Selah(nkjv) ======= Psalm 87:4 ============ Psa 87:4 "I shall mention Rahab and Babylon among those who know Me; Behold, Philistia and Tyre with Ethiopia: 'This one was born there.'"(nas) Psa 87:4 μνησθήσομαι Ρααβ καὶ Βαβυλῶνος τοῖς γινώσκουσίν με καὶ ἰδοὺ ἀλλόφυλοι καὶ Τύρος καὶ λαὸς Αἰθιόπων οὗτοι ἐγενήθησαν ἐκεῖ (lxx) Psa 87:4 [Vulgate 86:4] commemorabo superbiae et Babylonis scientes me ecce Palestina et Tyrus cum Aethiopia iste natus est ibi(vulgate) 4 ׃87 אַזְכִּ֤יר ׀ רַ֥הַב וּבָבֶ֗ל לְֽיֹ֫דְעָ֥י הִנֵּ֤ה פְלֶ֣שֶׁת וְצ֣וֹר עִם־כּ֑וּשׁ זֶ֝֗ה יֻלַּד־שָֽׁם׃ Psalms Psa 87:4 Ich will predigen lassen Rahab und Babel, daß sie mich kennen sollen. Siehe, die Philister und Tyrer samt den Mohren werden daselbst geboren.(dhs) Psa 87:4 "I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to those who know Me; Behold, O Philistia and Tyre, with Ethiopia: 'This one was born there.' "(nkjv) ======= Psalm 87:5 ============ Psa 87:5 But of Zion it shall be said, "This one and that one were born in her"; And the Most High Himself will establish her.(nas) Psa 87:5 μήτηρ Σιων ἐρεῖ ἄνθρωπος καὶ ἄνθρωπος ἐγενήθη ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ αὐτὸς ἐθεμελίωσεν αὐτὴν ὁ ὕψιστος (lxx) Psa 87:5 [Vulgate 86:5] ad Sion autem dicetur vir et vir natus est in ea et ipse fundavit eam Excelsus(vulgate) 5 ׃87 וּֽלֲצִיּ֨וֹן ׀ יֵאָמַ֗ר אִ֣ישׁ וְ֭אִישׁ יֻלַּד־בָּ֑הּ וְה֖וּא יְכוֹנְנֶ֣הָ עֶלְיֽוֹן׃ Psalms Psa 87:5 Man wird zu Zion sagen, daß allerlei Leute darin geboren werden und daß er, der Höchste, sie baue.(dhs) Psa 87:5 And of Zion it will be said, "This one and that one were born in her; And the Most High Himself shall establish her."(nkjv) ======= Psalm 87:6 ============ Psa 87:6 The Lord will count when He registers the peoples, "This one was born there." Selah.(nas) Psa 87:6 κύριος διηγήσεται ἐν γραφῇ λαῶν καὶ ἀρχόντων τούτων τῶν γεγενημένων ἐν αὐτῇ διάψαλμα (lxx) Psa 87:6 [Vulgate 86:6] Dominus numerabit scribens populos ipse natus est in ea semper(vulgate) 6 ׃87 יְֽהוָ֗ה יִ֭סְפֹּר בִּכְת֣וֹב עַמִּ֑ים זֶ֖ה יֻלַּד־שָׁ֣ם סֶֽלָה׃ Psalms Psa 87:6 Der HERR wird zählen, wenn er aufschreibt die Völker: "Diese sind daselbst geboren." (Sela.)(dhs) Psa 87:6 The Lord will record, When He registers the peoples: "This one was born there." Selah(nkjv) ======= Psalm 87:7 ============ Psa 87:7 Then those who sing as well as those who play the flutes shall say, "All my springs of joy are in you."(nas) Psa 87:7 ὡς εὐφραινομένων πάντων ἡ κατοικία ἐν σοί (lxx) Psa 87:7 [Vulgate 86:7] et cantabunt quasi in choris omnes fontes mei in te(vulgate) 7 ׃87 וְשָׁרִ֥ים כְּחֹלְלִ֑ים כָּֽל־מַעְיָנַ֥י בָּֽךְ׃ Psalms Psa 87:7 Und die Sänger wie die im Reigen werden alle in dir singen, eins ums andere.(dhs) Psa 87:7 Both the singers and the players on instruments say, "All my springs are in you."(nkjv) ======= Psalm 88:1 ============ top of the page
