxx) Eze 25:15 [Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod fecerunt Palæstini vindictam, et ulti se sunt toto animo, interficientes, et implentes inimicitias veteres,(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:15 Thus sayth the Lord God, Because the Philistims haue executed vengeance, and reuenged themselues with a despitefull heart, to destroy it for the olde hatred,(Geneva) Eze 25:15 So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß die Philister sich gerächt haben und den alten Haß gebüßt nach allem ihrem Willen am Schaden meines Volkes,(dhs) Eze 25:15 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because the Philistines dealt vengefully and took vengeance with a spiteful heart, to destroy because of the old hatred,"(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:16 ============ Eze 25:16 therefore thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I will stretch out My hand against the Philistines, even cut off the Cherethites and destroy the remnant of the seacoast. (nas) Eze 25:16 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω Κρῆτας καὶ ἀπολῶ τοὺς καταλοίπους τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὴν παραλίαν (lxx) Eze 25:16 propterea hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Ecce ego extendam manum meam super Palæstinos, et interficiam interfectores, et perdam reliquias maritimæ regionis,(vulgate) Ezekiel 25:16 Therefore thus sayth the Lorde God, Behold, I will stretche out mine hand vpon the Philistims, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.(Geneva) Eze 25:16 darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Siehe, ich will meine Hand ausstrecken über die Philister und die Krether ausrotten und will die übrigen am Ufer des Meeres umbringen;(dhs) Eze 25:16 therefore thus says the Lord God: "I will stretch out My hand against the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethites and destroy the remnant of the seacoast.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:17 ============ Eze 25:17 I will execute great vengeance on them with wrathful rebukes; and they will know that I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance on them."'" (nas) Eze 25:17 καὶ ποιήσω ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐκδικήσεις μεγάλας καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ κύριος ἐν τῷ δοῦναι τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπ᾽ αὐτούς (lxx) Eze 25:17 faciamque in eis ultiones magnas, arguens in furore: et scient quia ego Dominus, cum dedero vindictam meam super eos.](vulgate) Ezekiel 25:17 And I will execute great vengeance vpon them with rebukes of mine indignation, and they shall knowe that I am the Lorde, when I shall lay my vengeance vpon them.(Geneva) Eze 25:17 und will große Rache an ihnen üben und mit Grimm sie strafen, daß sie erfahren sollen, ich sei der HERR, wenn ich meine Rache an ihnen geübt habe.(dhs) Eze 25:17 I will execute great vengeance on them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I lay My vengeance upon them."
