Today's Date: ======= Nehemiah 4:1 ============ Neh 4:1 Now it came about that when Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became furious and very angry and mocked the Jews.(nasb) Neh 4:1 Factum est autem, cum audisset Sanaballat quod ædificaremus murum, iratus est valde: et motus nimis subsannavit Judæos,(vulgate) Nehemías 4:1 Y sucedió que cuando Sanbalat oyó que nosotros edificábamos el muro, se encolerizó y se enojó en gran manera, e hizo escarnio de los judíos.(E) Néhémie 4:1 Lorsque Sanballat apprit que nous rebâtissions la muraille, il fut en colère et très irrité. Il se moqua des Juifs,(F) Neh 4:1 Da aber Saneballat hörte, daß wir die Mauer bauten, ward er zornig und sehr entrüstet und spottete der Juden(D) Neh 4:1 καὶ ἐγένετο ἡνίκα ἤκουσεν Σαναβαλλατ ὅτι ἡμεῖς οἰκοδομοῦμεν τὸ τεῖχος καὶ πονηρὸν ἦν αὐτῷ καὶ ὠργίσθη ἐπὶ πολὺ καὶ ἐξεγέλα ἐπὶ τοῖς Ιουδαίοις(lxx) Neh 4:1 But it so happened, when Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, that he was furious and very indignant, and mocked the Jews.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:2 ============ Neh 4:2 He spoke in the presence of his brothers and the wealthy men of Samaria and said, "What are these feeble Jews doing? Are they going to restore it for themselves? Can they offer sacrifices? Can they finish in a day? Can they revive the stones from the dusty rubble even the burned ones?"(nasb) Neh 4:2 et dixit coram fratribus suis, et frequentia Samaritanorum: Quid Judæi faciunt imbecilles? num dimittent eos gentes? num sacrificabunt, et complebunt in una die? numquid ædificare poterunt lapides de acervis pulveris, qui combusti sunt?(vulgate) Nehemías 4:2 Y habló delante de sus hermanos y del ejército de Samaria, y dijo: ¿Qué hacen estos débiles judíos? ¿Se fortalecerán a sí mismos? ¿Han de sacrificar? ¿Han de acabar en un día? ¿Resucitarán las piedras de los montones de escombro que fueron quemados?(E) Néhémie 4:2 et dit devant ses frères et devant les soldats de Samarie: A quoi travaillent ces Juifs impuissants? Les laissera-t-on faire? Sacrifieront-ils? Vont-ils achever? Redonneront-ils vie à des pierres ensevelies sous des monceaux de poussière et consumées par le feu?(F) Neh 4:2 und sprach vor seinen Brüdern und den Mächtigen zu Samaria: Was machen die ohnmächtigen Juden? Wird man sie so lassen? Werden sie opfern? Werden sie es diesen Tag vollenden? Werden sie die Steine lebendig machen, die Schutthaufen und verbrannt sind?(D) Neh 4:2 καὶ εἶπεν ἐνώπιον τῶν ἀδελφῶν αὐτοῦ αὕτη ἡ δύναμις Σομορων ὅτι οἱ Ιουδαῖοι οὗτοι οἰκοδομοῦσιν τὴν ἑαυτῶν πόλιν(lxx) Neh 4:2 And he spoke before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, "What are these feeble Jews doing? Will they fortify themselves? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they complete it in a day? Will they revive the stones from the heaps of rubbish--stones that are burned?"(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:3 ============ Neh 4:3 Now Tobiah the Ammonite was near him and he said, "Even what they are building--if a fox should jump on it, he would break their stone wall down!"(nasb) Neh 4:3 Sed et Tobias Ammanites, proximus ejus, ait: Ædificent: si ascenderit vulpes, transiliet murum eorum lapideum.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:3 Y estaba junto a él Tobías amonita, el cual dijo: Aun lo que ellos edifican, si sube una zorra, derribará su muro de piedra.(E) Néhémie 4:3 Tobija, l'Ammonite, était à côté de lui, et il dit: Qu'ils bâtissent seulement! Si un renard s'élance, il renversera leur muraille de pierres!