Today's Date: ======= Jeremiah 7:1 ============ Jer 7:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,(nas) Jer 7:1 -- (lxx) Jer 7:1 Verbum quod factum est ad Jeremiam a Domino, dicens:(vulgate) 1 ׃7 הַדָּבָר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הָיָ֣ה אֶֽל־יִרְמְיָ֔הוּ מֵאֵ֥ת יְהוָ֖ה לֵאמֹֽר׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:1 Dies ist das Wort, welches geschah zu Jeremia vom HERRN, und sprach:(dhs) Jer 7:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:2 ============ Jer 7:2 "Stand in the gate of the Lord's house and proclaim there this word and say, 'Hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah, who enter by these gates to worship the Lord!'"(nas) Jer 7:2 ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου πᾶσα ἡ Ιουδαία (lxx) Jer 7:2 Sta in porta domus Domini, et prædica ibi verbum istud, et dic: [Audite verbum Domini, omnis Juda, qui ingredimini per portas has ut adoretis Dominum.(vulgate) 2 ׃7 עֲמֹ֗ד בְּשַׁ֙עַר֙ בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה וְקָרָ֣אתָ שָּׁ֔ם אֶת־הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּ֑ה וְאָמַרְתָּ֞ שִׁמְע֣וּ דְבַר־יְהוָ֗ה כָּל־יְהוּדָה֙ הַבָּאִים֙ בַּשְּׁעָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה לְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֺ֖ת לַיהוָֽה׃ ס Jeremiah Jer 7:2 Tritt ins Tor im Hause des HERR und predige daselbst dies Wort und sprich: Höret des HERRN Wort, ihr alle von Juda, die ihr zu diesen Toren eingehet, den HERRN anzubeten!(dhs) Jer 7:2 "Stand in the gate of the Lord's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, 'Hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah who enter in at these gates to worship the Lord!' "(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:3 ============ Jer 7:3 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, "Amend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you dwell in this place.(nas) Jer 7:3 τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ διορθώσατε τὰς ὁδοὺς ὑμῶν καὶ τὰ ἐπιτηδεύματα ὑμῶν καὶ κατοικιῶ ὑμᾶς ἐν τῷ τόπῳ τούτῳ (lxx) Jer 7:3 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum, Deus Israël: Bonas facite vias vestras, et studia vestra, et habitabo vobiscum in loco isto.(vulgate) 3 ׃7 כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר יְהוָ֤ה צְבָאוֹת֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל הֵיטִ֥יבוּ דַרְכֵיכֶ֖ם וּמַֽעַלְלֵיכֶ֑ם וַאֲשַׁכְּנָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם בַּמָּק֖וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:3 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth, der Gott Israels: Bessert euer Leben und Wesen, so will ich bei euch wohnen an diesem Ort.(dhs) Jer 7:3 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: "Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:4 ============ Jer 7:4 Do not trust in deceptive words, saying, 'This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.'(nas) Jer 7:4 μὴ πεποίθατε ἐφ᾽ ἑαυτοῖς ἐπὶ λόγοις ψευδέσιν ὅτι τὸ παράπαν οὐκ ὠφελήσουσιν ὑμᾶς λέγοντες ναὸς κυρίου ναὸς κυρίου ἐστίν (lxx) Jer 7:4 Nolite confidere in verbis mendacii, dicentes: Templum Domini, templum Domini, templum Domini est!(vulgate) 4 ׃7 אַל־תִּבְטְח֣וּ לָכֶ֔ם אֶל־דִּבְרֵ֥י הַשֶּׁ֖קֶר לֵאמֹ֑ר הֵיכַ֤ל יְהוָה֙ הֵיכַ֣ל יְהוָ֔ה הֵיכַ֥ל יְהוָ֖ה הֵֽמָּה׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:4 Verlaßt euch nicht auf die Lügen, wenn sie sagen: Hier ist des HERRN Tempel, hier ist des HERRN Tempel, hier ist des HERRN Tempel!(dhs) Jer 7:4 Do not trust in these lying words, saying, 'The temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord are these.'