Today's Date: 4/10/2025 ======= Ezekiel 12:1 ============ Eze 12:1 The word of the LORD also came unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 12:1 The worde of the Lorde also came vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:1 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 1 ׃12 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:1 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:2 ============ Eze 12:2 Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:2 Sonne of man, thou dwellest in the middes of a rebellious house, which haue eyes to see, and see not: they haue eares to heare, and heare not: for they are a rebellious house.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:2 Fils de l'homme, tu habites au milieu d'une famille de rebelles, qui ont des yeux pour voir et qui ne voient point, des oreilles pour entendre et qui n'entendent point; car c'est une famille de rebelles.(FR) 2 ׃12 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם בְּת֥וֹךְ בֵּית־הַמֶּ֖רִי אַתָּ֣ה יֹשֵׁ֑ב אֲשֶׁ֣ר עֵינַיִם֩ לָהֶ֨ם לִרְא֜וֹת וְלֹ֣א רָא֗וּ אָזְנַ֨יִם לָהֶ֤ם לִשְׁמֹ֙עַ֙ וְלֹ֣א שָׁמֵ֔עוּ כִּ֛י בֵּ֥ית מְרִ֖י הֵֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:2 "Son of man, you live in the midst of the rebellious house, who have eyes to see but do not see, ears to hear but do not hear; for they are a rebellious house. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:3 ============ Eze 12:3 Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:3 Therefore thou sonne of man, prepare thy stuffe to goe into captiuitie, and goe foorth by day in their sight: and thou shalt passe from thy place to another place in their sight, if it be possible that they may consider it: for they are a rebellious house.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:3 Et toi, fils de l'homme, prépare tes effets de voyage, et pars de jour, sous leurs yeux! Pars, en leur présence, du lieu où tu es pour un autre lieu: peut-être verront-ils qu'ils sont une famille de rebelles.(FR) 3 ׃12 וְאַתָּ֣ה בֶן־אָדָ֗ם עֲשֵׂ֤ה לְךָ֙ כְּלֵ֣י גוֹלָ֔ה וּגְלֵ֥ה יוֹמָ֖ם לְעֵֽינֵיהֶ֑ם וְגָלִ֨יתָ מִמְּקוֹמְךָ֜ אֶל־מָק֤וֹם אַחֵר֙ לְעֵ֣ינֵיהֶ֔ם אוּלַ֣י יִרְא֔וּ כִּ֛י בֵּ֥ית מְרִ֖י הֵֽמָּה׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:3 Therefore, son of man, prepare for yourself baggage for exile and go into exile by day in their sight; even go into exile from your place to another place in their sight. Perhaps they will understand though they are a rebellious house. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:4 ============ Eze 12:4 Then shalt thou bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for removing: and thou shalt go forth at even in their sight, as they that go forth into captivity.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:4 Then shalt thou bring foorth thy stuffe by day in their sight as the stuffe of him that goeth into captiuitie: and thou shalt go forth at euen in their sight, as they that go foorth into captiuitie.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:4 Sors tes effets comme des effets de voyage, de jour sous leurs yeux; et toi, pars le soir, en leur présence, comme partent des exilés.(FR) 4 ׃12 וְהוֹצֵאתָ֨ כֵלֶ֜יךָ כִּכְלֵ֥י גוֹלָ֛ה יוֹמָ֖ם לְעֵֽינֵיהֶ֑ם וְאַתָּ֗ה תֵּצֵ֤א בָעֶ֙רֶב֙ לְעֵ֣ינֵיהֶ֔ם כְּמוֹצָאֵ֖י גּוֹלָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:4 Bring your baggage out by day in their sight, as baggage for exile. Then you will go out at evening in their sight, as those going into exile. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:6 ============ Eze 12:6 In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulders, and carry it forth in the twilight: thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the ground: for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:6 In their sight shalt thou beare it vpon thy shoulders, and carie it foorth in the darke: thou shalt couer thy face that thou see not the earth: for I haue set thee as a signe vnto the house of Israel.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:6 Sous leurs yeux, tu les mettras sur ton épaule, tu les sortiras pendant l'obscurité, tu te couvriras le visage, et tu ne regarderas pas la terre; car je veux que tu sois un signe pour la maison d'Israël.