Today's Date: ======= Ezekiel 11:1 ============ Eze 11:1 Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD's house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:1 Moreouer, the Spirite lift me vp, and brought me vnto the East gate of the Lordes house, which lyeth Eastwarde, and beholde, at the entrie of the gate were fiue and twentie men: among whome I sawe Iaazaniah the sonne of Azur, and Pelatiah the sonne of Benaiah, the princes of the people.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:1 L'esprit m'enleva, et me transporta à la porte orientale de la maison de l'Eternel, à celle qui regarde l'orient. Et voici, à l'entrée de la porte, il y avait vingt-cinq hommes; et je vis au milieu d'eux Jaazania, fils d'Azzur, et Pelathia, fils de Benaja, chefs du peuple.(FR) 1 ׃11 וַתִּשָּׂ֨א אֹתִ֜י ר֗וּחַ וַתָּבֵ֣א אֹ֠תִי אֶל־שַׁ֨עַר בֵּית־יְהוָ֤ה הַקַּדְמוֹנִי֙ הַפּוֹנֶ֣ה קָדִ֔ימָה וְהִנֵּה֙ בְּפֶ֣תַח הַשַּׁ֔עַר עֶשְׂרִ֥ים וַחֲמִשָּׁ֖ה אִ֑ישׁ וָאֶרְאֶ֨ה בְתוֹכָ֜ם אֶת־יַאֲזַנְיָ֧ה בֶן־עַזֻּ֛ר וְאֶת־פְּלַטְיָ֥הוּ בֶן־בְּנָיָ֖הוּ שָׂרֵ֖י הָעָֽם׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 11:1 Moreover, the Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the east gate of the Lord's house which faced eastward. And behold, there were twenty-five men at the entrance of the gate, and among them I saw Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, leaders of the people. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:2 ============ Eze 11:2 Then said he unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise mischief, and give wicked counsel in this city:(KJV) Ezekiel 11:2 Then said he vnto me, Sonne of man, these are the men that imagine mischiefe, and deuise wicked counsell in this citie.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:2 Et l'Eternel me dit: Fils de l'homme, ce sont les hommes qui méditent l'iniquité, et qui donnent de mauvais conseils dans cette ville.(FR) 2 ׃11 וַיֹּ֖אמֶר אֵלָ֑י בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם אֵ֣לֶּה הָאֲנָשִׁ֞ים הַחֹשְׁבִ֥ים אָ֛וֶן וְהַיֹּעֲצִ֥ים עֲצַת־רָ֖ע בָּעִ֥יר הַזֹּֽאת׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:2 He said to me, "Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity and give evil advice in this city, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:3 ============ Eze 11:3 Which say, It is not near; let us build houses: this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:3 For they say, It is not neere, let vs builde houses: this citie is the caldron, and wee be the flesh.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:3 Ils disent: Ce n'est pas le moment! Bâtissons des maisons! La ville est la chaudière, et nous sommes la viande.(FR) 3 ׃11 הָאֹ֣מְרִ֔ים לֹ֥א בְקָר֖וֹב בְּנ֣וֹת בָּתִּ֑ים הִ֣יא הַסִּ֔יר וַאֲנַ֖חְנוּ הַבָּשָֽׂר׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:3 who say, 'The time is not near to build houses. This city is the pot and we are the flesh.'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:4 ============ Eze 11:4 Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:4 Therefore prophesie against them, sonne of man, prophesie.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:4 C'est pourquoi prophétise contre eux, prophétise, fils de l'homme!(FR) 4 ׃11 לָכֵ֖ן הִנָּבֵ֣א עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם הִנָּבֵ֖א בֶּן־אָדָֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:4 Therefore, prophesy against them, son of man, prophesy!"(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:5 ============ Eze 11:5 And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the LORD; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for I know the things that come into your mind, every one of them.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:5 And the Spirite of the Lord fell vpon me, and said vnto me, Speake, Thus saith the Lorde, O ye house of Israel, this haue ye said, and I know that which riseth vp of your mindes.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:5 Alors l'esprit de l'Eternel tomba sur moi. Et il me dit: Dis: Ainsi parle l'Eternel: Vous parlez de la sorte, maison d'Israël! Et ce qui vous monte à la pensée, je le sais.(FR) 5 ׃11 וַתִּפֹּ֣ל עָלַי֮ ר֣וּחַ יְהוָה֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֗י אֱמֹר֙ כֹּה־אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה כֵּ֥ן אֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וּמַעֲל֥וֹת רֽוּחֲכֶ֖ם אֲנִ֥י יְדַעְתִּֽיהָ׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:5 Then the Spirit of the Lord fell upon me, and He said to me, "Say, 'Thus says the Lord, "So you think, house of Israel, for I know your thoughts. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:6 ============ Eze 11:6 Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, and ye have filled the streets thereof with the slain.