(F) Neh 4:3 Aber Tobia, der Ammoniter, neben ihm sprach: Laß sie nur bauen; wenn Füchse hinaufzögen, die zerrissen wohl ihre steinerne Mauer.(D) Neh 4:3 καὶ Τωβιας ὁ αμμανίτης ἐχόμενα αὐτοῦ ἦλθεν καὶ εἶπαν πρὸς ἑαυτούς μὴ θυσιάσουσιν ἢ φάγονται ἐπὶ τοῦ τόπου αὐτῶν οὐχὶ ἀναβήσεται ἀλώπηξ καὶ καθελεῖ τὸ τεῖχος λίθων αὐτῶν(lxx) Neh 4:3 Now Tobiah the Ammonite was beside him, and he said, "Whatever they build, if even a fox goes up on it, he will break down their stone wall."(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:4 ============ Neh 4:4 Hear, O our God, how we are despised! Return their reproach on their own heads and give them up for plunder in a land of captivity.(nasb) Neh 4:4 Audi, Deus noster, quia facti sumus despectui: converte opprobrium super caput eorum, et da eos in despectionem in terra captivitatis.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:4 Oye, oh Dios nuestro, que somos menospreciados, y vuelve el oprobio de ellos sobre su cabeza, y dalos en presa en la tierra de su cautiverio.(E) Néhémie 4:4 Ecoute, ô notre Dieu, comme nous sommes méprisés! Fais retomber leurs insultes sur leur tête, et livre-les au pillage sur une terre où ils soient captifs.(F) Neh 4:4 Höre, unser Gott, wie verachtet sind wir! Kehre ihren Hohn auf ihren Kopf, daß du sie gibst in Verachtung im Lande ihrer Gefangenschaft.(D) Neh 4:4 ἄκουσον ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν ὅτι ἐγενήθημεν εἰς μυκτηρισμόν καὶ ἐπίστρεψον ὀνειδισμὸν αὐτῶν εἰς κεφαλὴν αὐτῶν καὶ δὸς αὐτοὺς εἰς μυκτηρισμὸν ἐν γῇ αἰχμαλωσίας(lxx) Neh 4:4 Hear, O our God, for we are despised; turn their reproach on their own heads, and give them as plunder to a land of captivity!(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:5 ============ Neh 4:5 Do not forgive their iniquity and let not their sin be blotted out before You, for they have demoralized the builders.(nasb) Neh 4:5 Ne operias iniquitatem eorum, et peccatum eorum coram facie tua non deleatur, quia irriserunt ædificantes.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:5 No cubras su iniquidad, ni su pecado sea borrado de delante de ti; porque [te] provocaron a ira delante de los que edificaban.(E) Néhémie 4:5 Ne pardonne pas leur iniquité, et que leur péché ne soit pas effacé de devant toi; car ils ont offensé ceux qui bâtissent.(F) Neh 4:5 Decke ihre Missetat nicht zu, und ihre Sünde vertilge nicht vor dir; denn sie haben vor den Bauleuten dich erzürnt.(D) Neh 4:5 καὶ μὴ καλύψῃς ἐπὶ ἀνομίαν(lxx) Neh 4:5 Do not cover their iniquity, and do not let their sin be blotted out from before You; for they have provoked You to anger before the builders.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:6 ============ Neh 4:6 So we built the wall and the whole wall was joined together to half its height, for the people had a mind to work.(nasb) Neh 4:6 Itaque ædificavimus murum, et conjunximus totum usque ad partem dimidiam: et provocatum est cor populi ad operandum.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:6 Edificamos, pues, el muro, y toda la muralla fue unida hasta la mitad de su altura, porque el pueblo tuvo ánimo para trabajar.(E) Néhémie 4:6 Nous rebâtîmes la muraille, qui fut partout achevée jusqu'à la moitié de sa hauteur. Et le peuple prit à coeur ce travail.(F) Neh 4:6 Aber wir bauten die Mauer und fügten sie ganz aneinander bis an die halbe Höhe. Und das Volk gewann ein Herz zu arbeiten.(D) Neh 4:6 καὶ ἐγένετο ὡς ἤκουσεν Σαναβαλλατ καὶ Τωβια καὶ οἱ Ἄραβες καὶ οἱ Αμμανῖται ὅτι ἀνέβη φυὴ τοῖς τείχεσιν Ιερουσαλημ ὅτι ἤρξαντο αἱ διασφαγαὶ ἀναφράσσεσθαι καὶ πονηρὸν αὐτοῖς ἐφάνη σφόδρα(lxx) Neh 4:6 So we built the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, for the people had a mind to work.