(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:5 ============ Jer 7:5 For if you truly amend your ways and your deeds, if you truly practice justice between a man and his neighbor,(nas) Jer 7:5 ὅτι ἐὰν διορθοῦντες διορθώσητε τὰς ὁδοὺς ὑμῶν καὶ τὰ ἐπιτηδεύματα ὑμῶν καὶ ποιοῦντες ποιήσητε κρίσιν ἀνὰ μέσον ἀνδρὸς καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ (lxx) Jer 7:5 Quoniam si bene direxeritis vias vestras, et studia vestra; si feceritis judicium inter virum et proximum ejus;(vulgate) 5 ׃7 כִּ֤י אִם־הֵיטֵיב֙ תֵּיטִ֔יבוּ אֶת־דַּרְכֵיכֶ֖ם וְאֶת־מַֽעַלְלֵיכֶ֑ם אִם־עָשׂ֤וֹ תַֽעֲשׂוּ֙ מִשְׁפָּ֔ט בֵּ֥ין אִ֖ישׁ וּבֵ֥ין רֵעֵֽהוּ׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:5 sondern bessert euer Leben und Wesen, daß ihr recht tut einer gegen den andern(dhs) Jer 7:5 For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if you thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbor,(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:6 ============ Jer 7:6 if you do not oppress the alien, the orphan, or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, nor walk after other gods to your own ruin,(nas) Jer 7:6 καὶ προσήλυτον καὶ ὀρφανὸν καὶ χήραν μὴ καταδυναστεύσητε καὶ αἷμα ἀθῷον μὴ ἐκχέητε ἐν τῷ τόπῳ τούτῳ καὶ ὀπίσω θεῶν ἀλλοτρίων μὴ πορεύησθε εἰς κακὸν ὑμῖν (lxx) Jer 7:6 advenæ, et pupillo, et viduæ non feceritis calumniam, nec sanguinem innocentem effuderitis in loco hoc, et post deos alienos non ambulaveritis in malum vobismetipsis:(vulgate) 6 ׃7 גֵּ֣ר יָת֤וֹם וְאַלְמָנָה֙ לֹ֣א תַֽעֲשֹׁ֔קוּ וְדָ֣ם נָקִ֔י אַֽל־תִּשְׁפְּכ֖וּ בַּמָּק֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה וְאַחֲרֵ֨י אֱלֹהִ֧ים אֲחֵרִ֛ים לֹ֥א תֵלְכ֖וּ לְרַ֥ע לָכֶֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:6 und den Fremdlingen, Waisen und Witwen keine Gewalt tut und nicht unschuldiges Blut vergießt an diesem Ort, und folgt nicht nach andern Göttern zu eurem eigenen Schaden:(dhs) Jer 7:6 if you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, or walk after other gods to your hurt,(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:7 ============ Jer 7:7 then I will let you dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever.(nas) Jer 7:7 καὶ κατοικιῶ ὑμᾶς ἐν τῷ τόπῳ τούτῳ ἐν γῇ ᾗ ἔδωκα τοῖς πατράσιν ὑμῶν ἐξ αἰῶνος καὶ ἕως αἰῶνος (lxx) Jer 7:7 habitabo vobiscum in loco isto, in terra quam dedi patribus vestris a sæculo et usque in sæculum.(vulgate) 7 ׃7 וְשִׁכַּנְתִּ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ בַּמָּק֣וֹם הַזֶּ֔ה בָּאָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָתַ֖תִּי לַאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם לְמִן־עוֹלָ֖ם וְעַד־עוֹלָֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:7 so will ich immer und ewiglich bei euch wohnen an diesem Ort, in dem Lande, das ich euren Vätern gegeben habe.(dhs) Jer 7:7 then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:8 ============ Jer 7:8 "Behold, you are trusting in deceptive words to no avail.(nas) Jer 7:8 εἰ δὲ ὑμεῖς πεποίθατε ἐπὶ λόγοις ψευδέσιν ὅθεν οὐκ ὠφεληθήσεσθε (lxx) Jer 7:8 Ecce vos confiditis vobis in sermonibus mendacii, qui non proderunt vobis:(vulgate) 8 ׃7 הִנֵּ֤ה אַתֶּם֙ בֹּטְחִ֣ים לָכֶ֔ם עַל־דִּבְרֵ֖י הַשָּׁ֑קֶר לְבִלְתִּ֖י הוֹעִֽיל׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:8 Aber nun verlasset ihr euch auf Lügen, die nichts nütze sind.(dhs) Jer 7:8 "Behold, you trust in lying words that cannot profit.