(FR) 6 ׃12 לְעֵ֨ינֵיהֶ֜ם עַל־כָּתֵ֤ף תִּשָּׂא֙ בָּעֲלָטָ֣ה תוֹצִ֔יא פָּנֶ֣יךָ תְכַסֶּ֔ה וְלֹ֥א תִרְאֶ֖ה אֶת־הָאָ֑רֶץ כִּֽי־מוֹפֵ֥ת נְתַתִּ֖יךָ לְבֵ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:6 Load the baggage on your shoulder in their sight and carry it out in the dark. You shall cover your face so that you cannot see the land, for I have set you as a sign to the house of Israel."(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:7 ============ Eze 12:7 And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for captivity, and in the even I digged through the wall with mine hand; I brought it forth in the twilight, and I bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:7 And as I was commaunded, so I brought forth my stuffe by day, as ye stuffe of one that goeth into captiuitie: and by night I digged through the wall with mine hand, & brought it forth in ye darke, & I bare it vpo my shoulder in their sight.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:7 Je fis ce qui m'avait été ordonné: je sortis de jour mes effets comme des effets de voyage, le soir je perçai la muraille avec la main, et je les sortis pendant l'obscurité et les mis sur mon épaule, en leur présence.(FR) 7 ׃12 וָאַ֣עַשׂ כֵּן֮ כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר צֻוֵּיתִי֒ כֵּ֠לַי הוֹצֵ֜אתִי כִּכְלֵ֤י גוֹלָה֙ יוֹמָ֔ם וּבָעֶ֛רֶב חָתַֽרְתִּי־לִ֥י בַקִּ֖יר בְּיָ֑ד בָּעֲלָטָ֥ה הוֹצֵ֛אתִי עַל־כָּתֵ֥ף נָשָׂ֖אתִי לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 12:7 I did so, as I had been commanded. By day I brought out my baggage like the baggage of an exile. Then in the evening I dug through the wall with my hands; I went out in the dark and carried the baggage on my shoulder in their sight. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:8 ============ Eze 12:8 And in the morning came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 12:8 And in the morning came the word of the Lord vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:8 Le matin, la parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 8 ׃12 וַיְהִ֧י דְבַר־יְהוָ֛ה אֵלַ֖י בַּבֹּ֥קֶר לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:8 In the morning the word of the Lord came to me, saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:9 ============ Eze 12:9 Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee, What doest thou?(KJV) Ezekiel 12:9 Sonne of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, sayde vnto thee, What doest thou?(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:9 Fils de l'homme, la maison d'Israël, cette famille de rebelles ne t'a-t-elle pas dit: Que fais-tu?(FR) 9 ׃12 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם הֲלֹ֨א אָמְר֥וּ אֵלֶ֛יךָ בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בֵּ֣ית הַמֶּ֑רִי מָ֖ה אַתָּ֥ה עֹשֶֽׂה׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:9 "Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, 'What are you doing?'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:10 ============ Eze 12:10 Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; This burden concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:10 But say thou vnto them, Thus saith the Lorde God, This burden concerneth the chiefe in Ierusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:10 Dis-leur: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Cet oracle concerne le prince qui est à Jérusalem, et toute la maison d'Israël qui s'y trouve.(FR) 10 ׃12 אֱמֹ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהֹוִ֑ה הַנָּשִׂ֞יא הַמַּשָּׂ֤א הַזֶּה֙ בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וְכָל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֲשֶׁר־הֵ֥מָּה בְתוֹכָֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:10 Say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God, "This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem as well as all the house of Israel who are in it."'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:11 ============ Eze 12:11 Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: they shall remove and go into captivity.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:11 Say, I am your signe: like as I haue done, so shall it be done vnto them: they shall goe into bondage and captiuitie.