So David departed and went into the forest of Hereth.(nasb) 1Sa 22:5 Dixitque Gad propheta ad David: Noli manere in præsidio: proficiscere, et vade in terram Juda. So David departed and went into the forest of Hereth.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 22:6 ============ 1Sa 22:6 Then Saul heard that David and the men who were with him had been discovered. Now Saul was sitting in Gibeah, under the tamarisk tree on the height with his spear in his hand, and all his servants were standing around him.(nasb) 1Sa 22:6 Et audivit Saul quod apparuisset David, et viri qui erant cum eo. Saul autem cum maneret in Gabaa, et esset in nemore quod est in Rama, hastam manu tenens, cunctique servi ejus circumstarent eum,(vulgate) 1 Samuel 22:6 Y oyó Saúl que David había sido descubierto, y los que [estaban] con él. Will the son of Jesse also give to all of you fields and vineyards? Will the son of Jesse give every one of you fields and vineyards, and make you all captains of thousands and captains of hundreds?(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 22:8 ============ 1Sa 22:8 For all of you have conspired against me so that there is no one who discloses to me when my son makes a covenant with the son of Jesse, and there is none of you who is sorry for me or discloses to me that my son has stirred up my servant against me to lie in ambush, as it is this day."(nasb) 1Sa 22:8 quoniam conjurastis omnes adversum me, et non est qui mihi renuntiet, maxime cum et filius meus fœdus inierit cum filio Isai. And they all came to the king.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 22:12 ============ 1Sa 22:12 Saul said, "Listen now, son of Ahitub." And he answered, "Here I am, my lord."(nasb) 1Sa 22:12 Et ait Saul ad Achimelech: Audi, fili Achitob. Pourquoi lui as-tu donné du pain et une épée, et as-tu consulté Dieu pour lui, afin qu'il s'élevât contre moi et me dressât des embûches, comme il le fait aujourd'hui?(F) 1Sa 22:13 Und Saul sprach zu ihm: Warum habt ihr einen Bund wider mich gemacht, du und der Sohn Isais, daß du ihm Brot und Schwert gegeben und Gott für ihn gefragt hast, daß du ihn erweckest, daß er mir nachstelle, wie es am Tage ist?(D) 1Sa 22:13 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ Σαουλ ἵνα τί συνέθου κατ᾽ ἐμοῦ σὺ καὶ ὁ υἱὸς Ιεσσαι δοῦναί σε αὐτῷ ἄρτον καὶ ῥομφαίαν καὶ ἐρωτᾶν αὐτῷ διὰ τοῦ θεοῦ θέσθαι αὐτὸν ἐπ᾽ ἐμὲ εἰς ἐχθρὸν ὡς ἡ ἡμέρα αὕτη(lxx) 1Sa 22:13 Then Saul said to him, "Why have you conspired against me, you and the son of Jesse, in that you have given him bread and a sword, and have inquired of God for him, that he should rise against me, to lie in wait, as it is this day?"(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 22:14 ============ 1Sa 22:14 Then Ahimelech answered the king and said, "And who among all your servants is as faithful as David, even the king's son-in-law, who is captain over your guard, and is honored in your house?(nasb) 1Sa 22:14 Respondensque Achimelech regi, ait: Et quis in omnibus servis tuis sicut David, fidelis, et gener regis, et pergens ad imperium tuum, et gloriosus in domo tua?(vulgate) 1 Samuel 22:14 Entonces Ahimelec respondió al rey, y dijo: ¿Y quién entre todos tus siervos [es tan] fiel como David, yerno además del rey, y que va por mandato tuyo, y es ilustre en tu casa?(E) 1 Samuel 22:14 Achimélec répondit au roi: Lequel d'entre tous tes serviteurs peut être comparé au fidèle David, gendre du roi, dévoué à ses ordres, et honoré dans ta maison?(F) 1Sa 22:14 Ahimelech antwortete dem König und sprach: Und wer ist unter allen deinen Knechten wie David, der getreu ist und des Königs Eidam und geht in deinem Gehorsam und ist herrlich gehalten in deinem Hause?(D) 1Sa 22:14 καὶ ἀπεκρίθη τῷ βασιλεῖ καὶ εἶπεν καὶ τίς ἐν πᾶσιν τοῖς δούλοις σου ὡς Δαυιδ πιστὸς καὶ γαμβρὸς τοῦ βασιλέως καὶ ἄρχων παντὸς παραγγέλματός σου καὶ ἔνδοξος ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ σου(lxx) 1Sa 22:14 So Ahimelech answered the king and said, "And who among all your servants is as faithful as David, who is the king's son-in-law, who goes at your bidding, and is honorable in your house?(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 22:15 ============ 1Sa 22:15 Did I just begin to inquire of God for him today? Far be it from me!