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:7 ============ Neh 4:7 Now when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites and the Ashdodites heard that the repair of the walls of Jerusalem went on, and that the breaches began to be closed, they were very angry.(nasb) Neh 4:7 Factum est autem, cum audisset Sanaballat, et Tobias, et Arabes, et Ammanitæ, et Azotii, quod obducta esset cicatrix muri Jerusalem, et quod cœpissent interrupta concludi, irati sunt nimis.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:7 Mas aconteció que oyendo Sanbalat y Tobías, y los árabes, y los amonitas, y los de Asdod, que los muros de Jerusalén eran reparados, porque ya los portillos comenzaban a cerrarse, se encolerizaron mucho;(E) Néhémie 4:7 Mais Sanballat, Tobija, les Arabes, les Ammonites et les Asdodiens, furent très irrités en apprenant que la réparation des murs avançait et que les brèches commençaient à se fermer.(F) Neh 4:7 Da aber Saneballat und Tobia und die Araber und Ammoniter und Asdoditer hörten, daß die Mauern zu Jerusalem zugemacht wurden und daß sie die Lücken hatten angefangen zu verschließen, wurden sie sehr zornig(D) Neh 4:7 καὶ συνήχθησαν πάντες ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ ἐλθεῖν παρατάξασθαι ἐν Ιερουσαλημ(lxx) Neh 4:7 Now it happened, when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites heard that the walls of Jerusalem were being restored and the gaps were beginning to be closed, that they became very angry,(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:8 ============ Neh 4:8 All of them conspired together to come and fight against Jerusalem and to cause a disturbance in it.(nasb) Neh 4:8 Et congregati sunt omnes pariter ut venirent, et pugnarent contra Jerusalem, et molirentur insidias.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:8 y conspiraron todos a una para venir a combatir a Jerusalén, y a hacerle daño.(E) Néhémie 4:8 Ils se liguèrent tous ensemble pour venir attaquer Jérusalem et lui causer du dommage.(F) Neh 4:8 und machten allesamt einen Bund zuhaufen, daß sie kämen und stritten wider Jerusalem und richteten darin Verwirrung an.(D) Neh 4:8 καὶ προσηυξάμεθα πρὸς τὸν θεὸν ἡμῶν καὶ ἐστήσαμεν προφύλακας ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς ἡμέρας καὶ νυκτὸς ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτῶν(lxx) Neh 4:8 and all of them conspired together to come and attack Jerusalem and create confusion.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:9 ============ Neh 4:9 But we prayed to our God, and because of them we set up a guard against them day and night.(nasb) Neh 4:9 Et oravimus Deum nostrum, et posuimus custodes super murum die ac nocte contra eos.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:9 Entonces oramos a nuestro Dios, y por causa de ellos pusimos guarda contra ellos de día y de noche.(E) Néhémie 4:9 Nous priâmes notre Dieu, et nous établîmes une garde jour et nuit pour nous défendre contre leurs attaques.(F) Neh 4:9 Wir aber beteten zu unserm Gott und stellten Hut gegen sie Tag und Nacht vor ihnen.(D) Neh 4:9 καὶ εἶπεν Ιουδας συνετρίβη ἡ ἰσχὺς τῶν ἐχθρῶν καὶ ὁ χοῦς πολύς καὶ ἡμεῖς οὐ δυνησόμεθα οἰκοδομεῖν ἐν τῷ τείχει(lxx) Neh 4:9 Nevertheless we made our prayer to our God, and because of them we set a watch against them day and night.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:10 ============ Neh 4:10 Thus in Judah it was said, "The strength of the burden bearers is failing, Yet there is much rubbish; And we ourselves are unable To rebuild the wall."