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:9 ============ Jer 7:9 Will you steal, murder, and commit adultery and swear falsely, and offer sacrifices to Baal and walk after other gods that you have not known,(nas) Jer 7:9 καὶ φονεύετε καὶ μοιχᾶσθε καὶ κλέπτετε καὶ ὀμνύετε ἐπ᾽ ἀδίκῳ καὶ ἐθυμιᾶτε τῇ Βααλ καὶ ἐπορεύεσθε ὀπίσω θεῶν ἀλλοτρίων ὧν οὐκ οἴδατε τοῦ κακῶς εἶναι ὑμῖν (lxx) Jer 7:9 furari, occidere, adulterari, jurare mendaciter, libare Baalim, et ire post deos alienos quos ignoratis:(vulgate) 9 ׃7 הֲגָנֹ֤ב ׀ רָצֹ֙חַ֙ וְֽנָאֹ֗[t]ף וְהִשָּׁבֵ֥עַ לַשֶּׁ֖קֶר וְקַטֵּ֣ר לַבָּ֑עַל וְהָלֹ֗ךְ אַחֲרֵ֛י אֱלֹהִ֥ים אֲחֵרִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־יְדַעְתֶּֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:9 Daneben seid ihr Diebe, Mörder, Ehebrecher und Meineidige und räuchert dem Baal und folgt fremden Göttern nach, die ihr nicht kennt.(dhs) Jer 7:9 Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know,(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:10 ============ Jer 7:10 then come and stand before Me in this house, which is called by My name, and say, 'We are delivered!'- that you may do all these abominations?(nas) Jer 7:10 καὶ ἤλθετε καὶ ἔστητε ἐνώπιον ἐμοῦ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ οὗ ἐπικέκληται τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ καὶ εἴπατε ἀπεσχήμεθα τοῦ μὴ ποιεῖν πάντα τὰ βδελύγματα ταῦτα (lxx) Jer 7:10 et venistis, et stetistis coram me in domo hac, in qua invocatum est nomen meum, et dixistis: Liberati sumus, eo quod fecerimus omnes abominationes istas.(vulgate) 10 ׃7 וּבָאתֶ֞ם וַעֲמַדְתֶּ֣ם לְפָנַ֗י בַּבַּ֤יִת הַזֶּה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִקְרָא־שְׁמִ֣י עָלָ֔יו וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם נִצַּ֑לְנוּ לְמַ֣עַן עֲשׂ֔וֹת אֵ֥ת כָּל־הַתּוֹעֵב֖וֹת הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:10 Darnach kommt ihr dann und tretet vor mich in diesem Hause, das nach meinem Namen genannt ist, und sprecht: Es hat keine Not mit uns, weil wir solche Greuel tun.(dhs) Jer 7:10 and then come and stand before Me in this house which is called by My name, and say, 'We are delivered to do all these abominations'?(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:11 ============ Jer 7:11 Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of robbers in your sight? Behold, I, even I, have seen it," declares the Lord.(nas) Jer 7:11 μὴ σπήλαιον λῃστῶν ὁ οἶκός μου οὗ ἐπικέκληται τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ ἐκεῖ ἐνώπιον ὑμῶν καὶ ἐγὼ ἰδοὺ ἑώρακα λέγει κύριος (lxx) Jer 7:11 Numquid ergo spelunca latronum facta est domus ista, in qua invocatum est nomen meum in oculis vestris? Ego, ego sum: ego vidi, dicit Dominus.(vulgate) 11 ׃7 הַמְעָרַ֣ת פָּרִצִ֗ים הָיָ֨ה הַבַּ֧יִת הַזֶּ֛ה אֲשֶׁר־נִקְרָֽא־שְׁמִ֥י עָלָ֖יו בְּעֵינֵיכֶ֑ם גַּ֧ם אָנֹכִ֛י הִנֵּ֥ה רָאִ֖יתִי נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ ס Jeremiah Jer 7:11 Haltet ihr denn dies Haus, das nach meinem Namen genannt ist, für eine Mördergrube? Siehe, ich sehe es wohl, spricht der HERR.(dhs) Jer 7:11 Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of thieves in your eyes? Behold, I, even I, have seen it," says the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:12 ============ Jer 7:12 "But go now to My place which was in Shiloh, where I made My name dwell at the first, and see what I did to it because of the wickedness of My people Israel.(nas) Jer 7:12 ὅτι πορεύθητε εἰς τὸν τόπον μου τὸν ἐν Σηλωμ οὗ κατεσκήνωσα τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐκεῖ ἔμπροσθεν καὶ ἴδετε ἃ ἐποίησα αὐτῷ ἀπὸ προσώπου κακίας λαοῦ μου Ισραηλ (lxx) Jer 7:12 Ite ad locum meum in Silo, ubi habitavit nomen meum a principio, et videte quæ fecerim ei propter malitiam populi mei Israël.