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:6 Many haue ye murthered in this citie, and ye haue filled the streets thereof with the slaine.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:6 Vous avez multiplié les meurtres dans cette ville, Vous avez rempli les rues de cadavres.(FR) 6 ׃11 הִרְבֵּיתֶ֥ם חַלְלֵיכֶ֖ם בָּעִ֣יר הַזֹּ֑את וּמִלֵּאתֶ֥ם חוּצֹתֶ֖יהָ חָלָֽל׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 11:6 You have multiplied your slain in this city, filling its streets with them."(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:7 ============ Eze 11:7 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and this city is the caldron: but I will bring you forth out of the midst of it.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:7 Therefore thus saith the Lorde God, They that ye haue slaine, and haue layed in the middes of it, they are the flesh, and this citie is the caldron, but I wil bring you foorth of the mids of it.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:7 C'est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Vos morts que vous avez étendus au milieu d'elle, C'est la viande, et elle, c'est la chaudière; Mais vous, on vous en fera sortir.(FR) 7 ׃11 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּֽה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִה֒ חַלְלֵיכֶם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר שַׂמְתֶּ֣ם בְּתוֹכָ֔הּ הֵ֥מָּה הַבָּשָׂ֖ר וְהִ֣יא הַסִּ֑יר וְאֶתְכֶ֖ם הוֹצִ֥יא מִתּוֹכָֽהּ׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:7 Therefore, thus says the Lord God, "Your slain whom you have laid in the midst of the city are the flesh and this city is the pot; but I will bring you out of it. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:8 ============ Eze 11:8 Ye have feared the sword; and I will bring a sword upon you, saith the Lord GOD.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:8 Ye haue feared the sworde, and I wil bring a sworde vpon you, saith the Lorde God.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:8 Vous avez peur de l'épée, Et je ferai venir sur vous l'épée, Dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.(FR) 8 ׃11 חֶ֖רֶב יְרֵאתֶ֑ם וְחֶ֙רֶב֙ אָבִ֣יא עֲלֵיכֶ֔ם נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:8 You have feared a sword; so I will bring a sword upon you," the Lord God declares. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:9 ============ Eze 11:9 And I will bring you out of the midst thereof, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:9 And I will bring you out of the middes thereof, and deliuer you into the hands of strangers, and will execute iudgements among you.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:9 Je vous ferai sortir du milieu d'elle, Je vous livrerai entre les mains des étrangers, Et j'exercerai contre vous mes jugements.(FR) 9 ׃11 וְהוֹצֵאתִ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ מִתּוֹכָ֔הּ וְנָתַתִּ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם בְּיַד־זָרִ֑ים וְעָשִׂ֛יתִי בָכֶ֖ם שְׁפָטִֽים׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:9 "And I will bring you out of the midst of the city and deliver you into the hands of strangers and execute judgments against you. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:10 ============ Eze 11:10 Ye shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the border of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:10 Ye shall fall by the sworde, and I wil iudge you in the border of Israel, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lorde.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:10 Vous tomberez par l'épée, Je vous jugerai sur la frontière d'Israël, Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 10 ׃11 בַּחֶ֣רֶב תִּפֹּ֔לוּ עַל־גְּב֥וּל יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֶשְׁפּ֣וֹט אֶתְכֶ֑ם וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:10 You will fall by the sword. I will judge you to the border of Israel; so you shall know that I am the Lord. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:11 ============ Eze 11:11 This city shall not be your caldron, neither shall ye be the flesh in the midst thereof; but I will judge you in the border of Israel:(KJV) Ezekiel 11:11 This citie shall not be your caldron, neyther shall ye be the flesh in the middes thereof, but I will iudge you in the border of Israel.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:11 La ville ne sera pas pour vous une chaudière, Et vous ne serez pas la viande au milieu d'elle: C'est sur la frontière d'Israël que je vous jugerai.(FR) 11 ׃11 הִ֗יא לֹֽא־תִהְיֶ֤ה לָכֶם֙ לְסִ֔יר וְאַתֶּ֛ם תִּהְי֥וּ בְתוֹכָ֖הּ לְבָשָׂ֑ר אֶל־גְּב֥וּל יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֶשְׁפֹּ֥ט אֶתְכֶֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:11 This city will not be a pot for you, nor will you be flesh in the midst of it, but I will judge you to the border of Israel. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:12 ============ Eze 11:12 And ye shall know that I am the LORD: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:12 And ye shall knowe that I am the Lorde: for ye haue not walked in my statutes, neither executed my iudgements, but haue done after the maners of the heathen, that are round about you.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:12 Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel, Dont vous n'avez pas suivi les ordonnances Et pratiqué les lois; Mais vous avez agi selon les lois des nations qui vous entourent.(FR) 12 ׃11 וִֽידַעְתֶּם֙ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר בְּחֻקַּי֙ לֹ֣א הֲלַכְתֶּ֔ם וּמִשְׁפָּטַ֖י לֹ֣א עֲשִׂיתֶ֑ם וּֽכְמִשְׁפְּטֵ֧י הַגּוֹיִ֛ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר סְבִיבוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם עֲשִׂיתֶֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:12 Thus you will know that I am the Lord; for you have not walked in My statutes nor have you executed My ordinances, but have acted according to the ordinances of the nations around you."'"(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:13 ============ Eze 11:13 And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down upon my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord GOD! wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel?(KJV) Ezekiel 11:13 And when I prophesied, Pelatiah the sonne of Benaiah dyed: then fell I downe vpon my face, and cryed with a loude voyce, and saide, Ah Lorde God, wilt thou then vtterly destroy all the remnant of Israel?(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:13 Comme je prophétisais, Pelathia, fils de Benaja, mourut. Je tombai sur ma face, et je m'écriai à haute voix: Ah! Seigneur Eternel, anéantiras-tu ce qui reste d'Israël?(FR) 13 ׃11 וַֽיְהִי֙ כְּהִנָּ֣בְאִ֔י וּפְלַטְיָ֥הוּ בֶן־בְּנָיָ֖ה מֵ֑ת וָאֶפֹּ֨ל עַל־פָּנַ֜י וָאֶזְעַ֣ק קוֹל־גָּד֗וֹל וָאֹמַר֙ אֲהָהּ֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה כָּלָה֙ אַתָּ֣ה עֹשֶׂ֔ה אֵ֖ת שְׁאֵרִ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 11:13 Now it came about as I prophesied, that Pelatiah son of Benaiah died. Then I fell on my face and cried out with a loud voice and said, "Alas, Lord God! Will You bring the remnant of Israel to a complete end?" (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:14 ============ Eze 11:14 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 11:14 Againe the worde of the Lorde came vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:14 Et la parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 14 ׃11 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:14 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:15 ============ Eze 11:15 Son of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, are they unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the LORD: unto us is this land given in possession.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:15 Sonne of man, thy brethren, euen thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, & all the house of Israel, wholy are they vnto whome the inhabitants of Ierusalem haue said, Depart ye farre from the Lord: for the lande is giuen vs in possession.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:15 Fils de l'homme, ce sont tes frères, tes frères, Ceux de ta parenté, et la maison d'Israël tout entière, A qui les habitants de Jérusalem disent: Restez loin de l'Eternel, Le pays nous a été donné en propriété.(FR) 15 ׃11 בֶּן־אָדָ֗ם אַחֶ֤יךָ אַחֶ֙יךָ֙ אַנְשֵׁ֣י גְאֻלָּתֶ֔ךָ וְכָל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל כֻּלֹּ֑ה אֲשֶׁר֩ אָמְר֨וּ לָהֶ֜ם יֹשְׁבֵ֣י יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם רַֽחֲקוּ֙ מֵעַ֣ל יְהוָ֔ה לָ֥נוּ הִ֛יא נִתְּנָ֥ה הָאָ֖רֶץ לְמוֹרָשָֽׁה׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 11:15 "Son of man, your brothers, your relatives, your fellow exiles and the whole house of Israel, all of them, are those to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, 'Go far from the Lord; this land has been given us as a possession.'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:16 ============ Eze 11:16 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Although I have cast them far off among the heathen, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them as a little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:16 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lorde God, Although I haue cast them farre off among the heathen, and although I haue scattered them among the countreis, yet wil I be to them as a litle Sanctuarie in ye countreis where they shal come.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:16 C'est pourquoi tu diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Si je les tiens éloignés parmi les nations, Si je les ai dispersés en divers pays, Je serai pour eux quelque temps un asile Dans les pays où ils sont venus.