(nasb) Neh 4:10 Dixit autem Judas: Debilitata est fortitudo portantis, et humus nimia est, et nos non poterimus ædificare murum.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:10 Y dijo Judá: Las fuerzas de los acarreadores se han debilitado, y el escombro es mucho, y no podemos edificar el muro.(E) Néhémie 4:10 Cependant Juda disait: Les forces manquent à ceux qui portent les fardeaux, et les décombres sont considérables; nous ne pourrons pas bâtir la muraille.(F) Neh 4:10 Und Juda sprach: Die Kraft der Träger ist zu schwach, und des Schuttes ist zu viel; wir können nicht an der Mauer bauen.(D) Neh 4:10 καὶ εἶπαν οἱ θλίβοντες ἡμᾶς οὐ γνώσονται καὶ οὐκ ὄψονται ἕως ὅτου ἔλθωμεν εἰς μέσον αὐτῶν καὶ φονεύσωμεν αὐτοὺς καὶ καταπαύσωμεν τὸ ἔργον(lxx) Neh 4:10 Then Judah said, "The strength of the laborers is failing, and there is so much rubbish that we are not able to build the wall."(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:11 ============ Neh 4:11 Our enemies said, "They will not know or see until we come among them, kill them and put a stop to the work."(nasb) Neh 4:11 Et dixerunt hostes nostri: Nesciant, et ignorent donec veniamus in medium eorum, et interficiamus eos, et cessare faciamus opus.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:11 Y nuestros enemigos dijeron: No sepan, ni vean, hasta que entremos en medio de ellos, y los matemos, y hagamos cesar la obra.(E) Néhémie 4:11 Et nos ennemis disaient: Ils ne sauront et ne verront rien jusqu'à ce que nous arrivions au milieu d'eux; nous les tuerons, et nous ferons ainsi cesser l'ouvrage.(F) Neh 4:11 Unsre Widersacher aber gedachten: Sie sollen's nicht wissen noch sehen, bis wir mitten unter sie kommen und sie erwürgen und das Werk hindern.(D) Neh 4:11 καὶ ἐγένετο ὡς ἤλθοσαν οἱ Ιουδαῖοι οἱ οἰκοῦντες ἐχόμενα αὐτῶν καὶ εἴποσαν ἡμῖν ἀναβαίνουσιν ἐκ πάντων τῶν τόπων ἐφ᾽ ἡμᾶς(lxx) Neh 4:11 And our adversaries said, "They will neither know nor see anything, till we come into their midst and kill them and cause the work to cease."(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:12 ============ Neh 4:12 When the Jews who lived near them came and told us ten times, "They will come up against us from every place where you may turn,"(nasb) Neh 4:12 Factum est autem venientibus Judæis qui habitabant juxta eos, et dicentibus nobis per decem vices, ex omnibus locis quibus venerant ad nos,(vulgate) Nehemías 4:12 Pero sucedió que cuando vinieron los judíos que habitaban entre ellos, nos dijeron diez veces: De todos los lugares de donde volviereis a nosotros, ellos vendrán sobre vosotros.(E) Néhémie 4:12 Or les Juifs qui habitaient près d'eux vinrent dix fois nous avertir, de tous les lieux d'où ils se rendaient vers nous.(F) Neh 4:12 Da aber die Juden, die neben ihnen wohnten, kamen, und sagten's uns wohl zehnmal, aus allen Orten, da sie um uns wohnten,(D) Neh 4:12 καὶ ἔστησα εἰς τὰ κατώτατα τοῦ τόπου κατόπισθεν τοῦ τείχους ἐν τοῖς σκεπεινοῖς καὶ ἔστησα τὸν λαὸν κατὰ δήμους μετὰ ῥομφαιῶν αὐτῶν λόγχας αὐτῶν καὶ τόξα αὐτῶν(lxx) Neh 4:12 So it was, when the Jews who dwelt near them came, that they told us ten times, "From whatever place you turn, they will be upon us."(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:13 ============ Neh 4:13 then I stationed men in the lowest parts of the space behind the wall, the exposed places, and I stationed the people in families with their swords, spears and bows.