Psalm 125


Psalm 125:1 Those who trust in the Lord Are as Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides forever.
Psalm 125:2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, So the Lord surrounds His people From this time forth and forever.
Psalm 125:3 For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous, So that the righteous will not put forth their hands to do wrong.
Psalm 125:4 Do good, O Lord, to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts.
Psalm 125:5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The Lord will lead them away with the doers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel.

Psalm 125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. Psalm 125:1 ᾠδὴ τῶν ἀναβαθμῶν οἱ πεποιθότες ἐπὶ κύριον ὡς ὄρος Σιων οὐ σαλευθήσεται εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα ὁ κατοικῶν Ιερουσαλημ
Psalm 125:2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever. Psalm 125:2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, So the Lord surrounds His people From this time forth and forever. Psalm 125:2 ὄρη κύκλῳ αὐτῆς καὶ κύριος κύκλῳ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν καὶ ἕως τοῦ αἰῶνος
Psalm 125:3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity. Psalm 125:3 For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous, So that the righteous will not put forth their hands to do wrong. Psalm 125:3 ὅτι οὐκ ἀφήσει τὴν ῥάβδον τῶν ἁμαρτωλῶν ἐπὶ τὸν κλῆρον τῶν δικαίων ὅπως ἂν μὴ ἐκτείνωσιν οἱ δίκαιοι ἐν ἀνομίᾳ χεῖρας αὐτῶν
Psalm 125:4 Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts. Psalm 125:4 Do good, O Lord, to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts. Psalm 125:4 ἀγάθυνον κύριε τοῖς ἀγαθοῖς καὶ τοῖς εὐθέσι τῇ καρδίᾳ
Psalm 125:5 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel. Psalm 125:5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The Lord will lead them away with the doers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel. Psalm 125:5 τοὺς δὲ ἐκκλίνοντας εἰς τὰς στραγγαλιὰς ἀπάξει κύριος μετὰ τῶν ἐργαζομένων τὴν ἀνομίαν εἰρήνη ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ
