Today's Date: ======= Psalm 110:1 ============ Psa 110:1 The Lord says to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand UNTIL I MAKE YOUR ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR YOUR FEET."(nas) Psa 110:1 τῷ Δαυιδ ψαλμός εἶπεν ὁ κύριος τῷ κυρίῳ μου κάθου ἐκ δεξιῶν μου ἕως ἂν θῶ τοὺς ἐχθρούς σου ὑποπόδιον τῶν ποδῶν σου (lxx) Psa 110:1 [Vulgate 109:1] David canticum dixit Dominus Domino meo sede a dextris meis donec ponam inimicos tuos scabillum pedum tuorum(vulgate) 1 ׃110 לְדָוִ֗ד מִ֫זְמ֥וֹר נְאֻ֤ם יְהוָ֨ה ׀ לַֽאדֹנִ֗י שֵׁ֥ב לִֽימִינִ֑י עַד־אָשִׁ֥ית אֹ֝יְבֶ֗יךָ הֲדֹ֣ם לְרַגְלֶֽיךָ׃ Psalms Psa 110:1 (Ein Psa lm Davids.) Der HERR sprach zu meinem Herrn: "Setze dich zu meiner Rechten, bis ich deine Feinde zum Schemel deiner Füße lege."(dhs) Psa 110:1 A Psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool."(nkjv) ======= Psalm 110:2 ============ Psa 110:2 The Lord will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying, "Rule in the midst of Your enemies."(nas) Psa 110:2 ῥάβδον δυνάμεώς σου ἐξαποστελεῖ κύριος ἐκ Σιων καὶ κατακυρίευε ἐν μέσῳ τῶν ἐχθρῶν σου (lxx) Psa 110:2 [Vulgate 109:2] virgam fortitudinis tuae emittet Dominus ex Sion dominare in medio inimicorum tuorum(vulgate) 2 ׃110 מַטֵּֽה־עֻזְּךָ֗ יִשְׁלַ֣ח יְ֭הוָה מִצִיּ֑וֹן רְ֝דֵ֗ה בְּקֶ֣רֶב אֹיְבֶֽיךָ׃ Psalms Psa 110:2 Der HERR wird das Zepter deines Reiches senden aus Zion: "Herrsche unter deinen Feinden!"(dhs) Psa 110:2 The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies!(nkjv) ======= Psalm 110:3 ============ Psa 110:3 Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power; In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.(nas) Psa 110:3 μετὰ σοῦ ἡ ἀρχὴ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ τῆς δυνάμεώς σου ἐν ταῖς λαμπρότησιν τῶν ἁγίων ἐκ γαστρὸς πρὸ ἑωσφόρου ἐξεγέννησά σε (lxx) Psa 110:3 [Vulgate 109:3] populi tui spontanei erunt in die fortitudinis tuae in montibus sanctis quasi de vulva orietur tibi ros adulescentiae tuae(vulgate) 3 ׃110 עַמְּךָ֣ נְדָבֹת֮ בְּי֢וֹם חֵ֫ילֶ֥ךָ בְּֽהַדְרֵי־קֹ֭דֶשׁ מֵרֶ֣חֶם מִשְׁחָ֑ר לְ֝ךָ֗ טַ֣ל יַלְדֻתֶֽיךָ׃ Psalms Psa 110:3 Nach deinem Sieg wird dir dein Volk willig opfern in heiligem Schmuck. Deine Kinder werden dir geboren wie der Tau aus der Morgenröte.(dhs) Psa 110:3 Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power; In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your youth.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 110:4 ============ Psa 110:4 The Lord has sworn and will not change His mind, "You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek."(nas) Psa 110:4 ὤμοσεν κύριος καὶ οὐ μεταμεληθήσεται σὺ εἶ ἱερεὺς εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα κατὰ τὴν τάξιν Μελχισεδεκ (lxx) Psa 110:4 [Vulgate 109:4] iuravit Dominus et non paenitebit eum tu es sacerdos in aeternum secundum ordinem Melchisedech(vulgate) 4 ׃110 נִשְׁבַּ֤ע יְהוָ֨ה ׀ וְלֹ֥א יִנָּחֵ֗ם אַתָּֽה־כֹהֵ֥ן לְעוֹלָ֑ם עַל־דִּ֝בְרָתִ֗י מַלְכִּי־צֶֽדֶק׃ Psalms Psa 110:4 Der HERR hat geschworen, und es wird ihn nicht gereuen: "Du ist ein Priester ewiglich nach der Weise Melchisedeks."(dhs) Psa 110:4 The Lord has sworn And will not relent, "You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek."(nkjv) ======= Psalm 110:5 ============ Psa 110:5 The Lord is at Your right hand; He will shatter kings in the day of His wrath.(nas) Psa 110:5 κύριος ἐκ δεξιῶν σου συνέθλασεν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ὀργῆς αὐτοῦ βασιλεῖς (lxx) Psa 110:5 [Vulgate 109:5] Dominus ad dexteram tuam percussit in die furoris sui reges(vulgate) 5 ׃110 אֲדֹנָ֥י עַל־יְמִֽינְךָ֑ מָחַ֖ץ בְּיוֹם־אַפּ֣וֹ מְלָכִֽים׃ Psalms Psa 110:5 Der HERR zu deiner Rechten wird zerschmettern die Könige am Tage seines Zorns;(dhs) Psa 110:5 The Lord is at Your right hand; He shall execute kings in the day of His wrath.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 110:6 ============ Psa 110:6 He will judge among the nations, He will fill them with corpses, He will shatter the chief men over a broad country.(nas) Psa 110:6 κρινεῖ ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν πληρώσει πτώματα συνθλάσει κεφαλὰς ἐπὶ γῆς πολλῶν (lxx) Psa 110:6 [Vulgate 109:6] iudicabit in gentibus implebit valles percutiet caput in terra multa(vulgate) 6 ׃110 יָדִ֣ין בַּ֭גּוֹיִם מָלֵ֣א גְוִיּ֑וֹת מָ֥חַץ רֹ֝֗אשׁ עַל־אֶ֥רֶץ רַבָּֽה׃ Psalms Psa 110:6 er wird richten unter den Heiden; er wird ein großes Schlagen unter ihnen tun; er wird zerschmettern das Haupt über große Lande.(dhs) Psa 110:6 He shall judge among the nations, He shall fill the places with dead bodies, He shall execute the heads of many countries.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 110:7 ============ Psa 110:7 He will drink from the brook by the wayside; Therefore He will lift up His head.(nas) Psa 110:7 ἐκ χειμάρρου ἐν ὁδῷ πίεται διὰ τοῦτο ὑψώσει κεφαλήν (lxx) Psa 110:7 [Vulgate 109:7] de torrente in via bibet propterea exaltabit caput(vulgate) 7 ׃110 מִ֭נַּחַל בַּדֶּ֣רֶךְ יִשְׁתֶּ֑ה עַל־כֵּ֝֗ן יָרִ֥ים רֹֽאשׁ׃ Psalms Psa 110:7 Er wird trinken vom Bach auf dem Wege; darum wird er das Haupt emporheben.(dhs) Psa 110:7 He shall drink of the brook by the wayside; Therefore He shall lift up the head.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 111:1 ============ top of the page