(nasb) Neh 4:13 statui in loco post murum per circuitum populum in ordinem cum gladiis suis, et lanceis, et arcubus.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:13 Entonces puse por los lugares bajos, detrás del muro, en los lugares altos, puse al pueblo por familias con sus espadas, con sus lanzas, y con sus arcos.(E) Néhémie 4:13 C'est pourquoi je plaçai, dans les enfoncements derrière la muraille et sur des terrains secs, le peuple par familles, tous avec leurs épées, leurs lances et leurs arcs.(F) Neh 4:13 da stellte ich unten an die Orte hinter der Mauer in die Gräben das Volk nach ihren Geschlechtern mit ihren Schwertern, Spießen und Bogen.(D) Neh 4:13 καὶ εἶδον καὶ ἀνέστην καὶ εἶπα πρὸς τοὺς ἐντίμους καὶ πρὸς τοὺς στρατηγοὺς καὶ πρὸς τοὺς καταλοίπους τοῦ λαοῦ μὴ φοβηθῆτε ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτῶν μνήσθητε τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν τοῦ μεγάλου καὶ φοβεροῦ καὶ παρατάξασθε περὶ τῶν ἀδελφῶν ὑμῶν υἱῶν ὑμῶν καὶ θυγατέρων ὑμῶν γυναικῶν ὑμῶν καὶ οἴκων ὑμῶν(lxx) Neh 4:13 Therefore I positioned men behind the lower parts of the wall, at the openings; and I set the people according to their families, with their swords, their spears, and their bows.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:14 ============ Neh 4:14 When I saw their fear, I rose and spoke to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people: "Do not be afraid of them; remember the Lord who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives and your houses."(nasb) Neh 4:14 Et perspexi atque surrexi: et aio ad optimates et magistratus, et ad reliquam partem vulgi: Nolite timere a facie eorum: Domini magni et terribilis mementote, et pugnate pro fratribus vestris, filiis vestris, et filiabus vestris, et uxoribus vestris, et domibus vestris.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:14 Después miré, y me levanté, y dije a los principales y a los magistrados, y al resto del pueblo: No temáis delante de ellos: acordaos del Señor grande y terrible, y pelead por vuestros hermanos, por vuestros hijos y por vuestras hijas, por vuestras esposas y por vuestras casas.(E) Néhémie 4:14 Je regardai, et m'étant levé, je dis aux grands, aux magistrats, et au reste du peuple: Ne les craignez pas! Souvenez-vous du Seigneur, grand et redoutable, et combattez pour vos frères, pour vos fils et vos filles, pour vos femmes et pour vos maisons!(F) Neh 4:14 Und ich besah es und machte mich auf und sprach zu den Ratsherren und Obersten und dem andern Volk: Fürchtet euch nicht vor ihnen; gedenkt an den großen, schrecklichen HERRN und streitet für eure Brüder, Söhne, Töchter, Weiber und Häuser!(D) Neh 4:14 καὶ ἐγένετο ἡνίκα ἤκουσαν οἱ ἐχθροὶ ἡμῶν ὅτι ἐγνώσθη ἡμῖν καὶ διεσκέδασεν ὁ θεὸς τὴν βουλὴν αὐτῶν καὶ ἐπεστρέψαμεν πάντες ἡμεῖς εἰς τὸ τεῖχος ἀνὴρ εἰς τὸ ἔργον αὐτοῦ(lxx) Neh 4:14 And I looked, and arose and said to the nobles, to the leaders, and to the rest of the people, "Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome, and fight for your brethren, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses."(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:15 ============ Neh 4:15 When our enemies heard that it was known to us, and that God had frustrated their plan, then all of us returned to the wall, each one to his work.(nasb) Neh 4:15 Factum est autem, cum audissent inimici nostri nuntiatum esse nobis, dissipavit Deus consilium eorum. Et reversi sumus omnes ad muros, unusquisque ad opus suum.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:15 Y sucedió que cuando oyeron nuestros enemigos que nos habíamos enterado, y que Dios había desbaratado el consejo de ellos, nos volvimos todos al muro, cada uno a su obra.