Psalm 61


Psalm 61:1 Hear my cry, O God; Give heed to my prayer.
Psalm 61:2 From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psalm 61:3 For You have been a refuge for me, A tower of strength against the enemy.
Psalm 61:4 Let me dwell in Your tent forever; Let me take refuge in the shelter of Your wings. Selah.
Psalm 61:5 For You have heard my vows, O God; You have given me the inheritance of those who fear Your name.
Psalm 61:6 You will prolong the king's life; His years will be as many generations.
Psalm 61:7 He will abide before God forever; Appoint lovingkindness and truth that they may preserve him.
Psalm 61:8 So I will sing praise to Your name forever, That I may pay my vows day by day.

Psalm 61:2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2 From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2 εἰσάκουσον ὁ θεός τῆς δεήσεώς μου πρόσχες τῇ προσευχῇ μου
Psalm 61:3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. Psalm 61:3 For You have been a refuge for me, A tower of strength against the enemy. Psalm 61:3 ἀπὸ τῶν περάτων τῆς γῆς πρὸς σὲ ἐκέκραξα ἐν τῷ ἀκηδιάσαι τὴν καρδίαν μου ἐν πέτρᾳ ὕψωσάς με

Psalm 61:6 Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations. Psalm 61:6 You will prolong the king's life; His years will be as many generations. Psalm 61:6 ὅτι σύ ὁ θεός εἰσήκουσας τῶν εὐχῶν μου ἔδωκας κληρονομίαν τοῖς φοβουμένοις τὸ ὄνομά σου
