How long will you love what is worthless and aim at deception? Selah.(nasb) Psa 4:2 Filii hominum, usquequo gravi corde? ut quid diligitis vanitatem, et quæritis mendacium?(vulgate) Salmos 4:2 Hijos de los hombres, ¿hasta cuándo [volveréis] mi honra en infamia? ¿[Hasta cuándo] amaréis la vanidad, y buscaréis la mentira? How long will you love worthlessness And seek falsehood? Selah.(nasb) Psa 4:4 Irascimini, et nolite peccare; quæ dicitis in cordibus vestris, in cubilibus vestris compungimini.(vulgate) Salmos 4:4 Temblad, y no pequéis: Meditad en vuestro corazón sobre vuestra cama, y callad. (Selah)(E) Psaume 4:4 Tremblez, et ne péchez point; Parlez en vos coeurs sur votre couche, puis taisez-vous. -Pause.(F) Psa 4:4 Zürnet ihr, so sündiget nicht. Redet mit eurem Herzen auf dem Lager und harret. (Sela.)(D) Psa 4:4 καὶ γνῶτε ὅτι ἐθαυμάστωσεν κύριος τὸν ὅσιον αὐτοῦ κύριος εἰσακούσεταί μου ἐν τῷ κεκραγέναι με πρὸς αὐτόν(lxx) Psa 4:4 Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Selah(nkjv) ======= Psalm 4:5 ============ Psa 4:5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, And trust in the Lord.(nasb) Psa 4:5 Sacrificate sacrificium justitiæ, et sperate in Domino. Multi dicunt: Quis ostendit nobis bona?(vulgate) Salmos 4:5 Ofreced sacrificios de justicia, y confiad en Jehová.(E) Psaume 4:5 Offrez des sacrifices de justice, Et confiez-vous à l'Eternel.(F) Psa 4:5 Opfert Gerechtigkeit und hoffet auf den HERRN.(D) Psa 4:5 ὀργίζεσθε καὶ μὴ ἁμαρτάνετε λέγετε ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν καὶ ἐπὶ ταῖς κοίταις ὑμῶν κατανύγητε διάψαλμα(lxx) Psa 4:5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, And put your trust in the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 4:6 ============ Psa 4:6 Many are saying, "Who will show us any good?" Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, O Lord!(nasb) Psa 4:6 Signatum est super nos lumen vultus tui, Domine: dedisti lætitiam in corde meo.(vulgate) Salmos 4:6 Muchos dicen: ¿Quién nos mostrará el bien? Alza sobre nosotros, oh Jehová, la luz de tu rostro.(E) Psaume 4:6 Plusieurs disent: Qui nous fera voir le bonheur? Fais lever sur nous la lumière de ta face, ô Eternel!(F) Psa 4:6 Viele sagen: "Wer wird uns Gutes sehen lassen?" Aber, HERR, erhebe über uns das Licht deines Antlitzes!(D) Psa 4:6 θύσατε θυσίαν δικαιοσύνης καὶ ἐλπίσατε ἐπὶ κύριον(lxx) Psa 4:6 There are many who say, "Who will show us any good?"