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:11 Dis: Je suis pour vous un signe. Ce que j'ai fait, c'est ce qui leur sera fait: Ils iront en exil, en captivité.(FR) 11 ׃12 אֱמֹ֖ר אֲנִ֣י מֽוֹפֶתְכֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֗יתִי כֵּ֚ן יֵעָשֶׂ֣ה לָהֶ֔ם בַּגּוֹלָ֥ה בַשְּׁבִ֖י יֵלֵֽכוּ׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:11 Say, 'I am a sign to you. As I have done, so it will be done to them; they will go into exile, into captivity.'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:12 ============ Eze 12:12 And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder in the twilight, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to carry out thereby: he shall cover his face, that he see not the ground with his eyes.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:12 And the chiefest that is among them, shall beare vpon his shoulder in the darke, and shall goe forth: they shall digge through the wall, to cary out thereby: he shall couer his face, that he see not the ground with his eies.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:12 Le prince qui est au milieu d'eux Mettra son bagage sur l'épaule pendant l'obscurité et partira; On percera la muraille pour le faire sortir; Il se couvrira le visage, Pour que ses yeux ne regardent pas la terre.(FR) 12 ׃12 וְהַנָּשִׂ֨יא אֲשֶׁר־בְּתוֹכָ֜ם אֶל־כָּתֵ֤ף יִשָּׂא֙ בָּעֲלָטָ֣ה וְיֵצֵ֔א בַּקִּ֥יר יַחְתְּר֖וּ לְה֣וֹצִיא ב֑וֹ פָּנָ֣יו יְכַסֶּ֔ה יַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹא־יִרְאֶ֥ה לַעַ֛יִן ה֖וּא אֶת־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:12 The prince who is among them will load his baggage on his shoulder in the dark and go out. They will dig a hole through the wall to bring it out. He will cover his face so that he can not see the land with his eyes. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:13 ============ Eze 12:13 My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:13 My net also will I spread vpon him, and he shall be taken in my net, and I will bring him to Babel to the lande of the Caldeans, yet shall he not see it, though he shall dye there.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:13 J'étendrai mon rets sur lui, Et il sera pris dans mon filet; Je l'emmènerai à Babylone, dans le pays des Chaldéens; Mais il ne le verra pas, et il y mourra.(FR) 13 ׃12 וּפָרַשְׂתִּ֤י אֶת־רִשְׁתִּי֙ עָלָ֔יו וְנִתְפַּ֖שׂ בִּמְצֽוּדָתִ֑י וְהֵבֵאתִ֨י אֹת֤וֹ בָבֶ֙לָה֙ אֶ֣רֶץ כַּשְׂדִּ֔ים וְאוֹתָ֥הּ לֹֽא־יִרְאֶ֖ה וְשָׁ֥ם יָמֽוּת׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:13 I will also spread My net over him, and he will be caught in My snare. And I will bring him to Babylon in the land of the Chaldeans; yet he will not see it, though he will die there. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:16 ============ Eze 12:16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:16 But I will leaue a litle nomber of them from the sworde, from the famine, and from the pestilence, that they may declare all these abominations among the heathen, where they come, and they shall knowe, that I am the Lorde.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:16 Mais je laisserai d'eux quelques hommes Qui échapperont à l'épée, à la famine et à la peste, Afin qu'ils racontent toutes leurs abominations Parmi les nations où ils iront. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 16 ׃12 וְהוֹתַרְתִּ֤י מֵהֶם֙ אַנְשֵׁ֣י מִסְפָּ֔ר מֵחֶ֖רֶב מֵרָעָ֣ב וּמִדָּ֑בֶר לְמַ֨עַן יְסַפְּר֜וּ אֶת־כָּל־תּוֹעֲבֽוֹתֵיהֶ֗ם בַּגּוֹיִם֙ אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֣אוּ שָׁ֔ם וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 12:16 But I will spare a few of them from the sword, the famine and the pestilence that they may tell all their abominations among the nations where they go, and may know that I am the Lord."