(vulgate) 12 ׃7 כִּ֣י לְכוּ־נָ֗א אֶל־מְקוֹמִי֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּשִׁיל֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֨ר שִׁכַּ֧נְתִּֽי שְׁמִ֛י שָׁ֖ם בָּרִֽאשׁוֹנָ֑ה וּרְאוּ֙ אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁר־עָשִׂ֣יתִי ל֔וֹ מִפְּנֵ֕י רָעַ֖ת עַמִּ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:12 Gehet hin an meinen Ort zu Silo, da vormals mein Name gewohnt hat, und schauet, was ich daselbst getan habe um der Bosheit willen meines Volkes Israel.(dhs) Jer 7:12 "But go now to My place which was in Shiloh, where I set My name at the first, and see what I did to it because of the wickedness of My people Israel.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:13 ============ Jer 7:13 And now, because you have done all these things," declares the Lord,"and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you did not hear, and I called you but you did not answer,(nas) Jer 7:13 καὶ νῦν ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐποιήσατε πάντα τὰ ἔργα ταῦτα καὶ ἐλάλησα πρὸς ὑμᾶς καὶ οὐκ ἠκούσατέ μου καὶ ἐκάλεσα ὑμᾶς καὶ οὐκ ἀπεκρίθητε (lxx) Jer 7:13 Et nunc, quia fecistis omnia opera hæc, dicit Dominus, et locutus sum ad vos mane consurgens, et loquens, et non audistis: et vocavi vos, et non respondistis:(vulgate) 13 ׃7 וְעַתָּ֗ה יַ֧עַן עֲשׂוֹתְכֶ֛ם אֶת־כָּל־הַמּֽ͏ַעֲשִׂ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה וָאֲדַבֵּ֨ר אֲלֵיכֶ֜ם הַשְׁכֵּ֤ם וְדַבֵּר֙ וְלֹ֣א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֔ם וָאֶקְרָ֥א אֶתְכֶ֖ם וְלֹ֥א עֲנִיתֶֽם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:13 Weil ihr denn alle solche Stücke treibt, spricht der HERR, und ich stets euch predigen lasse, und ihr wollt nicht hören, ich rufe euch, und ihr wollt nicht antworten:(dhs) Jer 7:13 And now, because you have done all these works," says the Lord, "and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you did not hear, and I called you, but you did not answer,(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:14 ============ Jer 7:14 therefore, I will do to the house which is called by My name, in which you trust, and to the place which I gave you and your fathers, as I did to Shiloh.(nas) Jer 7:14 καὶ ποιήσω τῷ οἴκῳ τούτῳ ᾧ ἐπικέκληται τὸ ὄνομά μου ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ ἐφ᾽ ᾧ ὑμεῖς πεποίθατε ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ καὶ τῷ τόπῳ ᾧ ἔδωκα ὑμῖν καὶ τοῖς πατράσιν ὑμῶν καθὼς ἐποίησα τῇ Σηλωμ (lxx) Jer 7:14 faciam domui huic, in qua invocatum est nomen meum, et in qua vos habetis fiduciam, et loco quem dedi vobis et patribus vestris, sicut feci Silo:(vulgate) 14 ׃7 וְעָשִׂ֜יתִי לַבַּ֣יִת ׀ אֲשֶׁ֧ר נִֽקְרָא־שְׁמִ֣י עָלָ֗יו אֲשֶׁ֤ר אַתֶּם֙ בֹּטְחִ֣ים בּ֔וֹ וְלַ֨מָּק֔וֹם אֲשֶׁר־נָתַ֥תִּי לָכֶ֖ם וְלַאֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשִׂ֖יתִי לְשִׁלֽוֹ׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:14 so will ich dem Hause, das nach meinem Namen genannt ist, darauf ihr euch verlaßt, und den Ort, den ich euren Vätern gegeben habe, eben tun, wie ich zu Silo getan habe,(dhs) Jer 7:14 therefore I will do to the house which is called by My name, in which you trust, and to this place which I gave to you and your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:15 ============ Jer 7:15 I will cast you out of My sight, as I have cast out all your brothers, all the offspring of Ephraim.(nas) Jer 7:15 καὶ ἀπορρίψω ὑμᾶς ἀπὸ προσώπου μου καθὼς ἀπέρριψα τοὺς ἀδελφοὺς ὑμῶν πᾶν τὸ σπέρμα Εφραιμ (lxx) Jer 7:15 et projiciam vos a facie mea sicut projeci omnes fratres vestros, universum semen Ephraim.