Today's Date: ======= Psalm 99:1 ============ Psa 99:1 The Lord reigns, let the peoples tremble; He is enthroned above the cherubim, let the earth shake!(nas) Psa 99:1 ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυιδ ὁ κύριος ἐβασίλευσεν ὀργιζέσθωσαν λαοί ὁ καθήμενος ἐπὶ τῶν χερουβιν σαλευθήτω ἡ γῆ (lxx) Psa 99:1 [Vulgate 98:1] Dominus regnavit commoveantur populi sessor cherubin concutiatur terra(vulgate) 1 ׃99 יְהוָ֣ה מָ֭לָךְ יִרְגְּז֣וּ עַמִּ֑ים יֹשֵׁ֥ב כְּ֝רוּבִ֗ים תָּנ֥וּט הָאָֽרֶץ׃ Psalms Psa 99:1 Der HERR ist König, darum zittern die Völker; er sitzt auf den Cherubim, darum bebt die Welt.(dhs) Psa 99:1 The Lord reigns; Let the peoples tremble! He dwells between the cherubim; Let the earth be moved!(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:2 ============ Psa 99:2 The Lord is great in Zion, And He is exalted above all the peoples.(nas) Psa 99:2 κύριος ἐν Σιων μέγας καὶ ὑψηλός ἐστιν ἐπὶ πάντας τοὺς λαούς (lxx) Psa 99:2 [Vulgate 98:2] Dominus in Sion magnus et excelsus est super omnes populos(vulgate) 2 ׃99 יְ֭הוָה בְּצִיּ֣וֹן גָּד֑וֹל וְרָ֥ם ה֝֗וּא עַל־כָּל־הָֽעַמִּֽים׃ Psalms Psa 99:2 Der HERR ist groß zu Zion und hoch über alle Völker.(dhs) Psa 99:2 The Lord is great in Zion, And He is high above all the peoples.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:3 ============ Psa 99:3 Let them praise Your great and awesome name; Holy is He.(nas) Psa 99:3 ἐξομολογησάσθωσαν τῷ ὀνόματί σου τῷ μεγάλῳ ὅτι φοβερὸν καὶ ἅγιόν ἐστιν (lxx) Psa 99:3 [Vulgate 98:3] confiteantur nomini tuo magno et terribili sanctoque(vulgate) 3 ׃99 יוֹד֣וּ שִׁ֭מְךָ גָּד֥וֹל וְנוֹרָ֗א קָד֥וֹשׁ הֽוּא׃ Psalms Psa 99:3 Man danke deinem großen und wunderbaren Namen, der da heilig ist.(dhs) Psa 99:3 Let them praise Your great and awesome name-- He is holy.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:4 ============ Psa 99:4 The strength of the King loves justice; You have established equity; You have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.(nas) Psa 99:4 καὶ τιμὴ βασιλέως κρίσιν ἀγαπᾷ σὺ ἡτοίμασας εὐθύτητας κρίσιν καὶ δικαιοσύνην ἐν Ιακωβ σὺ ἐποίησας (lxx) Psa 99:4 [Vulgate 98:4] imperium regis iudicium diligit tu fundasti aequitates iudicium et iustitiam in Iacob tu fecisti(vulgate) 4 ׃99 וְעֹ֥ז מֶלֶךְ֮ מִשְׁפָּ֢ט אָ֫הֵ֥ב אַ֭תָּה כּוֹנַ֣נְתָּ מֵישָׁרִ֑ים מִשְׁפָּ֥ט וּ֝צְדָקָ֗ה בְּיַעֲקֹ֤ב ׀ אַתָּ֬ה עָשִֽׂיתָ׃ Psalms Psa 99:4 Im Reich dieses Königs hat man das Recht lieb. Du gibst Frömmigkeit, du schaffest Gericht und Gerechtigkeit in Jakob.(dhs) Psa 99:4 The King's strength also loves justice; You have established equity; You have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:5 ============ Psa 99:5 Exalt the Lord our God And worship at His footstool; Holy is He.(nas) Psa 99:5 ὑψοῦτε κύριον τὸν θεὸν ἡμῶν καὶ προσκυνεῖτε τῷ ὑποποδίῳ τῶν ποδῶν αὐτοῦ ὅτι ἅγιός ἐστιν (lxx) Psa 99:5 [Vulgate 98:5] exaltate Dominum Deum nostrum et adorate scabillum pedum eius quia sanctus est(vulgate) 5 ׃99 רֽוֹמְמ֡וּ יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ וְֽ֭הִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לַהֲדֹ֥ם רַגְלָ֗יו קָד֥וֹשׁ הֽוּא׃ Psalms Psa 99:5 Erhebet den HERRN, unsern Gott, betet an zu seinem Fußschemel; denn er ist heilig.(dhs) Psa 99:5 Exalt the Lord our God, And worship at His footstool-- He is holy.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:6 ============ Psa 99:6 Moses and Aaron were among His priests, And Samuel was among those who called on His name; They called upon the Lord and He answered them.