aber den Gerechten wird Gutes vergolten.(dhs) Pro 13:21 Evil pursues sinners, But to the righteous, good shall be repaid.(nkjv) ======= Proverbs 13:22 ============ Pro 13:22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, And the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.(nas) Pro 13:22 ἀγαθὸς ἀνὴρ κληρονομήσει υἱοὺς υἱῶν θησαυρίζεται δὲ δικαίοις πλοῦτος ἀσεβὼν (lxx) Pro 13:22 Bonus reliquit hæredes filios et nepotes, et custoditur justo substantia peccatoris.(vulgate) 22 ׃13 ט֗וֹב יַנְחִ֥יל בְּנֵֽי־בָנִ֑ים וְצָפ֥וּן לַ֝צַּדִּ֗יק חֵ֣יל חוֹטֵֽא׃ Proverbs Pro 13:22 Der Gute wird vererben auf Kindeskind; aber des Sünders Gut wird für den Gerechten gespart.(dhs) Pro 13:22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.(nkjv) ======= Proverbs 13:23 ============ Pro 13:23 Abundant food is in the fallow ground of the poor, But it is swept away by injustice.(nas) Pro 13:23 δίκαιοι ποιήσουσιν ἐν πλούτῳ ἔτη πολλά ἄδικοι δὲ ἀπολοῦνται συντόμως (lxx) Pro 13:23 Multi cibi in novalibus patrum, et aliis congregantur absque judicio.(vulgate) 23 ׃13 רָב־אֹ֖[d]כֶל נִ֣יר רָאשִׁ֑ים וְיֵ֥שׁ נִ֝סְפֶּ֗ה בְּלֹ֣א מִשְׁפָּֽט׃ Proverbs Pro 13:23 Es ist viel Speise in den Furchen der Armen; aber die Unrecht tun, verderben.(dhs) Pro 13:23 Much food is in the fallow ground of the poor, And for lack of justice there is waste.(nkjv) ======= Proverbs 13:24 ============ Pro 13:24 He who withholds his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him diligently.(nas) Pro 13:24 ὃς φείδεται τῆς βακτηρίας μισεῖ τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ ὁ δὲ ἀγαπῶν ἐπιμελῶς παιδεύει (lxx) Pro 13:24 Qui parcit virgæ odit filium suum; qui autem diligit illum instanter erudit.(vulgate) 24 ׃13 חוֹשֵׂ֣ךְ שִׁ֭בְטוֹ שׂוֹנֵ֣א בְנ֑וֹ וְ֝אֹהֲב֗וֹ שִֽׁחֲר֥וֹ מוּסָֽר׃ Proverbs Pro 13:24 Wer seine Rute schont, der haßt seinen Sohn; wer ihn aber liebhat, der züchtigt ihn bald.(dhs) Pro 13:24 He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly.(nkjv) ======= Proverbs 13:25 ============ Pro 13:25 The righteous has enough to satisfy his appetite, But the stomach of the wicked is in need.(nas) Pro 13:25 δίκαιος ἔσθων ἐμπιπλᾷ τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ψυχαὶ δὲ ἀσεβῶν ἐνδεεῖς (lxx) Pro 13:25 Justus comedit et replet animam suam;