(vulgate) 15 ׃7 וְהִשְׁלַכְתִּ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם מֵעַ֣ל פָּנָ֑י כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר הִשְׁלַ֙כְתִּי֙ אֶת־כָּל־אֲחֵיכֶ֔ם אֵ֖ת כָּל־זֶ֥רַע אֶפְרָֽיִם׃ ס Jeremiah Jer 7:15 und will euch von meinem Angesicht wegwerfen, wie ich weggeworfen habe alle eure Brüder, den ganzen Samen Ephraims.(dhs) Jer 7:15 And I will cast you out of My sight, as I have cast out all your brethren--the whole posterity of Ephraim.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:16 ============ Jer 7:16 "As for you, do not pray for this people, and do not lift up cry or prayer for them, and do not intercede with Me; for I do not hear you.(nas) Jer 7:16 καὶ σὺ μὴ προσεύχου περὶ τοῦ λαοῦ τούτου καὶ μὴ ἀξίου τοῦ ἐλεηθῆναι αὐτοὺς καὶ μὴ εὔχου καὶ μὴ προσέλθῃς μοι περὶ αὐτῶν ὅτι οὐκ εἰσακούσομαι (lxx) Jer 7:16 Tu ergo, noli orare pro populo hoc, nec assumas pro eis laudem et orationem: et non obsistas mihi, quia non exaudiam te.(vulgate) 16 ׃7 וְאַתָּ֞ה אַל־תִּתְפַּלֵּ֣ל ׀ בְּעַד־הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֗ה וְאַל־תִּשָּׂ֧א בַעֲדָ֛ם רִנָּ֥ה וּתְפִלָּ֖ה וְאַל־תִּפְגַּע־בִּ֑י כִּי־אֵינֶ֥נִּי שֹׁמֵ֖עַ אֹתָֽךְ׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:16 Und du sollst für dies Volk nicht bitten und sollst für sie keine Klage noch Gebet vorbringen, auch nicht sie vertreten vor mir; denn ich will dich nicht hören.(dhs) Jer 7:16 "Therefore do not pray for this people, nor lift up a cry or prayer for them, nor make intercession to Me; for I will not hear you.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:17 ============ Jer 7:17 Do you not see what they are doing in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem?(nas) Jer 7:17 ἦ οὐχ ὁρᾷς τί αὐτοὶ ποιοῦσιν ἐν ταῖς πόλεσιν Ιουδα καὶ ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς Ιερουσαλημ (lxx) Jer 7:17 Nonne vides quid isti faciunt in civitatibus Juda, et in plateis Jerusalem?(vulgate) 17 ׃7 הַֽאֵינְךָ֣ רֹאֶ֔ה מָ֛ה הֵ֥מָּה עֹשִׂ֖ים בְּעָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה וּבְחֻצ֖וֹת יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:17 Denn siehst du nicht, was sie tun in den Städten Juda's und auf den Gassen zu Jerusalem?(dhs) Jer 7:17 Do you not see what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem?(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:18 ============ Jer 7:18 The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead dough to make cakes for the queen of heaven; And no one will frighten them away.(nkjv) ======= Jeremiah 7:34 ============ Jer 7:34 Then I will make to cease from the cities of Judah and from the streets of Jerusalem the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride; for the land will become a ruin.(nas) Jer 7:34 καὶ καταλύσω ἐκ πόλεων Ιουδα καὶ ἐκ διόδων Ιερουσαλημ φωνὴν εὐφραινομένων καὶ φωνὴν χαιρόντων φωνὴν νυμφίου καὶ φωνὴν νύμφης ὅτι εἰς ἐρήμωσιν ἔσται πᾶσα ἡ γῆ (lxx) Jer 7:34 Et quiescere faciam de urbibus Juda, et de plateis Jerusalem, vocem gaudii et vocem lætitiæ, vocem sponsi et vocem sponsæ: in desolationem enim erit terra.](vulgate) 34 ׃7 וְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֣י ׀ מֵעָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֗ה וּמֵֽחֻצוֹת֙ יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם ק֤וֹל שָׂשׂוֹן֙ וְק֣וֹל שִׂמְחָ֔ה ק֥וֹל חָתָ֖ן וְק֣וֹל כַּלָּ֑ה כִּ֥י לְחָרְבָּ֖ה תִּהְיֶ֥ה הָאָֽרֶץ׃ Jeremiah Jer 7:34 Und ich will in den Städten Juda's und auf den Gassen zu Jerusalem wegnehmen das Geschrei der Freude und Wonne und die Stimme des Bräutigams und der Braut; denn das Land soll wüst sein.(dhs) Jer 7:34 Then I will cause to cease from the cities of Judah and from the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride.