(E) Néhémie 4:15 Lorsque nos ennemis apprirent que nous étions avertis, Dieu anéantit leur projet, et nous retournâmes tous à la muraille, chacun à son ouvrage.(F) Neh 4:15 Da aber unsre Feinde hörten, daß es uns kund war geworden und Gott ihren Rat zunichte gemacht hatte, kehrten wir alle wieder zur Mauer, ein jeglicher zu seiner Arbeit.(D) Neh 4:15 καὶ ἐγένετο ἀπὸ τῆς ἡμέρας ἐκείνης ἥμισυ τῶν ἐκτετιναγμένων ἐποίουν τὸ ἔργον καὶ ἥμισυ αὐτῶν ἀντείχοντο καὶ λόγχαι καὶ θυρεοὶ καὶ τὰ τόξα καὶ οἱ θώρακες καὶ οἱ ἄρχοντες ὀπίσω παντὸς οἴκου Ιουδα(lxx) Neh 4:15 And it happened, when our enemies heard that it was known to us, and that God had brought their plot to nothing, that all of us returned to the wall, everyone to his work.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:16 ============ Neh 4:16 From that day on, half of my servants carried on the work while half of them held the spears, the shields, the bows and the breastplates; and the captains were behind the whole house of Judah.(nasb) Neh 4:16 Et factum est a die illa, media pars juvenum eorum faciebat opus, et media parata erat ad bellum: et lanceæ, et scuta, et arcus, et loricæ, et principes post eos in omni domo Juda.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:16 Mas fue que desde aquel día la mitad de los jóvenes trabajaba en la obra, y la otra mitad de ellos tenía lanzas y escudos, y arcos, y corazas; y los príncipes estaban tras toda la casa de Judá.(E) Néhémie 4:16 Depuis ce jour, la moitié de mes serviteurs travaillaient, et l'autre moitié était armée de lances, de boucliers, d'arcs et de cuirasses. Les chefs étaient derrière toute la maison de Juda.(F) Neh 4:16 Und es geschah von hier an, daß der Jünglinge die Hälfte taten die Arbeit, die andere Hälfte hielten die Spieße, Schilde, Bogen und Panzer. And the one who sounded the trumpet was beside me.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:19 ============ Neh 4:19 I said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, "The work is great and extensive, and we are separated on the wall far from one another.(nasb) Neh 4:19 Et dixi ad optimates, et ad magistratus, et ad reliquam partem vulgi: Opus grande est et latum, et nos separati sumus in muro procul alter ab altero:(vulgate) Nehemías 4:19 Y dije a los principales, y a los magistrados y al resto del pueblo: La obra es grande y amplia, y nosotros estamos apartados en el muro, lejos los unos de los otros.(E) Néhémie 4:19 Je dis aux grands, aux magistrats, et au reste du peuple: L'ouvrage est considérable et étendu, et nous sommes dispersés sur la muraille, éloignés les uns des autres.(F) Neh 4:19 Und ich sprach zu den Ratsherren und Obersten und zum andern Volk: Das Werk ist groß und weit, und wir sind zerstreut auf der Mauer, ferne voneinander.(D) Neh 4:19 ἐν τόπῳ οὗ ἐὰν ἀκούσητε τὴν φωνὴν τῆς κερατίνης ἐκεῖ συναχθήσεσθε πρὸς ἡμᾶς καὶ ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν πολεμήσει περὶ ἡμῶν(lxx) Neh 4:19 Then I said to the nobles, the rulers, and the rest of the people, "The work is great and extensive, and we are separated far from one another on the wall.(nkjv) ======= Nehemiah 4:20 ============ Neh 4:20 At whatever place you hear the sound of the trumpet, rally to us there. Our God will fight for us."(nasb) Neh 4:20 in loco quocumque audieritis clangorem tubæ, illuc concurrite ad nos: Deus noster pugnabit pro nobis.(vulgate) Nehemías 4:20 En el lugar donde oyereis la voz de la trompeta, reuníos allí con nosotros.