(FR) 16 ׃11 לָכֵ֣ן אֱמֹ֗ר כֹּֽה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִה֒ כִּ֤י הִרְחַקְתִּים֙ בַּגּוֹיִ֔ם וְכִ֥י הֲפִֽיצוֹתִ֖ים בָּאֲרָצ֑וֹת וָאֱהִ֤י לָהֶם֙ לְמִקְדָּ֣שׁ מְעַ֔ט בָּאֲרָצ֖וֹת אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֥אוּ שָֽׁם׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 11:16 Therefore say, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Though I had removed them far away among the nations and though I had scattered them among the countries, yet I was a sanctuary for them a little while in the countries where they had gone."'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:17 ============ Eze 11:17 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:17 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God, I will gather you againe from the people, and assemble you out of the countreis where ye haue bene scattered, & I will giue you ye land of Israel.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:17 C'est pourquoi tu diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Je vous rassemblerai du milieu des peuples, Je vous recueillerai des pays où vous êtes dispersés, Et je vous donnerai la terre d'Israël.(FR) 17 ׃11 לָכֵ֣ן אֱמֹ֗ר כֹּֽה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִה֒ וְקִבַּצְתִּ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ מִן־הָ֣עַמִּ֔ים וְאָסַפְתִּ֣י אֶתְכֶ֔ם מִן־הָ֣אֲרָצ֔וֹת אֲשֶׁ֥ר נְפֹצוֹתֶ֖ם בָּהֶ֑ם וְנָתַתִּ֥י לָכֶ֖ם אֶת־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:17 Therefore say, 'Thus says the Lord God, "I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries among which you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel."'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:18 ============ Eze 11:18 And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:18 And they shall come thither, and they shal take away all the idoles thereof, and all the abominations thereof from thence.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:18 C'est là qu'ils iront, Et ils en ôteront toutes les idoles et toutes les abominations.(FR) 18 ׃11 וּבָ֖אוּ־שָׁ֑מָּה וְהֵסִ֜ירוּ אֶת־כָּל־שִׁקּוּצֶ֛יהָ וְאֶת־כָּל־תּוֹעֲבוֹתֶ֖יהָ מִמֶּֽנָּה׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:18 When they come there, they will remove all its detestable things and all its abominations from it. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:19 ============ Eze 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:(KJV) Ezekiel 11:19 And I will giue them one heart, and I will put a newe spirit within their bowels: and I will take the stonie heart out of their bodies, and will giue them an heart of flesh,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:19 Je leur donnerai un même coeur, Et je mettrai en vous un esprit nouveau; J'ôterai de leur corps le coeur de pierre, Et je leur donnerai un coeur de chair,(FR) 19 ׃11 וְנָתַתִּ֤י לָהֶם֙ לֵ֣ב אֶחָ֔ד וְר֥וּחַ חֲדָשָׁ֖ה אֶתֵּ֣ן בְּקִרְבְּכֶ֑ם וַהֲסִ֨רֹתִ֜י לֵ֤ב הָאֶ֙בֶן֙ מִבְּשָׂרָ֔ם וְנָתַתִּ֥י לָהֶ֖ם לֵ֥ב בָּשָֽׂר׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and put a new spirit within them. And I will take the heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:20 ============ Eze 11:20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:20 That they may walke in my statutes, and keepe my iudgements, and execute them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:20 Afin qu'ils suivent mes ordonnances, Et qu'ils observent et pratiquent mes lois; Et ils seront mon peuple, et je serai leur Dieu.(FR) 20 ׃11 לְמַ֙עַן֙ בְּחֻקֹּתַ֣י יֵלֵ֔כוּ וְאֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַ֥י יִשְׁמְר֖וּ וְעָשׂ֣וּ אֹתָ֑ם וְהָיוּ־לִ֣י לְעָ֔ם וַאֲנִ֕י אֶהְיֶ֥ה לָהֶ֖ם לֵאלֹהִֽים׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:20 that they may walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and do them. Then they will be My people, and I shall be their God. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 11:21 ============ Eze 11:21 But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord GOD.(KJV) Ezekiel 11:21 But vpon them, whose heart is towarde their idoles, and whose affection goeth after their abominations, I will lay their way vpon their owne heades, saith the Lorde God.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 11:21 Mais pour ceux dont le coeur se plaît à leurs idoles et à leurs abominations, Je ferai retomber leurs oeuvres sur leur tête, Dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.(FR) 21 ׃11 וְאֶל־לֵ֧ב שִׁקּוּצֵיהֶ֛ם וְתוֹעֲבוֹתֵיהֶ֖ם לִבָּ֣ם הֹלֵ֑ךְ דַּרְכָּם֙ בְּרֹאשָׁ֣ם נָתַ֔תִּי נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 11:21 But as for those whose hearts go after their detestable things and abominations, I will bring their conduct down on their heads," declares the Lord God. So the vision that I had seen left me.