(nas) Psa 99:6 Μωυσῆς καὶ Ααρων ἐν τοῖς ἱερεῦσιν αὐτοῦ καὶ Σαμουηλ ἐν τοῖς ἐπικαλουμένοις τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἐπεκαλοῦντο τὸν κύριον καὶ αὐτὸς ἐπήκουσεν αὐτῶν (lxx) Psa 99:6 [Vulgate 98:6] Moses et Aaron in sacerdotibus eius et Samuhel in his qui invocant nomen eius invocabant Dominum et ipse exaudivit eos(vulgate) 6 ׃99 מֹ֘שֶׁ֤ה וְאַהֲרֹ֨ן ׀ בְּֽכֹהֲנָ֗יו וּ֖[d]שְׁמוּאֵל בְּקֹרְאֵ֣י שְׁמ֑וֹ קֹרִ֥אים אֶל־יְ֝הוָ֗ה וְה֣וּא יַעֲנֵֽם׃ Psalms Psa 99:6 Mose und Aaron unter seinen Priestern und Samuel unter denen, die seinen Namen anrufen, sie riefen an den HERRN, und er erhörte sie.(dhs) Psa 99:6 Moses and Aaron were among His priests, And Samuel was among those who called upon His name; They called upon the Lord, and He answered them.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:7 ============ Psa 99:7 He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud; They kept His testimonies And the statute that He gave them.(nas) Psa 99:7 ἐν στύλῳ νεφέλης ἐλάλει πρὸς αὐτούς ἐφύλασσον τὰ μαρτύρια αὐτοῦ καὶ τὰ προστάγματα ἃ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς (lxx) Psa 99:7 [Vulgate 98:7] in columna nubis loquebatur ad eos custodierunt testimonia eius et praeceptum dedit eis(vulgate) 7 ׃99 בְּעַמּ֣וּד עָ֭נָן יְדַבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵיהֶ֑ם שָׁמְר֥וּ עֵ֝דֹתָ֗יו וְחֹ֣ק נָֽתַן־לָֽמוֹ׃ Psalms Psa 99:7 Er redete mit ihnen durch eine Wolkensäule; sie hielten seine Zeugnisse und Gebote, die er ihnen gab.(dhs) Psa 99:7 He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar; They kept His testimonies and the ordinance He gave them.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:8 ============ Psa 99:8 O Lord our God, You answered them; You were a forgiving God to them, And yet an avenger of their evil deeds.(nas) Psa 99:8 κύριε ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν σὺ ἐπήκουες αὐτῶν ὁ θεός σὺ εὐίλατος ἐγίνου αὐτοῖς καὶ ἐκδικῶν ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ ἐπιτηδεύματα αὐτῶν (lxx) Psa 99:8 [Vulgate 98:8] Domine Deus noster tu exaudisti eos Domine propitius fuisti eis et ultor super commutationibus eorum(vulgate) 8 ׃99 יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵינוּ֮ אַתָּ֢ה עֲנִ֫יתָ֥ם אֵ֣ל נֹ֭שֵׂא הָיִ֣יתָ לָהֶ֑ם וְ֝נֹקֵ֗ם עַל־עֲלִילוֹתָֽם׃ Psalms Psa 99:8 Herr, du bist unser Gott, du erhörtest sie; du, Gott, vergabst ihnen und straftest ihr Tun.(dhs) Psa 99:8 You answered them, O Lord our God; You were to them God-Who-Forgives, Though You took vengeance on their deeds.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 99:9 ============ Psa 99:9 Exalt the Lord our God And worship at His holy hill, For holy is the Lord our God.(nas) Psa 99:9 ὑψοῦτε κύριον τὸν θεὸν ἡμῶν καὶ προσκυνεῖτε εἰς ὄρος ἅγιον αὐτοῦ ὅτι ἅγιος κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν (lxx) Psa 99:9 [Vulgate 98:9] exaltate Dominum Deum nostrum et adorate in monte sancto eius quia sanctus Dominus Deus noster(vulgate) 9 ׃99 רֽוֹמְמ֡וּ יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ וְ֭הִֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְהַ֣ר קָדְשׁ֑וֹ כִּֽי־קָ֝ד֗וֹשׁ יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ Psalms Psa 99:9 Erhöhet den HERRN, unsern Gott, und betet an zu seinem heiligen Berge; denn der HERR, unser Gott, ist heilig.(dhs) Psa 99:9 Exalt the Lord our God, And worship at His holy hill; For the Lord our God is holy.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 100:1 ============ top of the page