(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:17 ============ Eze 12:17 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 12:17 Moreouer, the worde of the Lorde came vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:17 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 17 ׃12 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:17 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:18 ============ Eze 12:18 Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking, and drink thy water with trembling and with carefulness;(KJV) Ezekiel 12:18 Sonne of man, eate thy bread with trembling and drinke thy water with trouble, & with carefulnesse,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:18 Fils de l'homme, tu mangeras ton pain avec tremblement, Tu boiras ton eau avec inquiétude et angoisse.(FR) 18 ׃12 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם לַחְמְךָ֖ בְּרַ֣עַשׁ תֹּאכֵ֑ל וּמֵימֶ֕יךָ בְּרָגְזָ֥ה וּבִדְאָגָ֖ה תִּשְׁתֶּֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:18 "Son of man, eat your bread with trembling and drink your water with quivering and anxiety. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:19 ============ Eze 12:19 And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord GOD of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:19 And say vnto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lorde God of the inhabitants of Ierusalem, and of the lande of Israel, They shall eate their bread with carefulnes, and drinke their water with desolation: for the lande shall bee desolate from her abundance because of the crueltie of them that dwell therein.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:19 Dis au peuple du pays: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel, Sur les habitants de Jérusalem dans la terre d'Israël! Ils mangeront leur pain avec angoisse, Et ils boiront leur eau avec épouvante; Car leur pays sera dépouillé de tout ce qu'il contient, A cause de la violence de tous ceux qui l'habitent.(FR) 19 ׃12 וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֶל־עַ֣ם הָאָ֡רֶץ כֹּֽה־אָמַר֩ אֲדֹנָ֨י יְהוִ֜ה לְיוֹשְׁבֵ֤י יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ אֶל־אַדְמַ֣ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לַחְמָם֙ בִּדְאָגָ֣ה יֹאכֵ֔לוּ וּמֵֽימֵיהֶ֖ם בְּשִׁמָּמ֣וֹן יִשְׁתּ֑וּ לְמַ֜עַן תֵּשַׁ֤ם אַרְצָהּ֙ מִמְּלֹאָ֔הּ מֵחֲמַ֖ס כָּֽל־הַיֹּשְׁבִ֥ים בָּֽהּ׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:19 Then say to the people of the land, 'Thus says the Lord God concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem in the land of Israel, "They will eat their bread with anxiety and drink their water with horror, because their land will be stripped of its fullness on account of the violence of all who live in it. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:20 ============ Eze 12:20 And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 12:20 And the cities that are inhabited, shal be left voyde, and the land shall be desolate, and yee shall knowe that I am the Lorde.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:20 Les villes peuplées seront détruites, Et le pays sera ravagé. Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 20 ׃12 וְהֶעָרִ֤ים הַנּֽוֹשָׁבוֹת֙ תֶּחֱרַ֔בְנָה וְהָאָ֖רֶץ שְׁמָמָ֣ה תִֽהְיֶ֑ה וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 12:20 The inhabited cities will be laid waste and the land will be a desolation. So you will know that I am the Lord."'"(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:21 ============ Eze 12:21 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 12:21 And the worde of the Lorde came vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:21 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 21 ׃12 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:21 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 12:22 ============ Eze 12:22 Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?(KJV) Ezekiel 12:22 Sonne of man, what is that prouerbe that you haue in the land of Israel, saying, The dayes are prolonged and all visions faile?(Geneva) Ézéchiel 12:22 Fils de l'homme, que signifient ces discours moqueurs Que vous tenez dans le pays d'Israël: Les jours se prolongent, Et toutes les visions restent sans effet?(FR) 22 ׃12 בֶּן־אָדָ֗ם מָֽה־הַמָּשָׁ֤ל הַזֶּה֙ לָכֶ֔ם עַל־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֵאמֹ֑ר יַֽאַרְכוּ֙ הַיָּמִ֔ים וְאָבַ֖ד כָּל־חָזֽוֹן׃ Ezekiel Eze 12:22 "Son of man, what is this proverb you people have concerning the land of Israel, saying, 'The days are long and every vision fails'? But tell them," The days draw near as well as the fulfillment of every vision.
